We love it here! Had an issue with package delivery but management has been willing to receive packages for now. There still needs to be a long term solution as well. Management needs to implement Wi-Fi in the common areas, fix the parking entrance to tower 1, and limit renovation workers from using all the lifts. However, overall we are happy with Sentral Suites! Great location near KL Sentral, Brickfields, etc.

Great location...close to all amenities. 5 mins walk to KL Sentral. Beautifully designed with luxurious facilities, very spacious and has amazing view. Love the sauna and provided lockers. Spacious carpark but the turning to exit can be quite sharp. Staff and security guards were well mannered and helpful. Good service.

- Stayed for 2 nights in a family room at Sentral Suites Tower 3 and it was a nightmare 😱 - Drilling noise start the morning from the construction site next door was unbearable 😡 - Resident denied us access to the pool and was rude and aggressive 😤 - No toiletries or drinking water provided 😒 - Wifi is slow, they use Umobile 4g that has poor coverage in the building 🐌 - Only positive thing was the guy who gave us the key, he was polite and helpful 🙂 - Do not recommend this place to anyone, it is a waste of money and time 🙅‍♂️ - There are much better options nearby, stay away from Sentral Suites! 🚫

Short story: they left me on the streets, briefly after midnight, cancelling my room last minute, after long discussions about upfront payment. They are abusing Booking as a platform and they are completely unprofessional regarding their reservations. Long story: Don't know how the place is like because I didn't stay here. They were extremely harsh during check-in, when my flight was delayed and I barely made it to KL on time for their requirements (be there at 00:50 no later). Then they insisted that I make the payment upfront to guarantee my reservation (all of this was happening in the last few hours before my arrival in KL, meaning I was on the go). They wanted cash OR instant online transfer, and me as a foreigner couldn't provide that for them, cash because I had to time to take out any before 00:50 as they wanted, and instant online transfer is not a thing for my banks. When I confronted them that they are being unreasonable, after offering to deposit my passport for the reservation until I bring cash the next day, after also offering my credit card to pay (which they said won't work - WHAT? everybody accepts credit cards in Kuala Lumpur), they said they no longer have room for me. This happened after midnight, when I was already at KL train station. So I was literally ON THE STREET, as a single woman, on my first trip to Malaysia. They communicated strictly via Whatsapp, they laughingly said that they make infinite number of reservations on online platforms, but they only guarantee a reservation to serious bookers, i.e. those who make a payment upfront, in one of their desired means of payment (which by the way were mentioned nowhere on their page on Booking). All in all, I don't know if they have nice rooms, but I would avoid them at all costs, especially if I come from abroad, because they don't operate like any other place I have ever stayed at.

This place was good view and the hotel was also good but they scammed us because we paid for 4 nights but and they kicked us out in 3 nights. Even last time we paid for 3 days but they again said we paid for 2 nights.They will scam you if are not care full

Stayed there for week but they charged us more than the relevant prices. There was no drinking facilities wifi was very slow and no toiletries facility. If you’re foreigners then they’ll provably try to scam you. I wouldn’t recommend this place to stay

Amazing facilities and good quality works

Impressed by the facilities and the tranquil greenery on the premises. The ambiance is ideal for unwinding, especially at night with a breathtaking view of the skyscrapers. impeccably clean and inviting. Being adjacent to the train and transport hub makes it incredibly convenient to explore every corner of the city and beyond in Malaysia. Access to offices and medical facilities is a breeze. Numerous highly-rated restaurants are within walking distance, and there's even a new and delicious restaurant opening below the unit.

nice location, walkable to to Nu Sentral and main kl sentral station.

It's very difficult to live because there is always loud music playing in the fabric store on the street, as if you were in a disco. Even closing the windows doesn't help. I hope the management will solve this issue.
