The service you get telephonically or even if you are ordering directly at the this outlet has always been questionable. It is rare that the staff employed at Barcelos Secunda are on point. The food has always been reasonably good and practically priced, however my experience from yesterday lead to this 1 star rating. My wife waited 45 minutes watching our order being prepared. She received raw chicken covered up in sauce, when she enquired if the chicken was cooked, the lady admitted that it was not really cooked and that she should take it home and cook it all the way through. Can you believe the audacity ?? It is evident that the owners of this establishment don't care, as most of these bad reviews has never been replied.

Services was excellent my order didn’t take too much time and stuff was friendly they forgot to give me salt and wipes but the meal was excellent definitely coming back

I ordered a tangy lemon double burger,I received a wrong order and my burger was smelling smoke before I even opened it was burnt,I called them they said they’ll get back to me me it’s been 2hrs

Great value for money, great looking burgers and reasonably priced. Pity the rolls were not as fresh as I expected. But the filling made up for the rolls.

The chicken was badly burnt, the garlic roll was dry, burnt and has too much butter. And this is not the first time I get horrible food from Barcelos Secunda

Poor service. Incorrect orders given out. Rolling eyes when you question if your order is there. And still get given half an order.

Poor service. I called more than 5 times to order. No answer. I went straight to the restaurant. I had to wait for order more Than one hour...... It's 1 hour 30 minutes. Now still waiting no updates

I ordered a family meal deal and did not receive my potato salad. Everything else was in order and tasted good, but I was very disappointed about the lack of the potato salad. Their service took longer than we expected and when we finally got our order the food was burnt and out of taste nje, pity we were already at home 😩

Bad service. They are not friendly at all. And don't care how long your order may take sometimes you wait almost an hour for food. This is unacceptable. This place can do better with their doors closed.

We bought a chicken Schwarma but it was filled with vegetables, barely any chicken. The food is very oily and has no taste. Very disappointed.

The driest, most stale chicken ever, didn't even eat the rice and coleslaw, they were clearly way past their sell by date. Disgusting! The fact that this place was empty and the other restaurants filled with people should have been enough of a hint, unfortunately I missed it.

Usually eat in, but decided to order take away yesterday. Upon opening the box, the chicken looked rather small. Hardly any meat on it. You could actually see the meat was cut off from most of the breast part. ( Pity didn't take pics) Decided to give it a try and eat it but the chicken was tasting terrible, dry and hard. Wasted time, money and energy!! Obviously this wasn't fresh stock. Not sure what's happening. Even when dining in, most of the time the chicken is raw inside. have to tell them to re-prepare it! Service is getting pathetic 😒

They forgot to pack the coleslow from the special in our order. Will remember to check the order before leaving the counter next time.

I ordered a beef shawarma today... The second time and also the last time, meat was burned and so much sauce everything was falling apart, tasted like rubber ....The fries was ordered as spicy got plain fries .... Will not be spending my money at this restaurant ever again....😡😡
