Decided to stop by for a quick snack with my family and was not only was I not given my food but I was also over charged. I will definitely be calling someone about this. How does a 21.30 order spike up to 33??? Our Cashier was Alicia.

Pretty good fast food place. Walk up to the window or drive thru. Good service either way. It's always good to go there.

We were traveling along i-95 and saw numerous billboards for Cook Out restaurant advertising how they had so many different milkshake flavors (more than 40) so we decided to stop. It's been many many years since I've stopped at a fast food place that only offered drive-thru or walk-up.....no indoor ordering or eating.....that's all this particular location offered.....not sure if they're all like that because this is the only one we stopped at. With so many choices it sure took us a while to decide upon our flavors. We ended up with one double chocolate shake and one peanut butter banana shake (3.99 each). It tasted like real bananas and peanut butter in the shake.....so delicious! They're very thick..... similar to a Frosty at Wendy's, but way better. They also have other items on the menu (hamburgers, hot dogs, fries) at a reasonable price, but our eyes were only on the shakes. I would definitely stop at Cook Out again.

Would give 0 stars if I could. Customer service was HORRIBLE!!! No need to be rude when I ask for a new lid and cup because you put a huge hole in the cup and busted the lid that had a milkshake for a child in it!!!! Milkshakes were so thick you couldnt drink it til it melted. You need better staff!!!!!!

Excellent menu choices; hamburgers cooked to order. First time visited and exceeded expectations. Fresh crispy lettuce and fresh tomatoes along with and excellent all beef burger; was hot and just cooked. Cookout is certainly a cut above the standard burger chains, but also exceeds the specialized burger chains too. Cookout shames What-A-Burger as well as In N Out burger to name a few, so it is in lofty territory indeed. Oh and I must mention the large selection of milk shake flavors too. All this with very reasonable prices makes Cookout an easy choice for a hearty and satisfying lunch or dinner. Go, and see for yourself the gem that is Cookout.

Literally just got handed this took the picture at the window asked for a large cheese bite and asked the guy at the window and showed him and said this is a large? He replied yes so i then purchased another it maybe had 8-9 cheese bites in it smh

I was traveling on 95 and seen all these signs for Cook Out so I decided to try it. OMG I was not disappointed! I had a barbecue sandwich with cheese bites and Cajun fries... plus I had a banana shake. Everything was incredibly delicious! If I am on 95 again, I will definitely stop back by!!!

Terrible customer service from the employee taking our order. We had to repeat what we were ordering multiple times because we couldn't tell if they were listening or not because they were silent 95% of the time. In the end, they didn't repeat back what we ordered, and we ended up with missing items as well as getting stuff that we did not order (ordered a tray with two sides and a water but was given only one side and an iced tea instead). We were in a hurry, so we were not able to get it fixed. Regardless, the food we received was good aside from the mistakes.

This cookout has never disappointed me; I did want to leave this review for my service today. My order was taken by Chailyn (that’s what my receipt says) & she was very professional, both in the speakers and at the window. Nowadays good service is hard to find or sometimes not appreciated so s/o to Ms Chailyn for doing her job at her fullest potential.

Seemed rushed. All about FAST food but not at the expense of the experience. Missed an order of cheddar bites. $30+ an NO napkins. Even more important when you can't go in and your eating in your car. Great concept. Average execution.

Good food at reasonable price. Not a fan of hush puppies, but I ate almost all of them, they are crunchy outside and soft inside, delicious. The BBQ is also very tender and tasty. Have to edit the review, went back in November, the BBQ looks messy and taste funny, took a bit and return to the counter. Order a chicken sandwich, the bun is mushy. Will never go back again, very disappointed.

Food choices are plentiful on the menu! You can't beat the prices either. Plus the nice perk for you is you can upgrade your drink to a shake! With over 40 flavors to choose from, good luck picking! They are all tasty. 😋 Oh and the food, especially the burgers chicken tenders, fries, and onion rings are delicious too.

A great restaurant! Staff is always quick and friendly. My only concern is about the location itself. Busy hours make it a little hard to get into their parking lot because it's in such a small spot. I do wish they would consider expanding just a little to accommodate more people as a safety measure -- albeit, please don't do it like Chick-fil-A did up the road.

I LOVE cookout! The have the best food at the best prices. Every time I visit north Carolina this is the first place I stop at to get some delicious BBQ food! My favorite is the pulled pork sandwich with a large sweet tea. My mouth is watering right now just thinking about it 😋

My favorite out of town spot. When i travel to South Carolina its mandatory that i get a grub from cook out. I even stopped by one in NC as well. Good food

Fast good tasting food and shakes a little pricey but everything seems to be these days! The Best buy is to get a meal which is some type of burger or chicken sandwich plus two sides and you can add a shake 28 flavors of shakes for an additional dollar. My husband gets the meal I get the banana Walnut shake yum!

The food is mediocre seems sloppy and cheap. I never have complaint about the burgers but the onion rings are always overcooked and old tasting and they only give you 4 or five.. not worth it get the seasoned fries. Great shakes. Employees see always nice and polite.very accomodating.
