29/7/2020 Nurses at Klinik Pembedahan HTAR are so rude to patients...no manners when talked to patients... We've seen they did to other patients...and we go through it ourselves.. So sad bcoz of this kind of attitude... the public will see negative on civil servants service.

A general public Hospital which provides a variety of outpatient, emergency, hospitalization and other health services. Being a public hospital, it is extremely crowded and you can expect a long waiting time for registration and to be seen by a Doctor, and another long wait at the Pharmacy where you get a queue Number to get your medications. For hospitalization, it is also very crowded, hot, and noisy at the hospitalization wards. Sometimes, a family member is allowed to stay the night to provide care to a warded family member, even in the third class ward. This creates a very noisy and cramped environment when the carer snores loudly at night while sleeping on the floor in between patients, hence, causing the patients sleepless nights. The nurses also do not care if you request for assistance to the toilets, after surgery. Instead, they give you diapers to wear to urinate on the diapers until the diapers is completely wet, and the bedsheets are completely wet. It would be good if the nurses should be more helpful and caring to the needs of patients who have undergone surgery, without anyone to help them in their areas of needs. The medical services are cheaper as compared to private hospitals. However, there is room for improvement in the extremely long waiting time and the health care given by nurses during hospitalization.

For me HTAR save my husband's life....Take the good things only....

Every where long queue. Waiting for registration for 20 to 30 mins, waiting for number 15 to 30 minutes, waiting to visit doc 30 mins to 1 hour, waiting to get follow up appointment 45 to 1 hour, waiting to get meds 1 to 2 hours. Bring my mom for follow up check up at 7.30am. Completed at 12.30pm. 🤦🏽‍♀️ Pity to look at old ppls. Pls do some thing to settle this waitings.

don't know who pickup my call, very rude . Can just guide me how to do appointment but not shouting.... we pay tax for this kind of service?????
