We had a relaxing & comfortable stay. Beautiful spacious garden with many areas to explore. There's a restaurant, bar & pool. Our room (15) was private and had all the things you'd need for an overnight trip. Deffos recommend it, thanks Heidie!

This is a great place to stay, and I can't recommend it highly enough. Spotlessly clean, in a very quiet and peaceful location. We would like to mention that every detail and every corner of the interiors and exteriors are built with love and perfect taste. The owners are very nice people with a gentle character of hospitality. The locally sourced breakfast was impeccable. The food is always something to talk about the next day with a nive homemade packed lunch. This may have been the first time we stayed here, it certainly won't be the last! I enjoyed my stay at this place. They owners did everything to make sure that I feel comfortable and know what to expect. I was impressed with their proactive attitude in making sure that everything is in place before I can even ask for it. If I get another opportunity I will revisit again with my family. Having mentioned I travel extensively throughout South Africa. I was very surprised that this little place like Trichard, Mpumalanga very near to Sacunda has an establishment like this. I can really recommend that anyone traveling (reps, construction workers, tourists, etc.) to Trichard, Secunda or the surrounding region or traveling past on the N17 and need a place to book into either overnight like me or like some of the guest's who stay longer even months at a time. Here is a definate guest house one can and must book into. From the time I arrived there the hospitality and atmosphere was unbelievable. The owners Adri and Heidie, really make you feel welcome and that goes for the staff too. Even the guests that are booked in are so relaxed and friendly because of the quality and the environment of the establishment. So Adri, Heidie and staff although you have a Star rating of 3 Stars *** you all deserve the 5 Stars I have given your establoshment and wish to thank you for making it a pleasure to stay at Dara Guest House and in your small town of Trichard.
