Fantastic food and incredible service. We especially loved the chef's scrambled eggs and white bean stew. Big portions so come hungry. My only gripe would be that they charge €1 pp for bread but everything else was really good!

My husband and I had a salad and a main course to share (we're not big eaters); the goat's cheese salad was a huge portion and delicious, and the beef steak was melt-in-your-mouth! Not to mention, when we said we were sharing they kindly served us the main course already portioned into two plates. :) Really great value for the price. Such warm service with the gentlemen waiters trying their best to communicate with us with our limited Spanish. We were only in Segovia for a day trip, and I felt genuinely touched by the lovely meal experience we had at this restaurant.

El sitio, one of the best places to eat in town. Service “espectacular” the team is amazing. Knowledgeable, attentive, cordial, funny, humble, helpful… hats off, guys! The food is typical castillian - segovia, very very nice Cant wait to come back

Traditional food from Castile and Leon, well prepared and friendly staff. I have been twice in this restaurant. They serve traditional Spanish food, don’t expect anything else. Dishes have good sizes, not large not small. The quality of their food is good. The cecina is a must, the croquettes are well prepared. The filled lamb leg is delicious. For dessert the their ponche segoviano is another must. The site is a mesón, so it is small, tables are quite close among them and it gets noisy when it is full. The restrooms are perhaps the smallest I have seen. But all of these becomes irrelevant since you enjoy a good meal in town. Booking is necessary, the place is busy always.

Delicious food and exceptional service. Waiter stopped us from ordering too much and had great advice for wine. Mashed potatoes with chicharron were the surprise winner. Cochinito was fantastic.

A great experience with delicious food and excellent service! Tucked away in a small alley, yet still just steps away from the town center near Plaza Mayor by the cathedral. Benjamin cava and the Segovia cake recommended by the waiter were terrific. The service is exceptional!

We went for dinner on our first night in Segovia. Trust me when I say this was one of the best meals we have had while on our 12 day stay in Spain. When you enter, the small bar area on the first floor will be packed. Make your way to the back and go upstairs to the restaurant area. You could call ahead for a reservation or wait for a table. We did the latter and only waited just a few minutes. The service is top notch and the waiters will tell you if they think you’re ordering too much food. We shared the grilled squids with avocado sauce, bean stew (a house specialty), and finished with the stuffed boneless lamb shoulder (another specialty). Great food that is very authentic to the area and inexpensive bottles of wine.

Had the famous roasted pork, juicy meat and crispy skin😋. Good service. Atmosphere wise, the bar is super crowded and there are only 4 tables in a tiny space, they do separate the table area from the bar so it's not impacted by the crowd from the bar. Not sure if there are more tables upstairs, at least the atmosphere downstairs isn't that good.

Love this restaurant!!! Famous lechon was reasonably priced. The service was so good and made me feel welcomed. The duck os surprisingly better tho. We ordered two dishes to share and it was perfect decision as the portion was very big.

I had two fantastic dinners , and day time tapas here. Fantastic atmosphere , a truly Segovian atmosphere and clientele. Excellent service from the gentlemen working here, who were patient with me when I tried to eat all their delicious tapas!

The food was amazing! The staff was really nice and helpful, however the sangria had aot of sugar in it that was visible in the glass

Great food and fantastic service. Waiters are fun and friendly, always around mankind sure nothing is missing. Favorites today: the cochinillo and the ponche de Segovia for desert. Very adequate prices for the quality and experience. Highly recommended.

It was lovely but feels slightly overrated. The food was okay but not much to our liking. I see why people would value the waiters but we felt like there's a lot of running around and chaos, didn't really feel like a place to "enjoy dinner". The interior is really authentic and lovely though. Our experience was alright but I wouldn't particularly rush back.

One of the best and most professional waiting services I have had in Europe through the years, also definitively in Spain. Service was attentive, polite, on time, on point, perfect. Congratulations to all the team, it makes me want to return and invite more people. I wish I had more appetite for more dishes but we were looking for a light dinner, trying the Judiones for the first time. It was good. The sangria was also excellent.

This is not the cheapest resturant in Segovia. But very very good dishes and excellent service. You can sit at entrance level for tapas, or at second floor for real dinner. We had great first dishes, mains and deserts.

Very lovely experience, super tasty local Segovian food (especially the Rabo de Torro, the complimentary fried torrenzo, and the ponche segoviano- a local dessert recommended by the waiter). Service is super top, friendly and funny staff, only thing I would comment is that the place is not a one $ as claimed on Google. It's a normally priced restaurant where a couple can pay around 60 eur

Great service and amazing food, really high quality and served fast. The atmosphere is very nice and the waiters super friendly and attentive. We had a great time and absolutely recommend the roasted piglet! They accept card (and tip through card) and they have nice, clean bathrooms. Prices are decent on average with segovia.

Great place friendly staff! Steak was excellent. Many local people downstairs at the bar. We went upstairs to the restaurant. Cocktails were very nice

Service and the food quality is wonderful. 2 persons cost around 37 euros

Delicious cochinillo an torreznos! The sangria was too plain. Waiters are super nice and attentive. The cochinillo is a little small in relation with its price. We were surprised that in a spanish restaurant they charged the bread, but ok.
