Stayed for 5 nights while visiting family. The room was clean and comfortable at a good price. The pool was always crowded, and the hot breakfast was not great, but we appreciated the option to grab cereal, juice, and fruit before heading out. Would definitely consider staying again when I visit Seekonk.

I loved the room here and the breakfast, which was better than the other hotels and motels we stayed during our road trip. Location is great, it’s about 10-15 minutes from downtown Providence by car and there are a few restaurants nearby

Rooms were extremely clean. The hotel was completely booked but it was extremely quiet. We felt like we were the only ones there. The staff was fantastic and helped with all of our questions.

Clean rooms, friendly staff, free breakfast. We were going for a comic con, so we didn't stay long in the hotel overall, but it was clean and quiet - for the most part (there was a gaggle of young girls for a sports event that were a tad loud in the hallway, but that isn't the hotel's fault. Plus we didn't hear them once they were in the rooms) So overall would go again.

Easy to get to, friendly staff. Clean in rooms & communal areas. Aircon/heating worked fine. Elevator fine Water hot. Room spacious. Bed comfortable. No noise from neighbours nor outside. TGIF adjacent for reasonable food. Complimentary breakfast surprisingly good.

We stayed here 5 nights while visiting relatives. Sam, the manager, was the best. He gave great directions to nearby stores, had great suggestions about places to eat and places to visit. The staff were super friendly and helpful also. Breakfast was good too. Everything was very clean. We enjoyed our stay.

They were very nice people. The rooms were spotless. From 1-10, 1 being the lowest, I give them a big 10+. I highly recommend this place. Huge free breakfast too. Exceptional!

Stayed here one night. The room was very clean, the bed was fairly comfortable, AC worked, lots of hot water and good water pressure. We used the pool which was clean and towels are provided. Staff are friendly. We had trouble getting to the hotel because the road was closed for construction which was frustrating but not the hotels fault and not an ongoing issue. It took 15 minutes to get checked in because there was only one employee working and quite a few people arriving. It was 11pm. The only complaint I have is breakfast. Scrambled eggs were fine. Assortment of cereals and carbs. Fruit and yogurt. But the potatoes and sausage weren’t cooked well. The sausage was very pale and unpleasant and we couldn’t eat it.

My daughter Angela and I spent 2 nights at your nice hotel which was recommended by Jimmy M. who has stayed at your hotel. Angela’s daughter is starting Providence College. We will definitely come back and stay in the Best Western a few more times. The receptionist was so politely and helpful.

Really comfy beds but more blankets would be nice, very clean rooms and polite front desk workers. Really good for the price

My stay was great. Front desk staff worker Sam was amazing -excellent customer service . He was very welcoming and gave suggestions to great restaurants near the area. There are nearby restaurants walking distance- literally across the street. Perfect area. I had a nice size room, had some sort of smell lingering maybe from the rug but nothing worrisome. Great amenities- happy it had a pool which is open from 9am-9pm; Complimentary breakfast- overall a great experience

1 night stay. Hotel was quiet and comfortable. My son enjoyed the pool. Good location, easy in and out to Providence. Staff was very friendly. Will stay again when we’re in the area.

Stayed here 1/8/2023-1/9/2023. Our room was immaculate. Beds were comfortable. Staff were very congenial and helpful. Very efficient check-in. No question- will stay here again.

Decent and comfortable place. It was over priced. But then again so is the entire world. Staff was friendly and pleasant and accommodating so it made up for the high price. Overall I would stay at this place again.

The 2 night stay was great. Pros: Comfy beds, good lighting, lots of pillows and efficient service. Cons: Microwave didn't work very well and limited parking.

Manager is amazing, he made sure we had place to park our trailer and truck. Room was comfy and smelled great. Plenty of accommodation for everyone. Really enjoyed my visit, we'll return

Initially, we thought this hotel was great. The female front staff was very friendly and nice and the room was tended to each day. However, on the 2nd to last day (of 5), my special needs daughter unexpectedly had her cycle and it got on to the sheets. We requested that the room be serviced and gave the staff a heads up about why we needed the room serviced. We specifically told the front desk and the staff stated it would be cleaned. However, it was never cleaned. We had to get creative for two days. This is an UNACCEPTABLE response and the reason why we will never use this establishment or any Best Western again especially for the lack of customer service with the amount of money we spent booking five days at a Mass. hotel.

You can hear everything on top of you .Running stomping etc .Not very insulated. My room was dusty to the point I had allergies all night. I could write in the dust on headboard on TV. The sheer curtain so old it was falling apart. This hotel is dated and overpriced. Small TV no premium channels . You can get a modern room up to date furniture and better beds big screen TV with premium channels for this price . And clean no dust . Do your research you can find better .The manager does not care because he can over charge and get away with it .Please do not put the generic response up.

We had a great two-night stay here will definitely come again. Breakfast was awesome the owners are so friendly always going out of their way to help you out. Beds were so comfortable room was clean. Bathroom was a great size nice area lots of stores and restaurants around.

Parking lot is clean and felt like a safe area. The breakfast had lots of choices. Nice pool area. Off the main road but close to every thing (restaurants, shopping, highway) Great owners!!! All the staff was wonderful. It was nice to have maid service every day. Would stay here every time in the area.
