I got two crispy deluxe meals and nuggets from drive thru. After going home and before starting to eat just check the chicken and found a small roach on it. I called and told them i will be bringing food back. There was no concern to check why this happened and what’s in the food. No concerns at all!! How many other people is affected by this no one knows because of the lack of interest in finding out why this happened. Only interest was to get rid of food and issue refund. Never buying anything from this location!!

Last night I went there and got this particular order to come home and find out two orders are missing. This is not the 1st, 2nd, 3rs but 4th time this has happened. Where I place an order and things are missing and every single time I get the same horrible customer service and condescending people. In the past I really haven't said anything because customer service and any business is pretty much out the windows these days. But last night broke the camel's back. I go to the store this morning and I meet a gentleman by the name of Brandon Cord and to be quite honest, his condescending behavior and non assistance made me walk out and got nothing accomplished. I had asked Brandon specifically if I could contact someone above him. He said it's privately owned. I have asked him if I can get the owner's email or some form of contact so that I can relate the information. His answer was quick with a "No"... For an owner not to have a general email for customer service issues I think is a bit absurd. Maybe he should and maybe he would realize how his store is underperforming severely when it comes to customer service. Even though it's privately owned, the owner still has to hold up to the standards of the corporation and I will contact them so that I can have someone actually hear my complaint. I wasted my time this morning so that I can get this rectified. It's extremely frustrating when you want the problem to be rectified, Believe empty handed and even more frustrated. Perhaps this bad review will not affect anything nor will anyone really care about it. But I'm still going to contact the corporate office in regards to this because this is just not acceptable. I can only imagine how many customers go through here every single day and experience what I went through if not worse

Every time we visit Chick-fil-A we would order the spicy chicken sandwich and it was so tasty so that I always eat two per meal. I took one star off because the waiting time is a little bit long, but I know that they are always busy so I will be patient anyway.

I Love their food. It is really tasty and fresh, plus you get a good size sandwich or meal. It's not the cheapest fast food but I believe healthier and cleaner than most fast food restaurants. My Granddaughter loves it as well, we stopped in on our way home from clothes shopping and she ordered the 8 piece nugget meal and a Dr Pepper. She enjoyed it very much! I recommend this over the others by far.

The line inside was so ridiculously long. It was mainly Uber eats and door dash people. It is a very busy place as it is. They really should have a separate area for delivery services. It was too crowded

Aside from the food being really good other than during the night shift, it has a very similar price point to a full meal from McDonald's, so why wouldn't you come here instead? And if the line is like 10 cars, just go inside. The service is like 5x faster.

You know? For the advertisement they shell I just wasn't impressed with the microwaved waffle fries and the sandwich... no signature sauce, just 2 slices pickles! I can make a better chicken filet with Banquet Chicken! And wth? 2 sandwich meals $26? I ate at TGIF the day before w drinks for $10 more! Slow it down, Chick Fil-A... you taste and act like Burger King, which is not better, but they put out a better combo meal than your multi-million dollar company Yuk! I'll never eat there again!

Friendly and attentive staff. Fast service. Clean dining area, nice play area for kids under 54". The bathrooms were clean and tidy. There was an emergency situation, but I was barely aware of it.

We stopped in for lunch, everyone was very friendly. Michael dropped our food off and was very polite! He made sure we had everything we needed. As always great food and well decorated space.

Golden nuggets from heaven. One of the better fast food nuggets available. Spicy crispy sandwich is solid too. Waffle fries are great. Half sweet tea/lemonade. Place is always a zoo for a reason. My kid loves this place. Don't mind dabbling on occasion.

My first visit to a chick-fil-a. I had nuggets, and they were so good! Juicy & tasty. The restaurant itself could be a bit cleaner, but it was lunchtime and very busy. Service was very good; prompt & attentive employees.

Drive through for take out, order was accurate and food was consistent with what I expect from Chick-fil-A. Usually a pretty long line and it is busy, and getting into the drive through lane is not always the easiest.

Cleanest fast food I've been to, the food was hot and fresh, and the cashier was very nice (especially for NE lol). She even came over to our table and offered a refill of our sodas. Would definitely go back to this Chick-fil-A.

Food, service, and atmosphere is always good. Service is fast inside and through drive-thru. Food is consistently good, and the inside atmosphere is always nice, with nice touches like (real) flowers at eash table. The staff are attentive and come by your table asking if you need anything else snd offering to refill your beverages for free. This is why everyone loves Chick-fil-A!

Chick-fil-a is good. However, if this was my first time trying chic-fil-a I wouldn’t come back. The service was terrible. I was on my lunch break and I put my order in ahead of time had to wait 17 minutes. When I received my food it was cold, despite waiting inside the store for my order. I am thankful I have been to other chick-fil-a’s however this branches customer service was the worst despite the manager (gentlemen in purple) working the floor.

Chick-fil-A is always great and this one doesn't disappoint. A little busy and sometimes tables aren't super clean. The staff is friendly in the food is excellent.

When it comes to chicken, I don’t go to the other fast food restaurants. Chick-fil-A is clean, friendly, great service. They don’t serve chicken and waffles for breakfast; nevertheless I can recommend them!
