So Jim's never disappoints, food is amazing. Customer service was fairly great. It took less than 3 minutes to get my water refilled. I was able to do my work here in peace. There was one thing that disappointed me, but it was relatively the same at all Jim's. They do not have plugs to plug 🔌 in my computer. All in all Jim's is a very big franchise and their food taste amazing. Not sure if it's the cool or the food. But great experience. The manager came up to me as I was eating my meal. So if you review often maybe I should get a shirt made saying I'm taking pics because I love reviewing the places I eat at. My apologies staff of Jim's at this location. Great place to eat. I recommend.

Food was great, good vibe walking in. Staff was friendly and attentive. You can tell the kitchen took pride in their work. Server did a great job trying to up sell. My only complaint is, I added a cup of soup the server brought me a bowl. I didn't think much of the size because the bowl is a little on the small side. He asked if I wanted fries or fried onions or both with my BLT. I was like "wow, I guess this is an option" I excitingly said yes. He didn't mention it would be a 1.79$ upcharge. Expecting to pay for a 1.99$ cup of soup, it was 4$ for the bowl. I didn't end up eating any of the onions and maybe 5 fries. I did eat the whole bowl of soup, so that was a wash. My BLT was 8.99$. On a lunch break, by myself I expected to pay 15$ or so for my meal with drink. End up paying 20$ plus tip. I am in the service industry, I understand up selling. But this way felt forced. What if I only had a certain amount and took tip into consideration upon walking in? Which, I did look up the menu and decided to go there because of the prices.

Jim's is a good restaurant. Their food is consistent. You can order a plate of food today & know 40 years later that buger & fries, still smell & taste the same. Not many other places can say that. Is that a good thing? Depends on what you like, I suppose. As for my daughter and myself, we love it.

Tried this restaurant yesterday, we love it and we came again today 😍 Good food, friendly & fast service no wonder the place is always busy. Kids eat free here. It opens 24hr

Jim’s is a great San Antonio staple but definitely needs updating! The food is always good, just regular diner type food with an old fashioned feel. The staff are always friendly and welcoming. The restaurants themselves need remodeling and updating really bad at all locations! The women’s bathroom at this location was so gross and uncomfortable that my 3 year old couldn’t potty and we went to QuikTrip down the highway. Can’t tell in the dining room if it’s fly poop or dirt or just intentionally “speckled” on the walls and blinds. The restaurant needs a deep cleaning and refresh on paint and furniture. This all only leads me to wonder what the kitchen looks like 😵‍💫

Had my birthday breakfast of biscuits and gravy which was very good, and had a slice of hot apple pie with a scoop of cinnamon ice cream, which was phenomenal. The waitress was friendly and attentive. The only thing is that the inside needs to be updated, it seems a bit neglected. The food and service is on point. I still recommend.
