This is a very nice shopping center, we went to Target to buy some sandals. The staff were so attentive with our needs! Thank you for having such nice people working there! I am from California and was visiting my family. I res appreciated the customer service!

I recently visited the Old Navy store to shop for school clothes. I was pleased to find that the dressing room was clean and well maintained while trying on clothes. Parking was conveniently easy, which was a relief. However, I was a bit disappointed to discover that the store was out of stock for many of the sizes I needed.

Great place to find everything you need . Food to banking and everything in between. Many popular clothing, household items, furniture , electronics, and restaurants to satisfy your hunger. Yogurt and ice cream shops to make that trip worthwhile. Plenty of parking. It can be busy to get in or out because of the highway traffic, but we'll be worth it .

Very large outdoor shopping center with a lot of stores. There is a Skechers store coming, hopefully open soon. There are a lot of restaurants too, seafood, western food, Asian food, fast food, coffee. The parking lot is huge, we always find a spot very easy. It is very clean, but have to be careful because a lot of drivers do not pay attention when they make turns. People do not pay attention when they are crossing the street from the stores to the parking lot, that's crazy (I thought our parents always taught us to look left and right before crossing the street).

Love the stores but hate how it's organized with stop signs all along it. Wish there was a better way to get around that area.

Love this place if only the driving situation was better. Be mindful of drivers trying to cut across parking lots and blowing through stop signs.

Everything you can ask for. Prices according to stores. You need a car to to get from place to place. But great location.

This is the mall located on the intersection of I35 and 1604. Have you been there? Some people spend a lifetime working and playing here. So many stores offering goods and services, it would take you some time to experience them all. Those of us who frequent this mall have probably done so for many years or even generations. If you're in the area, go check it out. I'm sure you'll find something to pique your interest.

The Target store itself was fine despite it going through renovations. There were many selections & brands of items to choose from...my biggest complaint was the bathroom. It was absolutely disgusting....it shouldn't matter that it was after 8 pm or the store is under construction. The only bathroom was a family bathroom, which is no problem but it is when you have many people only using one room.

Not much to say other than it's a standard American outdoor shopping mall/shopping plaza thing. Got plenty of restaurants, stop plenty of stores of various types, and I believe some are locally owned and operated and not just franchised. I frequent home Depot and a handful of restaurants here often. I do wish there were a few more stores that varied but that's just personal stuff that I prefer.

Full of good shops. The parking spaces are reasonably spacious, but sometimes the people can’t park and crowd other spaces. The “outer ring” of road is an efficient way to get traffic in and out without mixing with pedestrians. A great place to spend a good amount of time shopping. There are several restaurants in this plaza, both sit-down style and fast food.

I was in a rush for a job interview, and I did not have shoes that matched my outfit. I tried Kohl's the day before and that was a mistake because they have sneakers or boots. Had a wide selection here so I was able to get in and out fairly quickly. Went with these 👍

You'll find all sorts of stores, from trendy boutiques to discount apparel shops, plus plenty of places to grab a bite to eat and take care of any beauty needs. they have a variety of furniture stores if you're in the market for some new home decor. It has lots of parking available, so no need to worry about finding a spot.

If it isn't here you don't need it. I have never seen so much awesome and fun stuff. Great quality. Tons of amazing selections!!! From coffee to wine to international foods to old time toys to jewelry to clothing to gift wrap to candles, cards, furniture... ect! And so many little perfect stocking staffers! OMG! I would need a whole day there just to find everything. World Market is my favorite place to find magical treasures!

The forum has a decent amount of shopping and great places to stop in for a bite to eat. I can pretty much get everything I need there. The only thing that would make it better is an HEB lol

Great place for a Sunday afternoon shopping trip, visited several stores where staff were very helpful and welcoming.I visited such stores as TJ Maxx And sketchers. wife loved Lane Bryant. overall had a good shopping experience with plenty of parking Including handicap spaces which we use. You should be able to find whatever you need in this one location.

Wide variety of stores, side by side! All your shopping needs in one area! The stores are all very clean very professionally run and it's a great place right off of I-35 Selma/Schertz/Live Oak! Many delicious food choices!

The stores are fine and a must-have in our area but no one seems to understand how stop signs work. Driving around in there is so annoying. I avoid it unless I need to go to Target or Best Buy.

Have been going here for over a decade. As the forum mall has shrunk and grown over the years. It still is not a bad place at all to find a little of what you need.

Under new management and I approve. The staff was very nice. Attentive. I think they changed the broth for the beef stew but its still good. My wife had the spicy soup and said it was adequately spicy for her Asian tastebuds. We'll be back!

Even though it was a Friday, it was not busy at all! We enjoyed Old Navy and DSW and a nice lunch.

Plenty of amazing stores in this shopping center. You could spend all day here. There is a large selection of restaurants to choose from. A great place to take your family shopping.

So many options to choose from. I love coming here and I usually can get everything I need. From Home Depot to Hobby Lobby there are so many shops and foods options.

I love my Forum. For me it is local close and convenient. I can find everything from the Home Depot to target and eateries. When I’m out to cover some ground I come here since everything I need is all in one location

We were buying birthday clothes for my great grandkids and they were happy to find a selection to choose from.

  • 5/5 Veronica R. 1 year ago on Google
Most of my favorite shops are here, hobby lobby being one, after some shopping you don't have to go far to find something delicious to eat with the many restaurants that are there,, if you trySea island, get the stuffed shrimp 🍤 😋

I can spend the absolute whole day here. There’s so many shops in things to do. I actually went to the T-Mobile store and got a brand new phone because I was trying just to kill time. I have lunch at panda express which is really good and then after I did some last-minute Christmas shopping at a bunch of the shops that are readily available to you

The shopping center has a lot of places but trying to get in and out of the center driving is a nightmare. It’s hard to access off of the highway and get onto their drive and when in the drive there are stop signs every 30 yards and the traffic was a horrible. The shops are set far back from their road to allow for more parking but everyone was just crisscrossing across the parking area to get where they needed to go faster. This place is unsafe and confusing to drive through. If you’re going be pay close attention and be careful as I saw 2 different accidents while I was there.

I was pleased with the Hot Chicken and Ribs establishment. The prices were expensive. I couldn't sit inside the restaurant because it was to cold in the building. Then I had to send my food back because it was not hot.

Traffic and the main road that runs through can be a bit of a headache. Other than that there's some decent options to grab a bite. I very rarely shop here.

Huge shopping center! A little of everything, need more than 1 day to visit all the stores. Fun day!

I have not seen this many rude drivers in a parking lot since 2006 in California. Be safe, patient and calm people.
