    I knew their was a reason I havent eaten here in well over 20 years....everything sucks, i had to wait about 15 minutes to be served, fish sandwich is half the size it use to be and tasted like it was cooked in old oil, fries were old and saggy and it cost almost 5 bucks How is this dump of a restaurant still attracting people

    Drive through, didnt have what we wanted, so ordered fresh fries with no salt. Man handing out food wouldn't speak to us, didn't give us straws, wouldn't answer our question. Next day we came back and the man taking our order wouldnt get off his phone, and was discussing his "coke" deal. Won't be going back.

    I stopped by and got me a spicy chicken sandwich and fries it was good , and they need some help here at this McDonald's if anyone is looking for a job please come and help them out. The indoors was closed today cause of the help shortage!

    Drive thru only till 5 am. So no bathroom ...struggled to get order correct..hash browns were overly greasy and the coffee was not drinkable....but it was 4:30 am

    Tyree was such a pleasant team member to interact with. He had a big smile was friendly and polite and hardworking, even though they were short staffed he was still very kind and quick. He was really getting everything done in a pleasant and timely manner. Thank you Tyree.

    Saw the billboard saying open 24 hrs, so we stopped by at 4am, we've been traveling. Apparently their system was down and they could only accept cash. It happens no problem. I wanted to use a code from the app, but the system was down and they apparently cannot figure the discount, ok the codes expire I can see that. I then attempt to order one of their regular menu 2 for deals.... The system is down.... I start to question things when the young lady gets frustrated and turns me over to her coworker, this "guy", wearing bootie shorts that most schools would send girls home for, starts to explain the system is down, (knew that), they can only accept cash (already told me) and the system calculates the discount.... At this point I clarify, just to ensure I'm following, the system is down, you can only accept cash, you are writing and calculating the orders in a notebook to enter it when the system comes back online. He (I assume) verified this. So I question again why I can't order regular menu deals, after all 2 for 3, or whatever it is, can be calculated manually, but he goes to tell me again, the system is down and does the discounts... So, once again I verify, "system is down" yes, "can only accept cash" yes, "writing and calculating cost in notebook" yes, "when system come back online you will enter orders in bulk" yes, "so when you enter the orders that you demanded people pay full regular price IN CASH for, you will enter into the system with discounts calculated so you can pocket the difference?" obviously he gave me no answer, he just huffed in an very irritated manner and walked away.... Management would be well advised into looking into this fraud and theft and dealing with it promptly.... Or perhaps this is a matter that should be investigated by corporate.....

    Co-worker bought me an ice coffee . (On March 30, 2023) Exactly when I was about to put my straw in the cup. I notice a long brown hair that moves with my drink..( Clearly You Can See It In The Picture) So yes I did take the drink back and ask for another because this is very unprofessional on their behave.. Customers please check your orders…

    The workers 1/22 at 2pm were so nice! We were traveling on a bus and couldn’t use the drive through so they took our orders inside when none of the nearby restaurants would. So helpful & great attitudes!

    Always fairly slow, but the main reason for the poor review is they don't have the extra small size (kids) and so I get charged extra for sweet tea for my kid ok every happy meal. I'm going to a different place that will have the kids size so I don't get charged extra for them not having a kids size cup for a kids meal.

    Stopped by with my husband and 3yr and 8yr old. Went in and young lady behind register was helpful taking our order no problem Middle aged man cleaning floors muttering around my husband, my 3 yr old and our table stating "wish this mother$#@&ing place wasn't open New Year's Eve, people need to stay home so we wouldn't have to be at this mfing place." I understand his position but the language he used in front of my kids and then directly saying "stay home on new year's or y'all can go to Wendy's or burgeking, this ain't only place to get a burger" angered me and I will never subject my family to this type of service again.

    I ordered a Chicken Deluxe sandwich and a large sweet tea. I received a Chicken Deluxe sandwich. The chicken was not fully cooked, the tomatoes and chicken were barely on the bread. It was swiftly thrown together. The large sweet tea was a medium sweet tea. To top it all off, i felt like the crew was having a party, laughing and joking around instead of paying attention to their duties.

    This McDonald's was good, manager was friendly and food was fresh. You can't say that about many of them. 4 star cause lobby and bathroom not open, but they don't have the help.

    went with my aunt to get a mcflurry. never have i ever experienced such a rude experience when ordering at mcdonald’s. i guess it’s to be expected when they’re working minimum wage, but still.

    This is the best McDonald's or there as far as quality of product. The staff seem to lack good communication skills at times and that could be improved but the good and coffee tastes better here everytime!

    EVERY TIME I ORDER MY FOOD, I NEVER GET IT THE WAY I PAY FOR IT TO BE. TODAY WILL BE THE LAST DAY I ORDER FROM THEM. 6 BURGERS, NO CHEESE AND CAN YOU GUESS WHAT THEY PUT ON EM ANYWAYS??? EVEN THOUGH THEY PUT THE STICKER ON IT SAYING NO CHEESE. EVERY TIME I ORDER NO CHEESE, IT COMES WIT CHEESE. THEN WHEN I CALLED TO ASK WHY THEY CONTINUE TO PUT CHEESE ANYWAYS, I WAS TOLD BY MANAGER, KEN THAT I SHOULD STOP ORDERING FROM THEM! WELL KEN, YOU AINT GOTTA WORRY ABOUT IT NO MORE!!! I WILL BE GLAD TO SPEND THOUSANDS OF $$$ AT A RESTAURANT WHO CAN MAKE MY FOOD THE WAY I PAID FOR IT!!!

    We just had an awful experience with the kid eating in one of the ascotiate came to our table while we are still eating. And grabbed my kids happy meals and put trash in it and started to take it until we ask why was he taking their food . He looks like he didn't care about what he was doing. And just walked away .I ask to talk to the manager and she also acted like it wasn't important and didn't do anything about it . So be careful with your kids while dinning in there.
