New housing area for goverment related staff. The only goverment staff can buy this properties. Variety of apartments size that from 850 sq feet to 1500 sq feet. 36th floor heights with 3 services lift. Can be say as completed basic standards facilities such as multipurpose courts, shops, laundry and surau. Gated area with security guard.

Hard to parking at outside the building but the surrounding were nice. Near the petro station (shell and petronas) with attached coffee bean Cafe and McDonald's.

A great park for a quick city escape. Suitable for simple family outdoor activities like cycling, skateboarding, walking & jogging. Also famous for kiting & picnic. Many local vendors selling kites, fingerfood & drinks, with some providing bicycle renting & foot massage services. Ample parking space. Wheelchair friendly. Public toilet available. Not a dog park. The park is closed by 8pm daily.

I just moved in last October. Its a service apartment for civil servants. The place i had is very spacious and the facilities are ok for a family. So far the place is ok.

Nice disposition space and roomy apartments, with wide common corridors, however PPAM is extremely noisy as multiple tower construction surrounds it. You will not be spared at night or even in weekends as the developers have authorizations to continue the works. Multiple cases of Dengue fever forces the authorities to fog the buildings however it does not really alleviate the problem...

Very clean residence & good safety..u can stay here in peace..
