    I would like to speak with the owner of this location! This morning I went there and was served cold undercooked food and was disrespected by staff in front of the “manager” and need the owner to be aware of this as google reviews show multiple similar experiences. I had multiple people in my car that witnessed the whole situation and my 8 year old who took a few bites before realizing the food wasn’t cooked through is now feeling sick. When I brought it to their attention the staff made jokes about how they would burn my food next time, when I said something she held up her hand in my face and starting laughing and mocking me.

    First time here and I won’t be back. Ordered a medium ice coffee black and was given a half filled ice coffee. When I asked why it was half filled I was told because there was no milk...if I had the time I would have asked for a manager. Absolutely ridiculous and waste of my time and money.

    Do NOT bother going here. There’s another Dunkin literally down the road and 3 more within a half mile. It’s the second, and last, time I’m going there. I ordered two sandwiches, a sausage, egg and cheese croissant and a sweet black pepper bacon on a croissant. I got one sandwich with just egg in it and the other with just bacon in it. The bacon wasn’t fully cooked and that was after I waited at the pick up window for like 7 minutes. The people who work here are simply terrible. Spending your money here is a total waste.

    I used to LOVE going here and was going basically every single day. I had cut back to try and save money but I just went today and the coffee I ordered wasn't even put in right on the slip. Noticed when I got home so I drove back and had them remake it. One of the girls looked very annoyed that it was wrong and just pointed at the other girl to fix it. Both new girls. She fixed it....put in 3 tiny packets of sugar and it was even more disgusting than the first...but I wasn't going back a third time. Will not be returning anytime soon unless it is at a time where I know the manager is there as she makes my coffee right....

    This is by far my favorite dunkin! I drive past 3 of them to come here, The service is phenomenal. All the workers are so kind and they always get my order right!

    The coffee was watery. No flavor at all. The associate let the pot brew a bit then started pouring 6 cups. After each one she put the pot under the brewer so our coffees were tasteless. I’ll never go back to this DD. Not happy

    Seems that I can never get a latte the way that they are supposed to be made. I get caramel in my drink and every time it is not stirred. Can't taste the sugar can't taste the caramel. Taste sour like they don't even clean the latte machine. Being someone that has worked at more then one I know they are supposed to stir anything with swirl. And this was a hot latte too. Waste of 5 bucks again. Thanks Dunkin for training your people. Love wasting my money. I don't have time to go drive back after getting to my destination and figuring it out. IN THE TRASH.

    Sat at the drive thru intercom for 4 minutes without anyone saying hello or please wait. Finally got my order in. No apologies, just said.. drive up.. . Then I sat in line for another 5 minutes. The guy never looked at me. He was chatting with a coworker. I said thank you, and he closed the window in my face. The coffee wasn't even full, and tasted of mostly milk. Happy I never go to this location. Won't be coming back.

    If it was possible to give no stars, I would. I will never patronize this Dunkin Donuts again after consistently dealing with the incompetent rude staff. They have no idea how to take an order correctly or to charge the correct amount for the order. Customer service is absolutely appalling. Don’t waste your money at this establishment when there are so many more competent ones in the area.
