Positives - The apartment/condo itself Negatives - - The staff - kept over promising and kept under delivering on each of his promise. 1. We complained that the bathroom drainage had an unpleasant smell to which he promised he would send someone to clean + chlorine treatment to be done on the drains which never happened and we had to adjust to the smell which was rather off putting since we were there for 3 days. 2. We were provided with one garbage bag and were expected to manage with that for the entirety of the stay. When we requested for more bags he said that there are no staff available post 6pm and will have to wait till the following day to receive it, to which I agreed given that he bring it first thing in the morning. To my surprise he had cooked up more excuses and never brought it till the end of our trip. * we as guests understand if you can’t provide said amenity and will adjust accordingly, but if you continue to promise and never deliver on that promise it’s quite disheartening. - We were told that there will be gas for cooking and necessary equipment to support it. The toaster was dirty, the pans were damaged and everything was getting stuck on it. Meals were a hassle to cook. If we were told that it cannot be provided we could have planned the trip + budget accordingly I wouldn’t recommend anyone staying here given the service we received. The only 2 occasions we saw the staff was when we were given the keys to the room and when it was time to checkout.

Just to be honest, I have no idea how come this place has this much positive reviews. This is literally the worst place I’ve ever stayed in in 61 countries I’ve visited. Let’s start with the staff, this might be the only positive point. They are friendly. Despite the fact that they asked us to cancel the booking we have made online and book directly with them, which basically I don’t mind. By booking online, we had two options for three bedrooms appartment. The one the is splitted (two floors), and other more expensive option that includes three bedroom with balcony. We have booked the second option. To our surprise, the first option that we didn’t book was the option we got. The appartment is a catastrophe. It smells like mould. My wife started having an asthma attack because she’s allergic to it. The bathroom is dirty. The bed has bedbugs. There was dried stains of blood on the walls. The WiFi was not working. We were counting the hours for check out and leave this place. Check the photos yourself. This place is absolutely and strictly not recommended.

Dirty place and no clean rooms like the photos. Specially kitchen items are not cleaned. Previous guests used items keep as it's is. Management is not professional and do not know how to talk to a customer. It's not safe place for the babies under one year. Because they never cleaning the floor. So we have to find another place even we payed advance. Ps. We booked second floor number 3 apartment. 2022/ 08/ 21 . Checked in 11.30am. I think you remember us. If you like I can share the kettle image with previous day milk not cleaned, used table mats with full of oils , dirty floor, broken glass dining table, oily spoons, used pots.... Etc

When we booked Lake Infinity, we thought the rooms would be cosy and spacious. We weren't expecting any kind of luxury. When we arrived we found the rooms to be small and cold with non-working WiFi and terrible phone signal. The bathroom smelt of sewage, and the kitchen had loads of black mould around the sink and smelt like damp. During our stay there were people playing loud bass music until 6am, causing us to have a very disturbed sleep. There was a phone number that we could have complained to but with the poor cell service and WiFi it was difficult go make contact. More so, there is supposed to be on site security that deals with such matters. As we were at the front of the building, there was no way they did not hear the music if they were there at all! We had called about driver accommodation in advance, to which they told us they had (they also have signs stating they have on the walls). When our driver arrived, it was someone's living room that just had a bed on the floor, with no access to a bathroom. For anyone, I would say this is unacceptable. The location is very far from the main town and can take up to half an hour to drive with traffic. I do not know how this place is rated so highly, definitely do not stay here!

Located very near to Gregory Lake. Make sure to get a proper confirmation about the view. We booked our apartment through their mobile line and specially requested best view. During the call they explained they have two views, one is field view and other one is Mountain View which has higher price than field view. We booked the Mountain View with higher price and even we emphasize about the view several times. However they never reserve such room as requested and only room we got with a view of next building . It was very disspointing experience .So make sure you are getting exactly what you ask as you are paying for it.

Overall experience is lower than satisfactory. Washroom stinks and not cleaned properly... Bed also stinks..even if there are new bed sheets old sheets and pilows are all stuffed up inside the wadrobe..

First of all "Lake Infinity" and "Moon plains" aprtments are same building. They trick online and pretend like two properties. You have to chekout before 10:30 am. Unless they charge 1,000/- extra each hour. They dont have heaters inhouse (which is must to have in Nuwaraeliya). You have to request it and they will charge 2,000/- for one night (i got my one at 9:30 pm) but it is super tiny 9inches fan which is not enough to heatup the room. Whe you pay by cards they charge 3% extra. They do everyting to grab extra money. Once we made a request for something , they said they looked us on Camera and they sw we were not inside. I wonder how they spy guests on cameras. Huge privacy issue. Staff is kind and helpful. That is the only plus point.

The staff is very helpful. The price is good. The rooms and the shower need better maintenance. There is a mould behind the bed.

We spent our 3 nights in this condo apartment, the rooms are average. Water flow is not enough, very slow. Molds and rats were seen. Bedsheets and quilts were not dried properly, had fungus. Not sure if i will refer to my friends.

I am very satisfied with this hotel's service and the standard of its accommodations. The bedrooms are neat and tidy. All the  furniture was in excellent condition. The apartments include every appliance for the kitchen. The underground parking space is good. Well maintained. Recommended.

