One of the diamonds on my wedding ring fell out, and this ring was purchased online, but I came here to get it fixed and they fixed it within a few days and for a very reasonable price. And they polished it up for me as well, amazing service!!

Kathy not only answered my questions, but gave me the information I didn't know I needed and I was able to build the ring that day. They were able to take the stress out of finding the perfect ring!

I can’t speak highly enough of Ryan at Reed and Sons. Since the moment I walked into the store for the first time, he took the best care of me and my girlfriend. He listened to us and was able to walk us through the entire custom ring making process and he made it all crystal clear what the cost would be and the timeline of the project would look like. I was able to email back and forth with him very consistently and he answered all of my questions as fast as I sent them basically. I gave him a list of all the things I wanted in the engagement ring and he took those requests and created the most beautiful and perfect ring for my soon to be fiancé. He was up front and honest the entire time about pricing and delivered the ring in the exact timeline promised. I am more than impressed with Ryan and how he was able to perfectly create the dream ring for my fiancé. I cannot recommend Reed and Sons enough. Wow what a wonderful family owned business! They treat you like family the minute you walk in! I got a custom ring that matches my wedding set and I couldn't be happier! They did such a good job I can't even tell the original ring from the new one! Absolutely amazing! They even cleaned and checked the prongs on my other rings and necklace! I won't be going anywhere else from now on!!!

Took my antique wedding ring in when I lost a diamond. Many of the prongs needed to be replaced as well. My wife had a stone fall out of her wedding ring that we bought at another jeweler that has since closed its doors. Reed & Sons looked at it for me and explaining in detail what would have to be done in order to fix her rings. It was a difficult hidden mount, but he wasn't scared of it at all and the results were amazing. The quote stayed the same and they had it done sooner then expected. We went to Reed and Sons for a ring to be sized. The place we bought it from couldn't size it due to the stones and intricate design on the inside of the band. We were greeted with kindness and knowledge at Reed and Sons. They explained that it would need to be done in a European style, but it was still possible to resize. They sized it once, I wore it for about a week, but it still didn't fit quite right. They happily made it smaller again. The outcome is great! The service from everyone there was wonderful. Very professional and knowledgeable about everything (and we asked lots of questions!). I recommend them for all you jewelry needs-from creating your own with them to bringing in an old (or new) piece for resizing.
