Better than Popeyes or Kentucky fried, not greasy at all and very crispy. Less salty than it's competitors. Wish we had one in north nj

Great food and staff

Food was hot but service was terrible. They didn't have what wanted order which was a Cajun Fillet. They didn't make any suggestions for a sub. When we order the Chicken Supreme snake they did ask what kind of sauce we wanted. Guess what no sauce. I should have waited in line for Popeye'sb

Food was pretty good. The same as other chicken fast food places. No better, no worse. Service pretty much sucked. I asked for 2 thighs got 1 thigh and 1 drumstick. The wait at the drive in, just to get to the place to order, was REDICULOUSLY LONG! I always thought there was a line at Bo's because the food was outstanding. Not true. There's always a line of cars because their service is so SLOW! At one point I thought about pulling out of line and going to any one of the many other fast food places a few hundred feet away! It actually would have been quicker. But, I wanted to try Bo's food having only been there once years ago. Not worth the wait! Won't be going back.

Just can't go wrong with Boj's. Order isn't always correct, but they get you in and out quickly.

We love Bojangles. My 7 year old loves the fries with extra seasoning. I have to admit the fries really are unique from other restaurants. Other favorites of ours are the tenders and Cajun filet sandwiches and you can never go wrong with the sweet tea! Atmosphere is always good and the restaurants are clean.

Our Bojangles is the best, food is hot! Not greasy, service is fast! Even when the line looks long.

Been coming here since I was a child. I remember when this location was rebuilt. I’ve never had a problem with my order being wrong. I was going to take a picture of how good it looks, but I ate it all. Lol. It tasted amazing 🤌.

The French fries are warm most of the time. It's very seldom that me and my wife get got French fries and cooked well done. The sausage gray is my favorite and always 5 🌟 's. The biscuits are very good when they are fresh. When they are fresh they are 5 🌟's. I wish that Bojangles had a military discount. I'm a retired disabled combat veteran with 20 years and 5 months.

Very disappointed. Went to order at drive thru and I was told I was not in line it started further back of parking lot I replied there weren’t any signs stating we’re it started but it was fine Hardee’s had correct markings for drive thru they replied sorry for that but it wasn’t there fault the person managing the place should have done a better job.

When I arrived the drive thru was about 25 cars long and the parking lot was about at its max. I was pleasantly surprised when I was immediately met with a worker to take my order. The individual was polite and helpful but difficult to understand. It was about 10 minutes from my order until I drove away with my food. The food was hot and fresh and tasted great. Very happy with my experience at Bojangles in Selma.

Very polite people and was fast service however I got the four piece supreme dinner and they have me four tiny nuggets that looked burnt to a crisp. I understand during these times it’s hard finding workers but they still need to make sure people are getting what they pay for!

They’re food is always good, usually busy. They rarely ever season the seasoned fries, ironic right 😅I would ask for extra & they still won’t 🤦🏼‍♀️

The drive thru line stays packed!! Very clean inside, but my only concern is that they offer biscuits ALL DAY, so you'd think they'd be fresh!?!? Nothing worse than old , hard biscuits..

Food was good. Employees were polite and seemed to like what they were doing. I have to give 4-stars because the customer service line was VERY tight. Everyone was cramped while waiting to order. Opportunity for improvement: re-evaluate how customers order. Perhaps eat-in customers take a number and find a seat. Just like the drive thru, have a person(s) taking orders. Just a thought.

Waited in line 25 min. Just to be told they were closed. I could have went inside because I arrived at 6:30. Some should have came outside and notified me to and about 15 others cares behind me. If that were done they showed have honored the cars in line ,they gas and money or time would not have been wasted.

Excellent fried chicken. I don't typically do the dietary splurge of having fried chicken, so this was my first in a number of years and first visit to Bojangles. It was really good. Had the 2 piece white meat meal. Came with a biscuit, one side and a drink. I had the coleslaw and diet Pepsi. Those were also excellent. Definitely skip the KFC for Bojangles!!

the good is great. service, immaculate. They are so nice and the guy who served me and my family was very friendly. The place also look cool. recommended
