    This location is pretty typical of what you're going to find in most Chick-fil-A stores. It does seem a little bit rundown and the entire north side of the eating area is screened off as it appears to be used for meal prepping for lunch orders going out for delivery. The drive-thru line is exceptionally long as you can imagine but it would be nice if more open and usable. The play area is also shut down and closed off with a black tarp up on the inside so you can't see through. I think they need to give this place a remodel so it's working better for their current functions.

    Constantly getting this from this location. They always give you half of what you order but make no mistake they take my full payment. Tired of spending money here and so I won’t. Come here if you want to pay full price for half a meal, they won’t disappoint you at all.

    The staff here has never given me issues. The reason why I give this place a 1 star is due to the treatment of the employees. It is blazing hot and they don’t have a tent or any fans outside. I don’t know if this is the managers fault or the owner. But I’m sure they make enough money to take care of their employees. Specially because these employees are mostly kiddos under 18. Do better.

    Ticket # 01090 Order # 8931414 Date/Time 09/13/2024 5:07:41 pm Placed my order to go (white cashier) took my order, she asked my name. I said Joseph , she asked again, I said Joseph. When they called my name they said "Jose" . My work shirt said Joseph but I was called Jose. Being I'm Latino I guess "Whitey" thinks we all look the same. I called corporate and placed a complaint but to no avail. I heard nothing from the store manager or the owner. I don't want a free meal or a free drink what I do want from this racist establishment is a face to face apology from the owner and the GM. IF not it will escalate quickly.

    WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE. GO ELSEWHERE. Placed an online order and called for over an hour trying to get someone on the phone to start this order. Once arrived I was told it'd be an hour wait until completion by Steve Martinez (general manager). This was canceled as a near by location would be done in 20 mins after calling. This order was cancelled very clearly. Now operator Janell Edwards refuses to refund me as she states this was never cancelled on their end and hung up the phone. $125.66 worth of biscuits made, charged and never was picked up. Going through corporate to get a resolution. This location is a joke.

    Over the past few weeks this location has been horrible. Left out a whole combo , then the following week order 60$ in food. Just to find out that the salad that was ordered didn't have the dressing. They won't even answer their phone. They need to start checking the order before sending them out incomplete. 15 minutes there and back twice in 2 weeks. Gas isn't cheap either. Will be using another location now.

    I didn’t believe there could ever be a “bad” Chick fil a, manners & their customer service are always top priority. It’s has been more than one occasion that this particular is such a let down & even more sad the mangers don’t care Gave it another try due to convenience even after failed past experiences but once again for a let down! I will NEVER return to The Forum Chick fil a. I will drive the extra 5 miles to get better service

    Loved the chicken nuggets and waffle fries, ready very fast but piping hot, so not under a heat lamp. The Coke and Dr. Pepper was also very nice, would highly suggest. Chick-Fil A should be proud, would give six stars if I could.

    New cashier Sara did a great job helping us out. Our special needs daughter often needs special help, and Sara was so genuine and helpful. The way you treat special needs people says a lot about your business. Sara’s compassionate hesrt ties in beautifully with the vision statement of CFA “To glorify God by being a faithful steward of all that is entrusted to us. To have a positive influence on all who come in contact with Chick-fil-A."

    No pictures. Always get Spicy Chicken Garden salad. A red 8 piece grilled nuggets. 2 packs Avocado Ranch. This was so very good. As always

    We waited in the line the wraps around the building after putting our mobile order in. Kids meal, the new chicken sandwich and 30 nuggets. Not complicated. We get to the lady talking orders and she says we're all good, checked us in for our mobile order and said we're all set. We get up to the window and our food isn't ready. Apparently it wasn't even called. The 5 cars behind us were brought there food as we waited then, we were asked to pull to the aide of the building where we aren't blocking the drive thru so someone could get the food out to us since it was finally being prepared. The outside worker was zoned out and not too cheery either. Didn't appreciate the service or how NO manager or anyone noticed what happened. Went inside to get a refund and say we cannot wait for food any longer and have been waiting inside 15+ min to have a manager refund the order. I'd add a picture of the food but, THEY NEVER EVEN STARTED MAKING THE FOOD! We sat on the side of the parking lot for nothing. 👍

    Had to come back a second time cause they forgot the only two spicy sandwiches I ordered for my group. Which was the thing I ordered. Coming back home to cold fries. Wish they put more thought. No refund was offered or new fries, nothing.

    The playground are is not open, since covid they closed, you call and they keep saying they don’t know when it’s gonna be open again! It doesn’t make sense cause other locations had been open since 2022 … so is SUPER RIDICULOUS ALL LOCATIONS AROUND San Antonio are OPEN Except them !!!!
