I came yesterday around 11am ish because my iphone 13 is blank. I tried to do everything that i googled but it just won’t work. The dude that “assisted” was very rude, probably because I’m not one of those that queuing for iphone 14. He insisted that he cannot do anything but asked me to go to KLCC for service centre. Which is way too far since i live in petaling jaya. I decided to just go for nearest celcom and he did it for me in less than 5 minutes 🙄 apparently u just need to push power/volume button(theres a technique here) (which i assume every reseller representative should have known?) the dude yesterday was the tallest one with sweater, u sucks.
