Breakfast and the restaurant in general are an issue in this parador. Breakfast is deficient but somehow deficiency appears to be the "level of excellence" set as target. We also had a disappointing dinner, where only 1 of the 3 dishes we ordered were acceptable. Paradores had an aura of great food. Not here.

Rooms a little tired. Great views from the pool. Friendly staff.

The price value ratio is not acceptable.. the rooms are old and all tools out of date. The service is not very nice and just keeps on reminding you what doesn’t work or can’t be done rather than giving solutions or alternatives. It’s big and spacious, I can imagine Americans will enjoy that part. The view is amazing but to be fair, a lot of hotels in Segovia have amazing views. Not being able to walk to town is also not ideal and taxis in Segovia are rather rare from my experience.

Hotel with a great view over old the city center of Segovia. Make sure to wake up close to sunrise to see the hot air balloons taking off over the center. Spacious rooms. Only complaint I could give is the number of sunbeds is really limited at the pool, as well as the number of umbrellas / places in the shade. Especially around the time when everybody starts to return from daytrips around 5PM. The pool temperature half august was 24 degrees. Except for that, they aren’t any remarks we can make of this hotel. Great staff, great breakfast choice too (and that view during breakfast…😍)

Beautiful, quiet and well-serviced hotel. The rooms were spacious, very clean and comfortable. I was checked-in very late, and they were very accommodating. My room had a nice balcony with an excellent balcony. One downside was the restaurant food, not sure that was great, but the views were phenomenal.

We did not stay at the hotel, only attended a function. Hotel has no character, views from the garden are stunning but the structure looks like a prison. Pity considering the architecture of the area. Food served was........no comment! Except to say that you will definitely find better elsewhere

Parador of Segovia is a wonderfull place to stay in Segovia. Although it is not in the center of the city. it is very close and easily we went to the city by taxi. What we most like was the interior swimming pool, with views to the city, and with hot water! We also enjoyed a lot the dinner and the service. The room in which we stay was very big, and although a little bit old, very confortable. I recommend this place!

1980s-style hotel on the hillside just outside Segovia, with an adjacent conference centre. The dining room has an excellent view over the city. Most people will probably be very satisfied with the hotel, but if you need disabled access it's disappointing. The hotel has accessible rooms (we stayed in #201), and the room and bathroom are fine, if not very large. It has a small balcony. But there's a *very* steep ramp at the entrance to the hotel - nearly everyone will require assistance. There's also no level access to the cafe area, swimming pools, or garden. Level access to the restaurant is only with staff assistance via the service lift and through the kitchen.

Lovely hotel, friendly staff. Food could have been a bit better but maybe I just picked the wrong thing

Two nights here. Striking Brutalist Architecture within the hotel, lots of lovely art pieces and huge open ceilings. Magnificent panoramic views. Everywhere is spotlessly clean. We had half board and meals were very good. Only one waiter understands English so gets a bit tricky. Only complaint is coffee is not hot.

Most amazing view of the monuments of segovia, really the whole city. The pool is located in a way that you can really lounge and take in the views. The staff takes great care of its guests

Lovely location. Great rooms with a terrace. Good food in the restaurant. The AC did not work and they did not really care. It was hot and uncomfortable without it. Also the hotel is very dated and the bathroom was too small and full of things.

Stayed 1 night en route to the ferry at santander. The hotel was under strict covid protocols which meant the hotel was virtually empty. Nice room with a lovely view towards the cathedral. Excellent shower and bathroom. The fridge just had a beer, water and coke in it which normally means complimentary, couldn't see a price list, so I was a bit surprised to be charged at checkout. Staff were the normal standoffish parador type although one waitress thawed a bit when I spoke Spanish . The menu was limited but the steak I had was excellent and cooked to perfection. Would definitely stay here again.

Such a stunning location and a perfect stop from the santander ferry when heading to Costa Blanca. The views are stunning from the hotel. Nice sized rooms and friendly staff. The city is bursting with things to explore from the castle, the cathedral and the Roman Aquaduck. Highly recommend a great stop off placevto explore.

Just another 4 star Hotel. The building and views are gorgeous BUT the rooms (at least ours) need maintenance ASAP. The staff isn’t friendly… I’m a little bit disappointed of my experience staying in a Spanish “PARADOR”

Lovely staff and food. Very clean and spacious. Unfortunately the rooms are dated and the hotel lacks atmosphere.

This Parador has a fantastic view looking over Segovia. Rooms were great and so was breakfast. About 7 euros for a taxi down to the aquaduct. Only complaint would be the staff seemed a bit unfriendly. Lovely indoor pool but the outdoor one had been drained.

The parador has a beautiful view of Segovia. The location is about a 40 minute walk to the center. Unfortunately the front desk staff were not friendly and unhelpful. They misunderstood our request for a room with three single beds (which they advertise) but in reality you get a king and a pull-out couch. When we requested the room we booked, they gave us another room with the exact same set up which was still being cleaned. We requested the first room which was done with cleaning and the room was clean and the bed was extremely comfortable. Considering the service and amenities, the price may not be worth it.
