Decently priced hotel on the edge of town with free parking, town centre is 30 minute walk or with a local bus no 5 only a few minutes away. Has large rooms and nice bathrooms though the decor is a little dated even for a hotel built in 2006. Has a swimming pool out the back which you can use between 11-15, very nice local breakfast options are available nearby if you do not fancy eating at the hotel.

To get a towel for the pool, which is lovely by the way. You have to get a ticket from reception, but you can't go there in your swimming costume. Takes a bit of planning, so one star lost.

Terrible location, nothing in the area and it's far from attractions. The reception is pretty terrible they told us swimming pool is open but then at the swimming pool entrance they wanted to charge 25 euro to use tiny indoor pool. What a scam! For 4 star hotel this is just not acceptable!

We were pleasantly surprised with this hotel. it is beautiful out and inside. the accommodations were clean, elegant and comfortable. Breakfast was good. The staff is very nice. It is out of the tourist zone but close enough. It provides parking without an extra fee. The best hotel out of 10 (in the same price range) hotels we stayed during our visit.

We always go out of our way to stay in this beautiful hotel it's one of the best the staff are so friendly and helpful. We checked into a beautiful room as always and went down to the bar for a lovely G and T then went into the dining room but had a small problem but was dealt with by a proper gentleman who turned out to be the owner and his wife no problem . We had a great night sleep and turned out for a wonderful breakfast checked out and went on our way. I forgot to say it's a great location and has a great car park. We look forward to the next time we call into Hotel Candido.

Visited the restaurant this past Sunday for my aunt's 100 birthday!! The staff made the ocassion memorable. Food was great specially the chorizo and the cochinillo!! The outdoor location was spectacular!! Will return from Houston any time.

An absolutely stunning hotel ... very modern but with touches of authentic Victorian decor. Extremely comfortable, large rooms, and very clean. Exceptionally friendly staff. Free on site parking and only 30 minute walk to the centre of town and the aqueduct.

Visiting Segovia on a road trip we chose this hotel at the edge of town, because of the nice garden with swimming pool and free parking. It was great value for money. Rooms are very large, clean and and so are the bathrooms. Comfortable bed. Distance to the center is walkable, but don’t expect it to be an interesting walk, until you reach the center. Taxi was only 5€/7 at night. Breakfast was ordinary, but reasonably priced. All in all - what this hotel may lack in authentic charm it has in convenience.

It is a beautiful building with great spaces and nice amenities. Breakfast buffet and food à la carte is really good, fresh ingredients and nice looking plates. It is a shame that some of the ladies at the front desk and even a couple of the guys that serve at the restaurant are a bit harsh and not polite enough for attending people.

Very beautiful hotel. Clean and fancy lobby and breakfast selection. Large washrooms, and huge room sizes. Staff was very nice as well. 20 minute walk to Central area of Segovia and the aquaducts.

Not good, we booked a room for a family of 4 but there was only bed space for 3. The hotel wanted another €80 for a room with a 4th bed, yet on their website at the same time they were advertising a 4 person room for €26 less than we paid. Not acceptable.

The hotel is designed just like a casle from outside. All the serving team in the hotel was fantastic. The size of the rooms are big enough and it was clean.
