Very beautiful infrastructure in hotel 🏨🏨 industry and developed a large scale of amenities in hotel services, currently visit this place but we found that some working on going in interior design.

Fraudulent. I stayed there with my family for 2 days. I had booked the rooms directly with the hotel. I spoke to there reservation superior lady, we came to a certain amount after discount for the total bill for two days stay. When I was checking out the lady denied completely that we did not have any conversation (it was just a week ago). And I will have to pay completely, without any discount which we had agreed upon. Problem was she had not mailed me the final amount over the mail when I had booked. So they denied that we cannot believe any telephonic conversation. When you don't remember such telephonic conversation and you can't mail the price of the total bill then bloody stop taking reservations over the phone. Shut down the reservation department. Very disappointed with the behaviour of the staff handling reservations.

Had a terrible experience. Had a booking but they did not honor by giving a hopeless reason. Said that roof of one floor came down due to rains, which I am unable to believe. If it is true you can imagine the safety here. They arranged a stay in another hotel. Nice of that but that hotel is pathetic. They did not think what kind of hotel to arrange who stays in premium hotels like Radisson. It might be a little rare scenario but not acceptable.

The staff are very friendly. The rooms are very clean ,spacious and comfortable. The food was very delicious thanks to the very talented team of chefs. There is security 24 hours so no need to worry. The hotel has a very good ambiance and is family friendly

My parents recently visited Bhopal for a short trip and stayed at the facility during their visit. I’d couple of additional requests to meet the requirements for my parents stay considering that they’re senior citizens. I emailed the reservation desk and within an hour received response from Mr Abhishek Bharadwaj, who shared his mobile number so that we can have a conversation and to ensure that he has understood all the requirements. It was a great conversation, where Abhishek listened and made note of every minute detail I mentioned and he reconfirmed them before end of call to ensure clarity. The day my parents arrived at the hotel, everything went smoothly as if it was rehearsed many times but in my view this is the level of service that Abhishek and his team provide to all guests all the time. He also ensured that my parents had hot breakfast despite being late for it, and it was really tasty as my Mother mentioned. During the stay, Abhishek ensured that my parents were looked after and any requests were fulfilled with great care and service quality. My parents also mentioned to me that next time when they visit Bhopal, they’d prefer to stay at Radisson. I really want to thank Abhishek and his team who went above and beyond my parents and my expectations to make the stay relaxing and comfortable for my parents.

Facilities are good as hotels of Radission level should have. I am bit surprised with location choice by Radission Management. Have to wait n watch, but they could had better place to have Radission Brand.

Loved this property so much this has become the most visited property in Bhopal. Jayesh, Himanshu and other staff working in evening shifts are wonderful.

The housekeeping team did an excellent job of keeping the room spotless and well-maintained throughout my stay, creating a truly pleasant and relaxing environment. I must give a special shout-out to Chef Mr. Rajesh and his culinary team for their exceptional skills in the kitchen. Chef Rajesh's attention to detail and dedication to creating mouthwatering dishes truly impressed me. Radisson never fails to surprise. Their food quality of buffet keeps improving. This place excels in all fronts on hospitality. Food is top class. Ambience is very modern and well maintained. Service was excellent and staff is humble. I will recommend you all to experience what I meant by mentioning all of Radisson services.

Though far way from the airport and heart of the city, this hotel has excellent facilities and amenities. Had a memorable stay here. Food was good. System of using access card for everything is not appreciated, as I had to come down upon reacing the room door thrice, for recharging it.

Went for vegetarian lunch buffet to the Hotel. The staff was courteous and obliged jain food for my mum, who was fasting, at that time. We were grateful for that. However, pesky house flies during lunch were really troublesome. It kept sitting on food and contaminating them. The whole scenario was really unhygienic and raised health concern. On flagging the same, hotel staff showed up with tiny racquet but failed to do any pest control. The food was very average and best part of buffet was ice cream, that says about the standard of food served.

It was my first time in India and stayed in this hotel for three nights for a wedding. Honestly, as a European, I was overwhelmed by the standards of an Indian city. But the hotel was a very positive experience: The rooms are super clean, especially the bathrooms. The space is generous. The food is very tasty, fresh and of high quality. The service is great, you get served immediately. The hotel is also flexible, as I had both, early check-in and late check-out. I would definitely recommend this hotel!

