Nie
wieder,
sehr
teurer
FEHLER!!!
Anfangs
schien
das
Training
gut
und
effizient
zu
sein.
Dies
hielt
aber
nur
so
lang,
wie
keine
Probleme
aufgetreten
sind.
Bei
mir
fing
es
damit
an,
dass
ich
den
ganzen
Tag
im
wahrsten
Sinne
des
Wortes
unter
Strom
stand
und
meine
Familie
sowie
Freunde
und
Kollegen
erst
berühren
konnte,
wenn
ich
zuvor
einen
Gegenstand
berührte
um
mich
zu
entladen.
Es
ging
weiter
mit
schmerzenden
Waden
und
gipfelte
nach
einer
Übung,
bei
der
der
Po-Gurt
etwas
hochgezogen
wurde,
um
Muskelgruppen
zu
trainieren,
die
sonst
nie
trainiert
werden
(Wortlaut
Trainer)
mit
Schmerzen
im
unteren
Rücken,
die
auch
nach
Wochen
noch
anhalten.
Auch
kam
es
beim
Training
nicht
nur
einmal
vor,
dass
die
Beingurte
so
auf
dem
Muskel
lagen,
dass
sie
Schmerzen
verursachten
und
neu
positioniert
werden
mussten.
Schade
ist
auch,
dass
beim
Training
nicht
ausreichend
auf
die
Körperhaltung,
gerade
den
Schulter-Nacken-Bereich,
geachtet
wird
und
nach
dem
Training
kein
Stretching
stattfindet.
Die
Trainingswesten
selbst
haben
am
Morgen
nicht
selten
muffig
gerochen,
was
unangenehm
wurde,
wenn
die
Westen
durch
die
Körpertemperatur
richtig
warm
wurden.
Ich
schreibe
die
Rezension,
da
der
mehrfache
Versuch
eines
Gespräches
leider
fehlgeschlagen
ist,
was
ich
als
sehr
schade
und
wenig
professionell
erachte.
Nachtrag
nach
Antwort
Inhaber:
Es
ist
traurig,
dass
ein
Gespräch
erst
jetzt
möglich
zu
sein
scheint!
Ich
habe
die
genannten
Punkte
sowohl
dem
Inhaber,
als
auch
dem
Studioleiter
(wenn
Training
bei
ihm)
gegenüber
erwähnt.
Es
war
mir
wichtig
die
Dinge
direkt
anzusprechen,
die
mir
aufgefallen
sind
und
ich
weiß,
dass
das
Training
nur
dann
funktionieren
kann,
wenn
der
Trainer
weiß,
wie
das
Training
wirkt.
Bezüglich
der
Kündigung
ist
es
richtig,
dass
ich
am
15.06.2020
zum
30.04.2021
gekündigt
habe.
Trainiert
hatte
ich
bis
zur
Schließung
durch
Corona.
Dem
Studioleiter
teilte
ich
aufgrund
dessen,
dass
beide
Trainingsplätze
besetzt
waren
lediglich
mit,
dass
ich
kündige,
da
mir
das
Training
nicht
gut
tut
und
ich
gerne
noch
mit
dem
Inhaber,
der
im
Training
war,
sprechen
wolle...
In
Sachen
elektrische
Aufladung
kann
ich
nur
das
wiedergeben,
was
mir
widerfahren
und
von
vielen
Personen
bestätigt
werden
kann.
Mir
ist
bewusst,
dass
das
nicht
der
Regelfall
ist.
Einen
Arzt
hatte
ich
aufgesucht,
der
mir
sagte,
dass
nicht
auszuschließen
ist,
dass
das
EMS
Training
dazu
geführt
hat.
Dies
bedeutet
NICHT,
dass
dass
EMS
Training
die
Ursache
sein
muss,
es
kann
aber
auch
nicht
pauschal
ausgeschlossen
werden.

Never
again,
very
expensive
ERROR!!!
Initially,
the
training
seemed
good
and
efficient.
But
this
only
lasted
as
long
as
no
problems
arose.
For
me
it
started
with
being
under
electricity
all
day
in
the
truest
sense
of
the
word
and
I
could
only
touch
my
family,
friends
and
colleagues
if
I
first
touched
an
object
to
discharge
myself.
It
continued
with
sore
calves
and
culminated
after
an
exercise
where
the
butt
strap
was
pulled
up
a
bit
to
work
muscle
groups
that
are
otherwise
never
worked
(trainer
wording)
with
lower
back
pain
that
persists
for
weeks.
It
also
happened
not
only
once
during
training
that
the
leg
straps
were
so
on
the
muscle
that
they
caused
pain
and
had
to
be
repositioned.
It's
also
a
pity
that
during
training
not
enough
attention
is
paid
to
posture,
especially
the
shoulder
and
neck
area,
and
that
no
stretching
takes
place
after
training.
The
training
vests
themselves
often
smelled
musty
in
the
morning,
which
became
unpleasant
when
the
vests
got
really
warm
from
the
body
temperature.
I
am
writing
the
review
because
the
repeated
attempt
at
a
conversation
unfortunately
failed,
which
I
consider
to
be
a
great
pity
and
not
very
professional.
Addendum
after
reply
owner:
It
is
sad
that
a
conversation
only
now
seems
possible!
I
have
mentioned
the
points
mentioned
to
both
the
owner
and
the
studio
manager
(if
training
with
him).
It
was
important
for
me
to
address
the
things
that
struck
me
directly
and
I
know
that
the
training
can
only
work
if
the
trainer
knows
how
the
training
works.
Regarding
the
termination,
it
is
correct
that
I
gave
notice
on
June
15,
2020
to
April
30,
2021.
I
had
trained
until
the
closure
due
to
Corona.
Due
to
the
fact
that
both
training
places
were
occupied,
I
only
informed
the
studio
manager
that
I
was
quitting
because
the
training
was
not
doing
me
well
and
I
would
like
to
speak
to
the
owner
who
was
in
training...
When
it
comes
to
electrical
charging,
I
can
only
report
what
happened
to
me
and
can
be
confirmed
by
many
people.
I
am
aware
that
this
is
not
the
norm.
I
consulted
a
doctor
who
told
me
that
it
cannot
be
ruled
out
that
the
EMS
training
had
led
to
this.
This
does
NOT
mean
that
EMS
training
must
be
the
cause,
but
it
cannot
be
completely
ruled
out
either.
