We go n look for little diners all over cause of the food we liked to eat anytime ( breakfast ) which don't serve everywhere. But we had the most amazing waitress named Joyce. She was so polite n informative bout a dish we like from the south but is made very different up here in the north. The prices are amazing as well. We ate for under $30 there and that's amazing considering prices have been high jacked everywhere. This little 💎 of a diner is a must experience.

My fiancés family and I visited this place for breakfast during our trip to New York back in 2019 and I’m genuinely happy I got to eat here. Diners like this don’t really exist anymore and if they do, they’re really hard to come by, especially where I’m from. Our waitress was very kind and even though we had a party of 10 people, our order was brought out correctly with no mistakes. And best of all- the food was delicious and filling!

Really good food. I had great fish and chips and my husband had a fantastic corned beef Reuben. The prices were reasonable and we plan on returning! Large portions, the picture is of my leftovers.

My first time eating here and I must say I was pleasantly surprised. The restaurant itself is outdated and you can tell it's been there a while. However kudos to the Chef, my breakfast was delicious. Not sure if it's old flavor built up on the oven or grill back there but it had a great taste. My omelette was great and the pancakes too. I would actually go back and try another dish!

This was one of the highlights of our trip. We tried to go to the #1 diner in New Jersey but when we got there they only took reservations. We drove around for a while and found this gem. Everything we tried here was excellent. As a bonus this place wasn't busy and the service was excellent. Awesome place!!

Across the board the #1 place to eat in Secaucus. Super friendly employees. The owners are great. Food is so good you don't want to leave. I worked nights in Secaucus and every night you would find me taking up a table. Started eating and like I said never wanted to go back to work.

Stopped here for the first time in the evening 4:30pm, on Friday Ordered dinner special Chicken Francaise over rice. Nice portion, could've shared and tasty. Came with soup and salad. $18 Waitress was SUPER friendly and nice, food came out hot and quick. if I had something bad to say, the salad greens were wilted and my dinner companion ordered the pot roast (along with other diners) and the waitress came back to tell all they're out of it. (she ordered the turkey meal which she said was good. ) The place is in what I consider an industrial area right off the Turnpike. Def would recommend.

Great service, fun staff and despite running half the restaurant floor, she was very attentive. Top service. The food was out of this world. The low sugar syrup pancakes with apple and cinnamon were incredible. The bagels are also amazing. Highly recommended place to eat. Great value for money.

I'll start on the good point the eggs were cooked right and hash was crispy on the outside like it should be. Food was good, but the wait staff was , let's just say she was weaned on pickle juice. Never smiled ever or said her name, let me run out of coffee. Had to finish my meal with none. That's a sore point with me you should never let someone run out of coffee. If you're not a local you don't really feel welcome here.

First time trying this diner. Had a beef barley soup that was delicious, a gyro that was average, and tried my friends apple cinnamon pancakes which weren't great but edible. The place is a little outdated and the table was a bit dirty but the service was good.

We stopped in here on accident after trying to find another place that doesn't exist anymore and this one was down the street. SO GLAD WE DID! The food was phenomenal, huge menu and a straight up 4 course meal with super generous portions! The people working were all extremely friendly and fun. Wish we lived closer, this place would become a regular place for me! Next time we are through here we will most definitely be seeking it out!

The ambience and service are excellent. Food can be better. Ordered eggs Benedict which fell short in its sauce. Kids French toast was ok. Coffee refill is prompt and good coffee. Loved ambience. Super clean place.

I was born and raised in Jersey City but have lived in Florida for over 25 years. I miss the food so much and always love going out to eat when we visit. My Dad brought us here and everyone was so nice and the food was fantastic. I only wish I could have tried EVERYTHING! If I lived here this would be one of our regular places! We are only in town a few days but we might stop again before we go home. EXCELLENT!

This is an undiscovered gem! Phenomenal service ( waitresses Cheryl & Jen are great!), satisfying portions, simple home cooked meals on a clean open atmosphere. The prices are very reasonable. The coffee is what keeps people coming in, for they have a special way of making it from the beans. It's worth a trip and they have plenty of parking. You won't be sorry.

After sitting in Lincoln Tunnel traffic trying to get through NYC for an eternity, we were hungry. We stopped at the first New Jersey Turnpike rest stop in Secaucus. However, their overpriced, microwaved, coffee shop offerings were depressing. I checked Google and realized there was a diner close by. In fact, I realized that we could just walk out the back gate of the rest stop, hang a left and walk about 200 yards and there it was - in a different world than the Highway, traffic, and rest stop. It's just what you think a diner should be. What a relaxing break after the stress of heavy-traffic driving on a hot morning. The first thing I saw walking in were the cakes and pies. The menu is full and the prices blew me away. If I stayed on the Highway, I would've spent more on greasy fast food that I wouldn't have enjoyed. The staff was incredibly friendly and I could tell they knew most of the folks in there - truly a local spot. The coffee was good and endless and, you can see from the food photos, the value is outstanding and everything was amazing. We took half of it home. I'm glad we found this spot and I recommend it for anyone heading that way.

Bery clean place and food is good. I had Penne alfredo wigh chicken comes with salad, soup and desert, it was nice. freindly staff. I like it 🥰

Very good food and service. Waitress was highly attentive. The only problem with my breakfast was that the diner was pretty cold and the restroom was freezing.

My fiance and I and I were dining in and upon arrival we were not greeted or acknowledged to be seated. A man by the name of Jimmy ignored me and my fiance. Immediately I knew I was in a racist restaurant and and because of Jimmy his waitresses were not tipped sorry girls. Their waitresses know I was aggravated and highly upset. And they did their best and keeping me comfortable however however Jimmy needs to get fired ASAP!!! We are not from New Jersey and my Fiance was very hungry. Never again Jimmy never again will any man make me feel that way.

It was a pleasant atmosphere, great, prompt service and food was excellent.

The food was delicious! We ordered the Legends breakfast sampler and the eggs Benedict with lox. Soo delicious! Definitely order the iced coffee, so refreshing and great taste. Will be coming back for sure.
