This hotel is clearly living off its past history as a convent. When opened it must have been very grand and opulent. But clearly corners were cut when it came to separating the rooms. We could hear everything said in adjacent rooms. To be kept awake by constant snoring in an adjacent room in a 4 star hotel is unacceptable. Rooms are beginning to look tired and need a refresh. This said the staff were very friendly. It has good parking and is very close to the start of the famous Aqueduct leading into the centre of the city. Original courtyard which is great for drinks when the sun is out. Buffet breakfast was a delight. But if you want a quiet night's sleep think before you book.

The hotel staff is incredibly rude and impolite. We stayed there to attend a wedding near by and deeply regret choosing this hotel. Segovia is beautiful but our experience was ruined by the attitude of the staff. Sadly, we don’t plan to return to Segovia again thanks to our experience at this hotel.

No English Channels on the television in a 4 star hotel Wanted either a credit card or a 50€ deposit for the room ( in case we destroyed something ) it’s not written anywhere we had no cash and only debit cards Did not recommend any local / central food as they only recommend theirs in the hotel

Location is great. Parking to garage is tricky. Breakfast is recommended. Room is small and the shower makes water everywhere.

The menu is absolutely stunning, with very nice staff. The building in which it is situated is also beautiful. We did not stay at the hotel.

We stayed for 1 night. We had dinner in the restaurant it was wonderful. We had the set menu which included the suckling pig absolutly wonderful shame I already had paid for breakfast as I was still full next morning. A 15 minute walk to town centre but worth it for the restaurant.

This hotel is well worth a visit only 10 mins walk from the viaduct and Hussle and bussle of the center. The staff are very friendly and the rooms are clean and tidy. Breakfast is good there's a great selection. We will come back again well worth the visit.

Poor. Hotel seems to be tired and past it's best. Worst stay in a while.

The hotel is in an excellent position. Right at the start of the acuaduct. The rooms have tiled floor but there is a/c heatibg/cooling in room. No balconies. The room furniture is very basic, tv only in Spanish. Breakfast was a continental spread with a few warm items(scrambled eggs, bacon and hotdog mini sausages), service clearing tables slow. Parking available in nice garden with inner courtyard. Close to all sites, and loads of restaurants and cafes etc.

The hotel is very well located and beautiful. The staff is friendly. Unfortunately it becomes overpriced during weekends and the mattresses are old and hard. The beds are not comfortable for a good night´s sleep.

We stayed at this hotel for 2 nights given a wedding nearby. PROS: Rooms were great and clean. Brekkie had a good selection! Receptionists were great and helpful CONS: bar staff and restaurant server were extremely rude, with a passive aggressive tone. We understand we all have bad days, but this poor customer service was a constant with them and did spoil the vibe. Which makes us not consider going back to this amazing place, given we didn't feel welcome by them.

Nice hotel. Clean. Comfortable bed. Location is perfect. Breakfast had lots of meats, cheeses, boiled eggs, scrambled eggs, breads, croissants, fruits, yogurt. No fried eggs or pancakes though. Nice choice of coffees and teas and of course water and orange juice.

We stayed 1 night in the hotel. Its location is excellent (very quit) at the end of the aquaduct which is some hundred metres from the city centre of Segovia. The rooms have everything you need. The bathroom has some authentic characteristics. There are parking spaces available (reservation is recommended). The person at the reception was very friendly. Breakfast was OK with different choices of meat and cheese.

Nothing special in this hotel. Ridiculously small bathroom for a 4star hotel. Nice courtyard was the saving grace.

Hotel is clean and value for money. Location is not closed to attraction thus car is needed. Breakfast is excellent. The Restaurant serves delicious meal and the set meal at €25 with wine, water and bread, is fantastic value. Can't finished the food, just too much.

Really loved this hotel! Fantastic warm decor, like stepping into a royal palace. Used to be a monastery but now is a hotel. Artifacts and decor reflect this. The room was so comfortable, cool airconditioning on a hot day, very warm/soft linen and modernized bathroom. Everything clean and perfect. Staff was very friendly and knowledgeable. It's in a great location, 10 min walk to the Aqueduct. Parking is included and free. Loved the breakfast also but didn't have a chance to try the restaurant for lunch or dinner as I was busy touring Segovia! Thanks for the wonderful stay, will come back here again.

Beautiful hotel on the outskirts of Segovias historic aquaduct. Service very good from all staff. Must say unsual to have no refreshments in the room e.g. tea/coffee also unusual to have a bed with a blanket instead of a duvet. Good buffet breakfast. We enjoyed our short stay and we would stay again.
