Not a luxurious hotel but was excellent. Service is great. Very clean and has good food and drinks. Staff is super friendly and helpful.

Check in experience superb. Friendly helpful staff. Free cold water bottle waiting in room fridge. AC for when days are hot. Great breakfast choices. Helpful staff still made me a pizza late on a Sunday when kitchen had already closed. Happy to stay again.

I had a very pleasant stay here in the spring of 2023. Great service, the breakfast buffet had all what a Dane like me expected there to be. And for the evenings, the bar has a lot of great beer on tap and they can also make any drink you want with a smile. Thanks you for a great week, hope to visit you again someday!

The hotel gives a very good first impression. The room we stayed in was very well furnished and clean. Staff were friendly and respectful. You can get breakfast till 10 which we found nice. The breakfast itself was also very delicious and included some vegan options. The hotel is very close to the Bensheim train station. But not too close. If you let the window open during the night, noise of express trains could be annoying. But we didn't since the air conditioner was very quiet and efficient. Overall we were very happy with our stay and would recommend it too.

Overall the Hotel is ok, the room was fine and location is good because it's opposite to the train station. I didn't like the breakfast at all honestly.

Really nice, friendly hotel with a good breakfast. Only let down for me was the bed, which I didn't find very comfortable, resulting in four nights of poor sleep.

i stayed with my wife and son for 5 nights. Mr Klauss and his team are a happy bunch and they treated us very well. the buffet breakfast is great and the hotel's proximity to the station makes it ideal. the triple sharing room is very spacious and well illuminated with big windows. i would just request the management to subscribe to English Channels on the TV.

The hotel was good but lack of water in the rooms was a bit of a let down. I also expected a coffee station in the room but it was not there. The shower is small in my room was small and might not accommodate taller or plus size individuals. Overall the stay was good, the staff is friendly and the hotel is clean

It's a very nice Hotel with classic service and tasty decent food.. the rooms are very quite and decent..it's located in downtown and has nice view.. it has free PS gaming and free bicycle for rides. Also nice and perfect laundry service...

A lovely hotel which offers a pleasant stay both at the rooms and down in the lobby. The service is A+, and the location near the central train station can't be beat.

Pretty nice hotel, nice rooms and equipments. Food options are great. The location is perfectly fine. The team and the service they offer is really great, really enjoyed my stay!
