Nando's is one of my favorite restaurant brands, but I prefer the 1MK branch. The food and service here are better than at other branches

Love the environment and customer service (staffs are friendly and polite). There is a hands washing area (basin, soap, paper towels) behind, so convenient for people to enjoy the chicken with fingers. 😄 Had the Quarter Chicken with 2 Side Dishes. They were delicious.

Good place for healthy meal, can customise your side dish apart from your main meal chicken. The new flavour Vusa is the most spicy, not for the faint hearted. Good for those spicy food lover.

Well-maintained quality & taste of flame-grilled chicken with peri-peri sauce. Love the new sides of char-grilled vege, fresh salad & mashed potato. Cappuccino wasn't as good as expected. (less coffee aroma)

Staff were very considerate and patient. Onto the food~ Texture of the chicken was perfect (maybe cuz it was chicken leg which normally has better texture than chicken breast). I liked that we could get an extra selection of peri peri sauce, so the taste of chicken never gets boring. Side dishes~ Fries were good, especially with sauce. Spicy Rice was very dry and could be improved. Drinks menu could do with a lot of improvement, like more choices / cheaper prices, etc.

Always loving nandos. Consider it to be the healthiest fast food in my list haha. While credit should be given to the manager of nandos mont Kiara. Absolutely steady and cool in handling customers issue. For my case, I can't apply my voucher and when I bring it up, alternative solution is provided. Food. Peri Peri chicken is always my choice. And everything can't go wrong with wedges. While the chicken is tender as Nando's standard. To collect points, you can download the Nandos apps. And with 3 chillis collected, you will receive rewards from apps. Worth it and love it.

was hungry for nando's and decided to come here, first visit to this branch. the restaurant is not really spacious (it's L-shaped) but there's many tables so it may left u feel a bit cramped, during my visit there was only 2 other tables so it was fine. 1 mont kiara is a bit of a dead mall, not so happening so you kinda get the vibe. service was great, attentive waiter. the chicken though, can't exactly give it a 5 star as it was slightly dry. the chicken liver taste is good as other branch, love the recipe and the taste but the livers were slightly small. wondering if nando's going to consider compensate with more chicken livers if they received small stocks. i mean, just agak-agak la if it doesn't fill up half of a bowl then it shouldn't leave the kitchen.

Great Nando branch in Malaysia. Been a great pleasure eating here. There's a lot of people here, especially on the weekend. The place is so big and relaxing though. Loved chilling here. The chicken really chewy and really big in portion. Really enjoyed eating it. With my favorite sauce, Mild Peri-peri, really got a perfect combination in taste. Loved it.

Poor cooking skill makes less tasty food. Compared with Publika branch, there is big difference. Foods are not well cooked, not hot when it served.

Came here on a Sunday for lunch, no chargrilled vegetables, no butterfly chicken, no frozen yogurt. Probably the worst outlet to go to if you are craving Nandos

Ordered my food (Half Chicken with 2 Sides) and I was happy. The salad was crispy and lovely and the spicy rice was warm.

The side food was stale except the chicken. Especially the Peri2 soup was stale can't even smell it and also the corn and coleslaw totally out going to stale anytime, the smell really made me to throw up. I paid so much for the food and end up in throwing all the food away. So heartbreaking.

One of the worst and most dissapointing outlet we ever visited. Portions were miserable, over priced and we didnt even recieve out bottomless rice refill. In the end decided to just leave.

Did not serve the usual sides (fries, wedges, etc.) For some reason at this branch. Chicken chop tasted a little off (like undercooked but probably ok temperature-wise). Also for the bottomless sides-- they ran out of rice before I could ask for a second serving, at least they allowed subbing for coleslaw.

Their service is definitely excellent. Just the chips is uncooked or didn't cooked well before they served.

The place is okay compared to other branches this is a little bit better and order was fast and good think they didn’t forget anything 😅

Have been frequenting this outlet for years, a family favourite. Their chicken is always juicy, and the size, taste, as well as the preparation are always consistent. Good team, from the wait staff to the kitchen staff. Today, we had an issue with the whole chicken that we ordered and the manager (Ashraf) immediately replaced it after verifying the issue. He didn't make us feel like we were overreacting or blamed us for complaining. Awesome service, as always. We will definitely continue to support this outlet.

The salad I ordered was super TERRIBLE! Noticed a weird texture in the salad when eating, then I realised lot of sand on the lettuce, and a dead fly!!!!! Hygiene totally cannot
