Hotel Cles

Super Great value for money! We had a really good experience. We got the bigger room which had a nice and big shower, comfortable bed, super clean. They run a good local food restaurant in the hotel as well. Last but not least, The host was the one of nicest guys we met, helped us with everything we needed, not to mention a long night including grappas on the house. Thanks much for that night, we will cherish this one!

We returned to northern Italy to celebrate our first anniversary. Our first week gave us exhilarating bike rides. Up the Dolomite Mountains and down valleys full of vineyards and orchards. Quaint towns with sweet people. Fabulous food and wine. Blooming wildflowers and fall leaves. The counterpoint of church bells to cowbells. But a freak accident took me to the ground and ended our trip as it was planned. An ambulance ride to the hospital Italy revealed a fracture of my left hip. I'd be confined to the hospital through surgery and a week of PT. My husband left the hospital late that night without dinner or knowing a place to stay. Little did he know that a little slice of heaven was just a few blocks away. The historic 1883 Hotel Cles welcomed my husband with open arms. They provided beautiful lodging, friendly staff and a great restaurant. The rooms are super clean, near the charming town square with pretty views out room windows. Owners Leonardo and Paolo made the Hotel his home away from home. My husband brought me to the hotel for a few days of rest before our flights home. The owners offered to upgrade his original room for a larger room I could negotiate with a wheelchair or walker. There may be other lodging options in the town. But Hotel Cles will always be our choice. And it should be yours.

Great location for transportation. Clean, staff are very welcoming and accommodating, food delicious, air conditioned rooms very important for this summer, the only one thing the small fridge in room was not working. Would have loved that. Definitely recommend.
