Absolutely
unforgivable,
terrible
service!
I
ordered
through
the
drive-through
and
was
told
to
drive
to
the
front
of
the
building
(which
isn't
unusual).
A
young
man
brought
a
bag
out
and
didn't
say
a
word;
he
just
handed
me
the
bag.
I
immediately
knew
that
it
wasn't
my
order
because
it
was
too
light
to
have
two
burgers
and
fries
in
it.
I
called
him
back
to
the
vehicle
and
told
him
so.
I
also
told
him
what
the
order
should
have
been.
He
looked
in
the
bag
and
asked
me
for
my
receipt.
I
informed
him
that
I'd
just
thrown
my
receipt
in
the
trash
can
as
I
drove
by
it.
He
looked
in
the
can,
took
a
receipt
out
(which
wasn't
mine),
put
it
back
in,
and
left.A
few
minutes
later,
a
female
came
out,
asked
what
my
order
was,
and
left.
About
10
minutes
later,
another
female
came
out
and
again
asked
what
my
order
was
and
if
I
had
my
receipt.
She
went
back
inside
after
I
responded.After
35
minutes
of
waiting
in
the
car
for
my
order
to
be
delivered,
I
finally
went
inside
and
asked
for
my
order
and
explained
that
it
had
been
over
30
minutes.
A
female
worker
just
grabbed
a
bag
and
dropped
it
on
the
counter.
No
words
were
spoken.
No
apologies.
Nothing.
I
told
her
thank
you,
and
she
didn't
respond;
she
just
turned
and
walked
away.Extremely
unprofessional
and
uncaring!
