This is an unusual place. Its enormous with plenty of tables inside and out. On a summer day its a great place to sit in the beer garden and spend a few hours. The quality of the food is high but arguably a little pricey. The service is reasonably efficient but sometimes a little slow or casual. There is a kids playground which can be very welcome relief for parents. We often recommend this as a good place to park, walk up to the felsenmeer and then walk back and then have lunch or dinner. The clientele is usually a little on the grey side on most days.

Celebrated my grandsons chrisianing, Returning here after Sons wedding. All round great restaurant.Small playground..Kick off point for small walks. Bar & restaurant,with 2-3 rooms for private celebrations,different sizes. Large terrace, & Strausswirtschaft ,for small faire & drinkies. Staff & management excellent. Sometimes one can struggle in Germany On serving time and care. NOT HERE!! Attentive,welcoming helpfull. No panic.. Nice close surroundings..very pleasant.

Food is ok! A little bit over priced because of tourists. Staff was ok. Only 3 stars because we where there with 5 people and we asked if we can combine two tables...”only if you put them back” was the answer. Usually staff does the clean up after the guest leaves... come on... I payed for five people.. a little service

Was there for a private Event, the Food was great but once I asked for shots the waiter told me 2€ per shot, which of course is a normal price. However later the waiter argued he had said 4€ so I ended up paying 40€ for 10 shots. Not exactly a friendly waiter

very good food and nice and promptly service. At our second visit, our first stay and impression will be approved. A very good hotel and restaurant 😉 In september we plan to visit this beautiful place again.

The place to go to, in summer or in winter. Ideal for kids: it's a nice stop with free parking if you come from the Felsenmeer. It has a cosy Beergarten underneath the shady trees in the summer, and in the winter it is the perfect location for the parents while the kids go out to sledge on the snowy hills next to it. And you will have to try the cakes! The German food is good, right proportion and there are kids meals too.

The food was great, but I sadly had Bad/no wifi connection and poor cell service (congstar). The waiters were very kind as well. There are a lot of great seating areas and a wonderful scenic view!! I've been there several times before and would recommend it to others! It's also great for all Pokémon GO fans, it has 2 pokestops and 1 gym. The spawns there are also amazing (caught a dragonite)

Nice hotel in a rural setting. Very clean, large rooms, nice bathrooms with great water pressure. Does not have AC, which was a bit rough during the recent European heat wave, but absolutely fine at night. Great breakfast buffet.

I was well surprised when meeting a friend here. Outdoors, spacious, geen, plenty tables. Parking for cars and bikes. So close to the city, yet it feels like a relaxed country atmosphere. Good experience. There seems to have been a wedding at the same time.

If you wanna have banana split with one each of vanilla, chocolate, and strawberry ice-cream here .....forgot about it because you will get 2 vanilla and 1 chocolate ice - cream and the waiter said he have seen banana split only vanilla chocolate ice-cream Beware of racism (I am Aaia)

Very beautiful location at countryside. Nice biergarten with excellent menu and food.

Had lunch. Had the house speciality. Very tasty. Restuarant is on the start / end of hiking trail so local hikers were eating there.

Kuralpe Kreuzhof has a relatively large restsurant with rooms for private functions and when weather permits, they have table settings outside. The restaurant offers special menus on special days like Easter Sunday or Christmas. They also have places for kids to play. They have a large parking area. There are lovely walkways or hiking trails around the hotel/restaurants. It can be crowded in summer or when there is snow winter as there is a place provided where people can slide or skedding.

We came here for lunch after hiking the felsenmeer. the lunch menu is small, but the staff was very friendly and we were all very hungry after hiking so it tasted very good.
