Had to switch rooms due to urine small after first night...price was outrageous for the conditions of this place. pool dirty sludge on tile walls. refrigerator froze everything no matter of setting. room had 1 setting on a/c freezing and if turned off room got very wet and damp...water was actually coming through laminate floor at entry area of floor. one washing machine in laundry broken. had to get new keys every day...and over $1237.00 for 7 days when the place it worth $79.00 a night at best...truly the worst hotel stay of my life. Manager was not willing to discount at all... not a good place for a choice affiliated hotel at all.

We stayed at this hotel for a Cheer Competition in RI just this past weekend in April. Originally the competition was supposed to be in January, but a blizzard cancelled the competition. This hotel was calling everyone that was booked through the cheer company to make sure they wanted to keep the reservation in the days leading up to the competition. Unfortunately we had to keep it at that time since they weren't planning on cancelling. When it finally got cancelled, they made it extremely easy to just cancel with only a few hours notice. I knew that when we were rescheduled we needed to still support them. I am so glad we did. The facilities were clean, well maintained. The pool was a great size & kept the kids busy. Hotel staff was very accommodating, even opening up breakfast a little earlier than normal on the weekend due to the early morning compete times. We will definitely be booking this hotel for every Providence competition we go to next year. It was easy on and off the highway in both directions & less than 10 minute drive.

We had our wedding block here. When my then-fiance arrived and explained she was the bride checking in, they automatically upgraded us to a suite! That was very generous and unexpected. All friends and family that stayed here commented how nice it was.

They have a decent size swimming pool that needs much better attention from the staff. When I was there, it was lacking chlorine treatments. The water was darker than it should be.

This hotel was great for our needs. The only complaint is that there's no elevator. We had a Bachelorette wedding party and it was an inconvenience with having to carry all our luggage and treats up the stairs. But other than that no complaints

Though only a short bit from providence. This place is technically in Massachusetts! It has a lot of stuff to eat that are near by. Has an indoor pool that’s open until late so not a bad place to stay if you are in the area. The front door staff are very nice but sometimes the wait is a bit long. They have free continental breakfast.

Our hotel room was immaculately clean and well provided. The night we checked in, the hotel venue and bar were hosting a lively wedding that didn't impact us in the slightest. The hotel has the feel of several separate buildings that were later connected with enclosed walkways. The vending machines were well attended, and the Ben and Jerry's ice cream vending machine was the first I'd ever seen. The front desk staff were always available and were extremely helpful when we needed to extend our stay an extra night after encountering vehicle issues.

This was a nice hotel with a very good restaurant on the premises. The rooms were dated and small, just your typical standard hotel room. It was relatively clean, overall it was fine.

I recently stayed at this hotel for a quick stopover and was pleasantly surprised by the comfortable and welcoming experience it offered. While it might not have the opulence of a 5-star Ritz, it more than made up for it with its cozy atmosphere and friendly staff, especially the ladies working the front desk in the evening of the 8/15/23. From the moment I stepped in, the staff's warmth and attentiveness made me feel right at home. They went out of their way to ensure my stay was enjoyable and stress-free. The room, though not lavish, was clean, well-maintained, and provided all the essentials I needed for a comfortable night's rest. The hotel's location was convenient, and the value for the price paid was truly commendable. If you're looking for a no-frills place to rest your head during a stopover, I highly recommend this hotel for its exceptional customer service and comfortable accommodations.

My husband and I stayed here for the weekend. We have no complaints. The staff was very friendly and helpful. The room was very nice and the breakfast was delicious. The pub next door had excellent food. The hotel is also close to many stores and restaurants. I highly recommend staying at the Clarion.

This hotel has lots of old facilities and need upgrade. The room is not dirty but can not say very clean neither. So do not expect too much. Not sure why the ratings is high.

By far the best customer service experience I’ve encountered at a hotel. The front desk, specifically Tanya, was extremely helpful with the checking in/ checking out process. Extremely knowledgeable, friendly, and respectful. Needed extra towels late at night and was accommodated right away. Hotel was clean as well. Will definitely be returning and recommending this place.

Nicer place than the hallways and some interior areas look. Great pool area and breakfast area. Pub next door is excellent. Staff are friendly and helpful. The only real issue we had was the wifi connection. Normally, I wouldn't care much, but on a hockey trip with a 13 year old, streaming movies, or playing NHL on Playstation is a big deal in between games. There was no connection at all. And the cell service was not great either. Other than that, it was an excellent place.

Stayed here for a wedding that was located in Bristol,RI. This hotel is located close to Providence and Boston. The staff was wonderful and friendly. This hotel offers a restaurant onset which has a nice bar and delicious food options. I would definitely stay at this hotel again .

The moisture in the room is unbearable. As soon as you enter the room there is a stench of mildew. You can feel the moisture in the air. The ground is damp. The carpet is damp. The toilet paper is damp. It doesn’t matter how cold the AC is. Everything is damp.

Pleasantly surprised , the hotel exceeded my expectations. The people at the front desk very friendly and accommodating. We had a group of four in adjoining rooms for a one night stay. We were able to check in early. Rooms are a bit dated, but clean and comfortable. There was a very good selection at breakfast and well stocked. Went to the pub next door , super convenient to have a drink and be able to walk back to your room. I would stay here again .

This is an old building that has been modernized. Some of the hallways have 7 foot ceiling hights. Bit the staff is friendly and the rooms are clean. That have updated some things but they still have a ways to go on other amenities like there pool area and breakfast. The attached restaurant is a good pub style place that has a bitt of a mix even though it is called Dublin rose. Not really a Irish pub but ok

I was originally quoted a specific rate to find out that it was the wrong rate/rate for the incorrect wedding party. (Over a $30 difference a night). I was understanding just to then get to our room… hallway smelt like weed and my shower wasn’t cleaned prior to us arriving because I had old/used soap sitting on the shelf. No complimentary waters, sink wouldn’t fully shut off… last one to write a bad review/complain but for almost $200.00 a night it’s simply unacceptable.

Nice place with good service and a really good room. Pool is OK but kind of small. Breakfast included is OK but a little disappointing given the price you pay for the room. Just cereal on disposal plates pretty much

Very clean rooms and overall premises well kept. Excellent staff and restaurant (Dublin Rose) was great. Good atmosphere and good food. Definitely recommend a stay if you're in the area and in need of a good hotel.

Well this stay was beautiful. The staff was friendly and room was beautiful and the service of room was very helpful and on point as well and the pool was perfect. Gym, laundry room (you'll need quarter's), beautiful paths to walk around the hotel. Good vending machines, breakfast was good. I stayed in a handicapped room due to that I was late asking for a room. But it still was beautiful. I have one suggestion though. The shower head holders in the handicapped room need to be replaced with something a bit more easier cause I have carpal tunnel and it took me awhile to figure out how to tighten the holder for the shower head. But I was successful. The hotel has easy access to the highway, Entertainment things, gas stations, walmart, food. Beautiful spot for a family get away.

I'd rate the hotel 4 stars, but I'm giving 5 stars for overall value. Most enjoyable hotel stay I've had in several years. For work I must stay within a budget and I've rarely seen so much offered at this price point. Pool, volleyball court, restaurant, continental breakfast ect. The room was clean but needed some minor touch ups. No tub but a large shower with great water flow and temperature control. The bed was an elegant single, the room was large with a dining table, desk, sofa and television. Parking was plentiful and close to the room. It was a hotel I wouldn't mind staying at for a few weeks, which is something I can't say for many of the places I've stayed.
