Absolutely unforgivable, terrible service! I ordered through the drive-through and was told to drive to the front of the building (which isn't unusual). A young man brought a bag out and didn't say a word; he just handed me the bag. I immediately knew that it wasn't my order because it was too light to have two burgers and fries in it. I called him back to the vehicle and told him so. I also told him what the order should have been. He looked in the bag and asked me for my receipt. I informed him that I'd just thrown my receipt in the trash can as I drove by it. He looked in the can, took a receipt out (which wasn't mine), put it back in, and left.A few minutes later, a female came out, asked what my order was, and left. About 10 minutes later, another female came out and again asked what my order was and if I had my receipt. She went back inside after I responded.After 35 minutes of waiting in the car for my order to be delivered, I finally went inside and asked for my order and explained that it had been over 30 minutes. A female worker just grabbed a bag and dropped it on the counter. No words were spoken. No apologies.   Nothing.  I told her thank you, and she didn't respond; she just turned and walked away.Extremely unprofessional and uncaring!

The food is still super hot so I guess that's why it took forever for a McChicken & a fries, but there's so much mayo in this sandwich, it's dripping out (gross!!) Maybe I just have bad luck everywhere I go, but the top comment was from someone ordering extra mayo & chz on their hot & spicy and they got chicken & bread, so maybe it's just to location.... They apologized for the wait, but then I went to check to make sure I actually got tomatoes and found this saucy mess.

Absolutely terrible. Wait time is not up to par for fast food. Kids need to pay more attention to orders. We work hard for our money and time/gas isn’t free to be going in and out for incorrect orders. All I can say is doo better McDonald’s:/

I’ve been going to this McDonald’s location for two years. Previously, I would have rated them 4 stars. While most of the staff is friendly, I’ve had an issue the last two times I picked up food. Someone in the kitchen has very thin and short black hair. Yes, the last two times I’ve found hair in my food! Please have the kitchen staff wear hairnets or something to prevent this, because it’s stomach turning when this happens! I’m not going to this location again.

If the food is fresh is great! i mean it seems like the heat lamp is on and when you get the food the bread is hard and fries aren't really done. The line seems to get longer and the wait time longer...but the staff is usually very friendly!!

We went to the drive through to place an order and after waiting in line for almost 20 minutes we get to the speaker and we received an automated message saying that the store was closed and to come back during normal operating hours. Well, needless to say, I was very upset, and I voiced how upset I was out loud. I was stuck at the speaker since the line wasn't moving, and eventually, someone came on the speaker asking to take my order. I asked him if they were open then why would they play the closed automated message. And then he said with an attitude, "if it says we're closed then we are closed." I asked him why he even offered to take my order then. Then I said, "so so y'all aren't taking orders?" And he said, "We're trying." Then I asked, "So you are going to take my order?" And then in the background I could hear a female employee say with an attitude, "If you say it." At that point I was done. I am not going to place an order somewhere where I am being treated so rudely. They were also laughing the whole time like no one cared. I don't know what the manager on shift was doing or if they even cared. These employees need to be retrained on customer service. I will probably never return to this McDonald's again.

Ordered a decaf coffee. The person at the counter was really irritated that I ordered it. Proceeded to tell me she’s going to have to brew it. 20 mins later I ended up leaving with no coffee. I saw my order sit at the top of their list as they worked all the orders around it. I wasn’t the only one complaining either. At least 5 other customers were waiting for food or needed their order fixed. Each time an employee was dealing with a customer they were very rude.

Great food service! I thought I lost my phone and I was having a panic attack , and the wonderful lady at the front counter , was so kind and she had it put up behind the counter!! Couldn't be more appreciative of the fact she made sure that she verified it belonged to me and made sure it was put up out of sight to avoid theft! Amazing service and amazing humility! God bless that lady !