The service is outstanding. Every single day the room service is done. It's a spacious two bedroom and a sitting room with a full kitchenette. If you are planning to stay in Nuwara Eliya, I will strongly recommend this place.

Our stay at the apartment was simply outstanding! The apartment had a stunning view of the Gregory Lake and was equipped with everything we needed. It was well maintained. Mr. Saman and the management team were attentive and accommodating. However, the real highlight was Ms. Kumari's exceptional service. She went above and beyond to make our stay the best it could possibly be. Her genuine warmth and helpfulness made us feel like VIP guests. Thanks to the extraordinary efforts of the entire team. If you're looking for a remarkable getaway with a stunning view and outstanding service, this is the place! We'll definitely be back.

Visited for this April vacation with family. I highly recommend this place to anyone. Neat and clean apartment. You can be there as when ever you live at home.the hotel staff is very friendly and efficient. All the kitchen equipments are provided so we can make our meal as per the choice. The only thing I noticed is ,if somebody having an over night party so it is bit annoyed to others. Wish they could handle it in a better way . Rather than it is a quiet comfortable place to visit in nuwaraeliya . 👍

The rooms were basic and with time the furniture has worn out and needs to be replaced. If you don’t expect much except for a room to sleep, then this room/apartment is fine. The name of the hotel and the reality are not the same though. The service staff Kumari and Vimukthi provided us a good service during our stay.

In every room was mold in many corners. The humidity was so high inside the apartment that nothing got dry. Even the blankets were moist and your clothes as well,if you let them outside your bag. Because of the humidity and the thin blanket you freezed if you wouldn't wear additional clothing. In my opinion it's to expensive for the rooms you get. The apartments are near the lake, but everything else is far away. When we asked for breakfast they didn't respond. We initially booked for 3 nights, but we left one day earlier. At least they didn't charge us the last night.

The staff was very friendly. Everything was perfect. The kitchen is fully equipped. We had a nice experience there. Highly recommended.❤️

Really satisfied with the service and the rooms quality of this hotel. Specially Paul from the Operations Manager has given us a great service. Rooms are clean and tidy. All the Kitchenery items are available in the apartments. Really satisfied with staying here for 2 days.

The Apartment was new and all furniture was also in good condition. we have enjoyed the stay. Cant forget the excellent service which we have received from Mr.Paul and his staff.

Nice calm place, clean apartment with all necessary items, parking available with security. Mr. Paul assist us during the stay and well responding to our requirements. Recommend for families and very nice place to stay.

The place was spacious, clean and the staff were friendly and helpful. The Manager, Saman was especially helpful during our stay. Will definitely not hesitate to revisit.

I want to commend Mr. Saman, Mr. Paul, and the entire staff at your hotel for providing excellent service during my stay. The room was spacious, clean, and well-appointed, with a fully-equipped kitchen. While there was no restaurant on-site, I appreciated being able to order food from a nearby establishment with a small 10% service charge. Although the hotel could offer more amenities, I had a great experience thanks to the exceptional service from Mr. Saman, Mr. Paul, and the rest of the staff. The only issue was with the hot water system, which could use improvement. I would highly recommend this hotel to others looking for a comfortable and convenient place to stay.

We stayed there about two weeks and ago for 3 nights. The place is very family friendly, clean and in a wonderful location. We had requested for lake view rooms (Lake Gregory) and we were provided with the same. The service was excellent from the time we had arrived. We were greeted at the gate itself with smiles and courtesy. Though the climb up to the 3rd floor apartments (we had booked two apartments) were a bit hard on a few family members, the rest of us enjoyed to jog up the steep climb/steps and made a contest out of it! Was a fun stay. Comfortable rooms, privacy and convenience all packed into one is Lake Infinity. Saman the host and his team looked after all of us superbly and never ever let us frown. Thanks lads. We will surely stay again… if I had one suggestion to make, it’ll be to make a pot of coffee or tea available, with some Chinese rolls or spicy snacks for additional charge. After a tired day of hiking and walking around, though a kitchen is available, all of us just wanted to put our feet up and enjoy a hot cuppa and snacks. For that, we had to drive out again. Which was a bit of a bother to be honest. Cheers!

Spent the night at this facility on 25th September. Great location and well maintained with a fully equipped pantry. Mr. Saman (The manager) is a great host and we're really thankful to him and his team for the warm welcome and the great hospitality... Highly recommended places

Wonderful palce to stay @ Nuwaraeliya. Comfortable location with all the facilities. And friendly service observed during the stay. Very neat and clean location.Highly recommended and definitely will be selected for the next vacation. Management should make necessary arrangements to add iron with iron table to the room. ..

It has been an excellent experience while staying at Lake Infinity. The rooms are excellent and well maintained, service is superb, the staff is very helping and supportive. The apartments are at a 10 min walking distance from Gregory lake. Highly recommended

The place is situated very near to the gregory park.They have the friendliest staff and the service was great. Rooms were clean and well beyond the expectations that I had for the price we paid. If you take supplies you can prepare your meals there.And also they will deliver you food from outside if you ask. Only issue was rooms were too cold inside.
