Cannot
recommend
Remax
Mannheim
in
any
way.
Were
interested
in
a
property
in
Mannheim
that
went
through
a
bidding
process.
We
didn't
get
the
contract,
so
that
was
the
end
of
the
matter
for
us.
4
weeks
later
Mr.
Hafner
called
and
asked
if
we
were
still
interested,
we
were,
but
he
couldn't
agree
on
the
price,
so
the
matter
was
settled
for
us
again.
Another
14
days
later,
Mr.
Hakel
called
me
and
asked
again
if
we
wanted
the
house,
we
said
our
price,
he
discussed
it
with
the
owner,
contacted
us
again,
it
was
fine,
and
we
arranged
a
viewing
appointment.
At
this
appointment
we
confirmed
to
Mr.
Hafner
(there
were
4
of
us
at
this
appointment)
that
we
wanted
to
buy
the
house!!
He
assured
us
again
that
there
are
still
some
interested
parties
for
this
property,
but
he
is
waiting
until
we
definitely
accept
or
reject
it.
We
said
TO!!.
The
following
Sunday/Monday
we
had
a
meeting
with
Mr.
Hafner
still
had
some
email
correspondence,
we
still
had
1-2
questions
that
Mr.
Hafner
also
answered
willingly.
There
is
no
indication
that
anyone
else
might
be
in
the
game.
Mr.
Hakel
stopped
answering
the
phone
and
didn't
answer
back.
On
Tuesday
I
actually
just
wanted
to
ask
again
about
how
to
proceed,
we
had
received
confirmation
of
financing
in
the
meantime,
called
Mr.
Hafner
with
the
answer...
well
we
got
a
better
offer,
the
house
is
sold...
we
weren't
told
that
another
offer
had
come
in,
nor
whether
we
might
want
to
go
with
it
or
anything
else.
NOTHING.
We
made
a
BINDING
purchase
commitment
on
Saturday!!
Mr.
Hakel
didn't
think
it
was
necessary
to
call
back;
I
spoke
to
his
assistant
(a
very,
very
nice
contact
by
the
way!!)
several
times
over
the
two
days
with
the
request
for
an
urgent
call
back.
So
all
in
all,
very,
very
bottom
drawer!!!
The
higher
commission
of
“€1.50”
was
probably
worth
more
and
more
important
than
any
promises
made.
For
me,
honesty
still
plays
a
big
role,
but
not
for
everyone.
I
can
only
say
once
and
NEVER
again
