The owner of this place Mr. Matthias Wilke is a strange character although the rest of the trainers themselves are ok. We booked 5 days of Ski lessons in English. When Matthias started to brief us in German, we told him that we had requested lessons in English. He ignored us first, became VERY angry later and shouted at us - "Das ist deutschland. Wir sprechen hier deutsch". Mr Wilke is not only rude, unfriendly & racist but also a scammer. Lost money, lost time. Never again.

My 8-year-old daughter took ski lessons here yesterday. We were not satisfied at all. We applied to this school because it was written during the application that he could take lessons with teachers who spoke Dutch, but the teachers did not know a word of Dutch. They spoke German the whole lesson and my daughter didn't understand anything. My daughter was in the same group with other 3-4 year old children, they taught my daughter almost nothing because the little kids were constantly falling down and the teachers were always interested in picking them up. They made my daughter try skiing only once in 2 hours. We saw that there are much better ski schools today. If you have a child who only speaks Dutch, never choose this school

WARNING!!! SCAMMERS!!! They say that they speak Dutch but they don’t!!! First they lie about that you can not change the schedule time of the training and then blame your 4 year old child that he is lazy. My wife who skied for the second time in her life taught my son the “pizza” within 1 hour. They couldn’t do that in 4 days! The teachers are nice but the people working in the shop are terrible. They even said that we should speak German because we are in Germany even though I specifically PAID for a dutch speaking teacher. If your children only speak Dutch DO NOT take lessons from them. Fun fact, one of the few who could speak English was a Russian guy. And he was really nice and some other teachers as well.. the only terrible persons work in shop..

Chaotic organisation witch gives the staff stress. The stress makes them unfriendly.

We had a wonderful experience with Wiwa and especially the ski lesson by Dirk. The ski gears were well maintained and every size & types were found as a one-stop-shop. The booking was easy, communication was prompt and the pick up and drop off was simple. It was the first ski experience for my kids under 6 yo. Dirk was very patient with the kids and explained details with the language that kids could understand. After 4 hours of lesson in two days, the kids could manage to enjoy the small slip by themselves. I highly recommend WIWA and the ski lessons.

We were a group of 5 and we had a blast. The trainer Dimitri was awesome and the equipment provided were great too. The school staff were very compassionate and helpful. I highly recommend it and to learn from scratch give it atleast 3/4 days, you ll enjoy it.

Both English and German speaking, very friendly people. Good service, kid friendly too.
