I believe there was a break down in communication. If you come for the lymphatic drainage massage, it's only if you have lymphedema in your arms and legs. Of which I don't. When I was asked what my issue was and I indicated armpit and breast, they should have said they don't treat those areas. Instead I went through a painful ordeal with no relief. Very upset and unhappy that they should speak more to first time people receiving this treatment.

I had the best experience here, from accomodation to the treatment, everyone is welcoming, kind, and professional. I arranged my appointment with ease via WhatsApp and was able to ask questions, which was very helpful, especially since I am 30 weeks pregnant. Everyone at Avalon has done their best to prioritise my needs and comfort. Thanx you!!!
