Not sure how it was before COVID but now there is barely any food ( just rice or quinoa and chicken). The coffee is bad and for dessert it was only rice pudding. It was extremely crowded only a few places to charge your phone/ computer. Not bottles of water, just filter water. Some small areas for children but not great. Only 3 toilets for women. I have never seen a lounge like that… they had some alcohol but not a lot of choice. if you have to pay the full price (+40 $) is not worth it.

They serve Atlas and Balboa beer. 2 story lounge, first floor has a private 15 person area, upstairs seat approx 80 people. It’s not like the lounges in the states, not as clean, or it could be a local thing. They have free wi-if Internet.

It is seriously a very poor lounge. The fact of having a buffet but with staff serving it , and then waiting a huge line , is simply outrageous. I just wanted a coke and had yet to make that line so an employee can grab it from the buffet and give it to me. Again , this is not a bar service or similar : it’s a buffet that is handled by an employee as a mean of minimizing what every guest takes. The food looked absolutely bland -to say it mildly- so I fully skipped.

Food choices here are limited but the taste isn't bad. Note that they don't allow you to grab your own food, but instead you need to tell the staff what you want. The shower room wasn't the most luxurious / clean one. They only provided one wrinkly towel, and didn't even bother to label & refill the shampoo / conditioner / body wash bottles. But at least the water was working and the water pressure was good.

This lounge is okay. We ended up here because we couldn't find the Copa Lounge. I was surprised by the condition of the place. The bathroom floors were sticky, the food was blah, the carpeted floors and chairs were dirty, and some staff were disinterested in being helpful.