I recently held a party in this hotel considering it was 5 star in bhopal but to my surprise this hotel has worst quality services . To begin with the waiters and food services are extremely poor... despite requesting for starters and soups several times nothing come for our esteemed guests the floor managers were clueless and there was a complete chaos in the party the food quality was extremely poor considering the amount we were asked to pay I will give it negative rating and request everyone to stay out ...if only u want to ruin your party ! My family and I celebrated my birthday here, staying at the executive suites for a couple of nights. We had a great lunch buffet with live music, cake cutting at midnight, Christmas celebration in the morning, sumptuous breakfast, several rounds of room service, and a pleasant night’s sleep. Manager Yash, Reservation manager Abhishek, Front desk Himanshu Harish and Ramsha, and service executives Raviraj, Javed, and all the staff were very helpful, friendly, professional, and accommodating. We definitely will come back again, and recommend to our relatives and friends.

Rooms is nicely done. Follows standard design and layout. However I spotted a cockroach in the bathroom. And the bathroom stinks...probably the gas outlet from the septic tank is not working. Service people tried their best to address the issue by spreading deodorant.

Breakfast and ambience is very good. Especially the way the boys Aashish and ranjan were very good at providing prompt service with smiling face. When I enquired about the supervisor they told me the name Govind jee. He is good by managing the facilities. Thank you

Radisson hotel has been one of the best in hotel industry and remains to be so. The rooms are spacious, designed great and comfortable, there is a gym and swimming pool at the terrace which adds up to the memory of my stay. The Meeting hall we booked was well lit and is quite spacious for a huge team.

The raddison hotel is one of the best hotel which gives all the excellent quality of services.

Worst service and stay ever at a 4 star hotel. Please avoid, Go for Marriot, Taj Lakefront or even Jehan Numa.

Very aesthetic hotel with amazing facilities and great services. I went there to attend a party. The decoration, the ambiance everything was great. I was in awe. The food quality and taste was exquisite as one would expect, I especially loved the Thai curry in the buffet. One thing that concerned me a tad bit that the party was on the second floor, but, there was no where to wash hands on that floor, by the way, there was sanitizer at the entrance.

The location of the hotel is good. The staff has been really warm towards a guest coming in. The housekeeping staff have been ready to help us in any circumstance. Ashis has been a great staff. Did his job with good time and made to room clean. Recommend the hotel if you want to be within city limits.

I visited this hotel for business purpose. This hotel is very good. The rooms are very neat and clean, maintained well. The restaurant is big and staff are well behaved and care for the needs of customers. Food varieties are wide, options of street chats, starters, appetisers, main course and variety of sweets. The quality and taste of food is awesome. I really enjoyed the stay here. I recommend this should be number 1 option for stay in Bhopal.

I went with my family for lunch (buffet) at Radisson. The ambiance is quite good, however they served only a single dish as starter and said they just serve 1 dish as starter and rest is main course. We then spoke to the chef and he added few more dishes to the starter. Later the same happened with dessert wherein limited options were showcased and on asking we were getting the other desserts prepared. This is not acceptable as this isn't our duty to ask and get the variety for the food again and again. Lazy staff, not cooperative

It's a great property but the location doesn't suit it . Rooms were neat and clean but the suite doesn't feel like it was a suite room although it's neat and clean it was just its size. Service was great 👍

The Radisson Bhopal is a new property and it feels like it. The staff very courteous and efficient. The rooms were spacious and and very comfortable. We had a very good nights sleep! The dinner and breakfast buffet have a wide variety of dishes covering Indian, continental and also East Asian and the chefs at the live counter were ready to make something special if you requested them. One point to note for people driving there themselves is that that Google map directions points to a place about 500 m from the actual hotel. I would recommend people to call the property for direction when you are closeby. Will definitely recommend the property and stay again when visiting Bhopal.

It's not the regular 5star u wud expect. Rooms are excellent but the location and hence the view from the windows is pathetic. The services and amenities are just upto the mark. Bathroom is really small for its rating. Buffet spread is the best thing here though. Compliments to the chef!!!

I loved to stay here. I was been there 2-3 times for my professional trip nad . Found good and hygienic food.staff is very polite and with smiling faces. Serves the food as Alcatraz and bigge as well. They have seperate space for private party. I would say nice hotel in food and rooms quality. Don't find any regret except pool.

Hotel building, entrance parking facilities are good. Very clean, services and staff are excellent. Food is delicious. Two things I felt negative, 1st it's location, it is situated amidst a residential area hence it approach is not convenient. And second, the tribal paintings they have used in interior are not original but copied. While expectations with such reputed hotels are for grand and original paintings. Management should think about it

Went there for Buffet Dinner with family and guests. The ambiance is nice. Service is good. I was disappointed with the lack of options. There were very limited options in starters and main course was literally 4 things, and Indian sweets were few days old minimum.

Well made property but location could have been better. Service was not upto the mark. Food was just ok types. Visit again? Best avoid.
