Sehr freundlich und sauber, gute Auswahl an verschiedenen Donuts von sehr süß bis Standart alles dabei. Die meisten Schmecken sehr nice.

Waren heute, den 15.11. um ca 15 Uhr, im Dunkin Donuts in der MyZeil. Selten so eine unfreundliche Mitarbeiterin gesehen. Wir standen über 5 Minuten vor dem Laden und wurden nicht bedient. Die Mitarbeiterin saß um die Ecke und telefonierte. Als sie auf uns zukam, behielt sie ihr Smartphone in der Hand und telefonierte weiter. Sie begrüßte uns nicht, sie war eher von uns genervt, da sie anscheinend lieber telefonieren wollte. Während dem Service telefonierte sie fleißig weiter, auch beim abkassieren redete sie nur mit der Person am Hörer. Das ich eine 6er-Box will, die Art der Donuts und die Zahlungsart kam von mir. Sie wechselte kein einziges Wort mit uns! Sehr traurig.

Ich liebe Donuts von D‘D seit ich als kleines Kind das Glück hatte welche zu probieren. Inzwischen gibt es seit 2012 endlich auch D‘D in Frankfurt. Die Auswahl dort ist gut aber könnte noch umfangreicher werden. Geschmacklich kommen die deutschen D‘D Donuts nah an die amerikanischen Pendants, etwas weniger süß und etwas kleiner. Mitarbeiter dafür selten allzu freundlich, wirken diese oft vielmehr gestresst und genervt. Zur Mittagszeit ist mit längeren Wartezeiten zu rechnen. Die Lage ist leider auch ungünstig. Wer mit Auto kommt, sucht oder parkt teuer im Parkhaus. Schnell mal dort vorbeifahren ist somit nicht möglich. Abschließend bleibt festzustellen das auch eine Filiale in Dreieich wünschenswert wäre. Anhand meiner Bilder sieht man das ich sehr oft schon dort war, wäre also Dreieichs bester Kunde 😉

America runs on Dunkin'. And Germany? Jede Menge süße Donuts und Kaffeegetränke. Leider sind inzwischen auch hier die Preise nicht mehr wirklich günstig. Interessante Ubikation und Atmosphäre.

War am Sa.14.10 dort. Hinter der Theke 3 Mädels. Eine an der Kasse, eine am Eiswürfel auffüllen und eine stand rum und hat Reiswaffeln gegessen (Kann sein, dass ihre Schicht noch nicht begonnen hatte aber dann hat sie nichts hinter der Theke verloren) Habe am Selbstbedienungsterminal bestellt, weil ich dachte es würde schneller gehen. Generell war fast nix los. Ich hatte nur 2 Leute vor mir. Leider musste ich dennoch warten, bis die Dame hinter der Kasse mit den Personen vor mir fertig war, bis sie sich um meine Bestellung gekümmert hat. Also sinnlos in dem Fall am Terminal vorab zu bestellen weil im Endeffekt stand ich trotzdem in der Schlange. Als ich dann dran war gab sie den Bon an die Dame die wohl am Auffüllen war weiter u. dann wurde das Auffüllen unterbrochen u.mein Getränk zubereitet. Weiss nicht, finde es komisch wenn die Prioritäten aufs Auffüllen statt auf die Kundschaft gelegt werden. Naja, Kaffee war gut, sodass ich sogar noch ein 2tes Mal rein bin um meinem Mann einen Kaffee zu besorgen. Diesmal direkt an die Kasse und bestellt. Bestellung wurde diesmal an die Dame mit den Reiswaffeln weiter gegeben. Sie hat mein Getränk zubereitet u. dazwischen immer wieder in ihre Reiswaffeln gebissen. Finde ich persönlich ziemlich unhygienisch wenn man mit Lebensmitteln zu tun hat.

Great location, great coffee and great donuts!!! Okay, so y'all caught me ... I love coffee ... I love donuts ... I love watching people ... and this is a place where you can do all three!!! Try sitting there and counting how many different languages you hear ... go ahead, grab a second coffee and maybe even a second donut!!!

As French, we don’t have the opportunity to eat a donut at dunkin donuts so I really enjoyed my blue donut and my smoothie.

Ordered a ‘Frozen’ Dunkin latte and was handed luke warm coffee flavored thick cream. please get better training. Quality shouldn’t suffer because it’s busy.

Been here a couple of times in the past month. Service is barely satisfactory. Coffee is okay. If it’s the manager making your iced drinks, she doesn’t fill them to the top. Nothing to do with the Dunkin’s in North America.

Waren heute (12.01.24) bei der kleinen Filiale im Keller vom MyZeil. Dort gibt es auch eine ganz gute Auswahl an Donuts ( sogar vegane) und man kommt immer schnell dran. Die Mitarbeiterin (Eleni) war super freundlich und hat uns sogar noch auf ein Angebot hingewiesen bei dem man sich zu den 2 Donuts noch einen Kaffee oder Cappuccino aussuchen kann. War auch alles sehr lecker, nur die Sitzmöglichkeiten sind dort halt nicht so gemütlich. Aber für einen kleinen Snack alles okay👍

Essen war Super!Waren nur leider relativ spät dort essen,deswegen gab es nicht viel Auswahl.

Donut was good but service was terrible. Asked for fresh cola, employee didn't care, didn't listen and just said I could have one. That just meant pick one from a shelf, which was actually warm not refrigerated at all. Who has lukewarm cola? And why!?

The staff is very customer oriented.

I wanted to scan a coupon but they were so rude and didnt want to scan it.

Good to buy and leave.

I ordered an iced americano and what I received was for 1st is A HOT AMERICANO ! Then I told her my order is iced Americano then she gave me an iced latte :)!

got an iced coffee this morning ... i found three dead ants in it - there were probably more, that's just the ones i found during the first few sips until i threw the rest away (couldn't go back to tell the worker in person cause i had to get to work myself)

Great location and tasty donuts although the service I had today was horrible. I bought ice latte with a caramel and whipped cream but I was given ice coffee which tasted like a water. I have complained about this but the lady who works there didn't care.

WORST DUNKIN EXPERIENCE EVER!!! They were overcharging and getting every order wrong wrong and wrong. Like why do you even overcharge you dont gain anything from it. I ordered a cappuccino not that weird swirl thing! And it tasted weird not like the other dunkins. Wish I could give 0 stars. The donuts were good but they are good at any dunkin. Dont order coffee here!
