I've come here since the first day they opened, for everything from medical to vision, dental and even chiropractic. I've always had very high ratings and never a bad experience until today with dental. My 2 kids and myself had back to back appointments with myself being last. They called me last minute and told me that during my visit the children couldn't be back there, but I could be for their visit. I'm a single mom my kids have always come with me and would have already been back there and screened for covid19 anyways. There goes their 5 star rating from me. But I still love the rest of the staff!

Why they waste my time not checking my insurance when I made the appointment. I asked them to check the insurance and apparently they didn't. I came in today and they don't accept my insurance. Wasting my time. They are not going to pay my gas or time off work. They too busy to do their job. FOH.

Horrible. They have become the Perlier office 2.0. They can’t handle simply doing what they say they will. You can’t get ahold of anyone to ask questions, because the phone number is constantly a 30 minute or longer wait. Something as simple as calling to give test results is above their ability. It took 3 weeks, 5 phone calls, and 2 trips to their office to try to get a note written for a child’s school. Do yourself and your health a favor. Find another doctor.

horrible. i went to get my back looked at in may. i was told i need to get an mri and phy therapy and that i would be referred. its been 3 months and nothing. i call today and was told the referral was not sent becuase we need pre authorization from my insurance and that they will submit it now. why it took 3 months to submit it beyond me. i have a slipped disc and have been wating for therapy but nothing was every done.

Had an appointment for my baby for and exam. Got through it okay, they scheduled another one for a cleaning but when we got there they started taking an exam again. Also the guy that was taking x-ray’s asked me to step out of the room and go to the waiting room, which was weird but I did it anyways. I was remembering while I was waiting that they weren’t even supposed to do more X-rays and it was supposed to be a cleaning. Kinda made me mad. They ended up saying different results than the first exam, and making 3rd appointment for a cleaning. I ended up cancelling and I’m now looking for a different dentist that won’t be wasting my time.

TOTALLY IMPRESSED. First time I was there. Their facility looked impressive on the outside and we required dental services. We were so impressed with facility, staff and the dentists. This will be our dentist facility from this time forward. We received utmost care and respect. We had questioned our previous dentist and our suspicions were confirmed as several cavities were found in same areas we questioned before and dismissed. We went during covid june 2020 and felt very safe. We watched as staff did testing, sterilize after every person, and still treated everyone as an individual and with respect. Never once did any staff shortcut, dismiss, or show stress. They are totally professional and I completely respect that. Hard to find that anywhere and especially during this crisis. Dr. Key is great! But the referral department is the worst ever. I’ve been waiting 9 months for 2 referrals now I’m waiting for another referral let’s see how long that takes. Hopefully I live long enough to get a call back 🙏

I had broke my tooth half way off. This Dentist told me he couldn't extract the remainder of the tooth. However, if I wanted to return the following day he would do a root canal! WHAT? I filed a complaint with the California Dental Board.

My family and I go there for medical only and our dr is great. However when it comes to getting things right for the schools, the front desk staff and nurses aids can’t seem too get it right. It took me 2 months to finally get my youngest son in school bc he needs meds for school and it has to be written out a certain way and everything has to match but the front desk and nurses aids couldn’t get it done so I had to get another appointment with the doctor to fix it. And yes at times the wait can be long. I also go to sanger 7th street location for my chiropractor appointment and they all are amazing there. No bad reviews on the sanger 7th street location

They kept me on the phone for more than 20 minutes. Just transferring me around. Very unprofessional

It was great until now. Optometry didn't place my daughter's eyeglasses! Called for an update and they said no order was placed.

They need to get rid of their chiropractor the one they got is very unprofessional! He took me into room late! Almost an hour waiting then gave me a 20 min lecture on why he was late. And told me if I didn’t like to wait to find another place. If you give me an 8 o clock appt I expect to be seen within the first 5-15 mins not an hour later cuz your late setting up your equipment show up on time to your job and quit making patients wait. And giving me the death stare upset about the review I gave his clinic. YOU ARE UNPROFESSIONAL AND CLINIC SHOULD’T HIRE PEOPLE LIKE YOU.

Find another clinic. Their staff is incompetent. Can’t call in an important blood pressure and diabetes medication. Nice doctor but their staff needs training. We saw Dr. Ríos on Wednesday and his staff was suppose to call the medication in to the pharmacy. It’s been 3 days and a long holiday weekend with no medications.

This place needs to be shut down. My mom is no longer with us anymore because her doctor failed to check her properly. Don’t come here!

So far everyone is very nice. Good with all 3 of my kids. I recommend making appointments. If walk-ins it’s 2-3 hour wait. Receptionists are very nice and helpful. Last 3 times I have went it wasn’t very busy and plenty of seats to sit. Easy access to bathrooms and one has a changing table for babies. Very clean overall and really nice inside. Wheelchair access approved. Parking is also good. Cal-Viva Medi-Cal approved.

If you’re coming here to make a dentist appointment don’t come i have been waiting over a hr my dentist appointment was at 5:15 came in 15 minutes and now it’s 6:25 I’m just here for a clean and the fact that they called other people that came after they got to go worst day honestly don’t even come here

The wait was about 30mins and it was a little packed at the time I went. I was very satisfied with service and care I didn’t and don’t mind the wait. They also have multilingual staff and transportation so ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

Terrible service, I had the opportunity to be treated by Dr Rios and I definitely agree with the comments of other people, he has terrible service with his patients. He should keep in mind that you are paying for his services and not serving him in a good way is not fair. How sad.
