The food and drinks are fine but are way overpriced, even by airport standards. The service isn't slow or laid back... it's absolutely glacial, regardless of whether there are 3 or 50 other people in the restaurant. Avoid this place if you have a plane to catch within 12 hours of sitting down. By the time you're acknowledged, it will have already left. Saw multiple people get up and walk out.

Between the horrible manager and terrible bartender it's hard to start at why I hated this place so much. Now that I look, most people eating here seemed to have a similar feeling about this establishment. 1* It's bad form to sell someone a top shelf drink unless it is asked for. Don't charge me extra for something I didn't ask for. If your server doesn't put your food order in for an hour while you are left with empty drinks it makes you feel bad. I tried to eat here Saturday June 17 at 3pm. At 4:15 the food had we ordered had not arrived, we could not get a second drink ordered to save our lives. No help from the curly haired bartender girl. The tall manager with the glasses was no help, I explained the situation in English, then in Spanish to the best of my ability. I just wanted a bite to eat between planes. I paid my bill then left, no food, no care shown by the staff. I don't tip extra to be ignored but the bartender kept the portion of my bill she felt she deserved. ( got short changed for the tip jar)

I literally just paid for a bbq chicken kids meal on a bigger plate. I ordered jerk chicken but what I got was sweet bbq flavored chicken. The dishes and glasses were also dirty. The staff wasnt that bad but they did give themselves an unwarranted 10% tip when I paid. I understand why people say they are rude because I watched them give the treatment to some of the customers. Next time I will eat the fast food. $25 to not finish anything was excessive. Also the wait was ridiculous for it not have been that full when I arrived. Luckily I had a 5 hour layover.

Probably the single worst dining experience I have ever had at a airport restaurant. We stopped there on Saturday 2/25, around 5pm, waiting for a flight back to NYC. Menu seemed large and expansive but after ordering, the waiter came back and said they had no beef! So no steaks, no burgers. How do they run out of beef on a Saturday afternoon in a busy airport? Ok - no worries- we will try chicken. When the food arrived, it was subpar, resembling very poor diner food. My wife and daughter could not eat the two chicken dishes they ordered (Roasted chicken and chicken smothered in cheese). My meal was ok (I went with a beer and a Cesar Salad), figuring it is tough to screw up salad. They did manage to screw that up (asked for it plain, it came with chicken) and then it was charged as Chicken Cesar Salad on the bill. The waiter was disinterested in serving us and the mandatory 15% service charge on the bill was an insult. I wasted $100 on food that was worthless.
