Despite
being
very
excited
to
do
this
activity,
we
were
quite
disappointed...
the
afternoon/night
before
the
flight
it
was
on
all
the
news
that
the
roads
were
closed
due
to
the
strong
snow
and
ice
storm
that
occurred,
we
called
to
see
if
we
could
change
the
flight
for
the
next
weekend,
and
very
unpleasantly,
they
told
us
no,
that
we
would
lose
the
money,
that
we
would
risk
going,
that
"they
were
not
going
to
cover
the
expenses",
well,
we
went
in
a
fog
that
could
not
be
I
couldn't
see
anything
and
with
hail,
a
risk
of
course...
Once
there,
there
was
quite
a
bit
of
fog,
but
despite
that,
we
took
off:
we
couldn't
see
ANYTHING,
so
we
were
barely
able
to
enjoy
the
experience.
The
flight
lasts
in
theory
about
45
minutes,
we
had
been
there
for
25
when
suddenly
we
started
to
descend
too
much,
and
we
had
to
make
a
HARD
LANDING
AND
TURNED
OVER.
We
fell
into
a
planted
field
full
of
mud.
The
pilot
claimed
that
due
to
the
fog
he
had
no
other
option,
which
we
are
not
sure
if
it
really
could
have
been
avoided,
since
at
first,
before
taking
off,
you
could
see
the
fog
that
there
was...
Since
it
was
such
a
rough
landing
,
I
hurt
my
cervical
spine
and
a
shoulder
where
I
have
an
injury.
We
were
there
for
4
HOURS
waiting
for
them
to
rescue
us,
they
said
they
had
to
pick
up
the
balloon
first,
of
course
that
was
their
priority
and
not
us...
I,
personally,
thought
I
was
going
to
get
some
hypothermia,
4
hours
waiting
at
below
zero
temperatures...
I
understand
that
it
is
an
outdoor
activity
and
that
unforeseen
events
may
arise,
but
at
no
time
did
we
feel
that
our
safety
came
first,
and
the
management
left
much
to
be
desired...
With
this
whole
situation,
we
We
started
having
a
picnic,
and
when
we
finished
the
pilot
said
that
in
10
minutes
he
would
return
to
take
us
back
to
the
takeoff
field,
well,
1
hour
and
a
half
passed
and
we
didn't
know
anything
about
him
or
anyone
on
the
staff,
we
had
to
go
to
look
for
them...
Finally,
we
were
able
to
leave
in
the
cars
(which
had
problems
because
the
ice
thawed
more
over
time
and
there
was
much
more
mud,
although
it
seemed
impossible).
They
have
not
contacted
us
to
apologize,
they
have
not
given
us
the
opportunity
to
repeat
the
experience,
nor
have
they
refunded
our
money...
Without
a
doubt,
I
would
not
recommend
anyone
to
have
this
experience
with
this
company.
