Let me tell you about this particular Petsmart. The short version? I have nothing good to say. The long version? Buckle up. I have taken my dog, Blue, to this particular petsmart on 3 occasions. Here’s how they went down... 1) pawdicure: He had his nails trimmed and pads shaved. The job was mediocre, but it’s like a 40 min/$20 service and it was good enough. 2) bath service (includes pawdicure and some other things): my husband and I took him in one weekend for this service. We had pre-booked an appointment, but when we arrived we were told that the technician was out to lunch. We were mildly frustrated but were happy to walk around the Forum while we waited; they told us it would take about 2 hours and they would call us. FOUR HOURS later we had been in Petsmart for an hour and were still waiting on our dog. They charged us close to $60 and didn’t shave his pads and barely/ if at all ground his nails. We weren’t happy, and neither was our dog (lots of whimpering when we got home). 3) bath service, part 2: we waited a few months and our dog got stinky again so we decided to give Petsmart a second chance (we can bathe him at home but he sheds so much that we prefer to pay someone). I booked a bath appointment for him at 12:30 on a Monday and took him in. When we arrived, I was once again told the tech was out to lunch but that I could pick him up in FOUR HOURS. Why in God’s name does it take that long to bathe this dog? I have bathed him and from start to finish it’s an hour. I understand they do other things like teeth brushing and ear cleaning, but 4 hours? Come on. I asked if they could do a bath faster than that since I have been to other Petsmart locations with the same dog and it’s taken under 2 hours. I was told that we could do the express bath for an additional $11 but it would still take 2 hours and not include anything else (ears, teeth, etc). I’m not sure why this Petsmart can’t respect appointment times or give 1 dog a bath in less than 4 hours, but don’t waste your money here trying to figure it out.

Been taking our dogs here for years. However, the past 2 years the grooming staff have been more on the rude side. Not sure if its new personnel or what is going on. They do not seem to be friendly nor do they seem very patient with our doggies. They used to greet us and our doggies as soon as we walked in. They would leave us notes on how our doggies did during their appointment. We also noticed that the extras we pay do not always seem to have been performed. That is concerning after paying nearly $200 on every visit. I guess its time to find a new groomer who will be more attentive to our doggies and more friendly to us as paying customers for the past 12 years. MOVING ON.

This is the third time I’ve taken my dog to the groomer for two times we’re good this time my dog who needs special handling he’s very nervous I told the groomer who initially didn’t give him an assessment then she called me and said that she can’t take care of him because he’s too nervous. He was there for three hours and B all B he got was just a bath. She suggested I get a mobile groomer or find another place to get him groomed which I’ll be happy to oblige

I have found PetSmart to always be clean, well lighted, and staffed with knowledgeable employees. I wish they could drop their pricing by 5% - 10%, but I also understand I'm paying for the lighting, cleanliness, and knowledgeable associates I just mentioned, so the pricing really is "fair market" -- I'm just like typical customers who are always looking for the best deal. I still find them (overall) to be my best deal when considering the good advice, knowledgeable assistance, and smartly stocked shelves so I can get everything in one stop... which can save at least $5.00 or more in gasoline usage...not to mention the time savings. PetSmart is a well managed chain of stores -- one that many other businesses could learn from if they had a genuine desire for customers in their business to be as delighted as customers are at PetSmart.

I mean, its Petsmart. Huge. Nice employees rang me out, and looks like training still happens there - my dog nearly got asked to be a demo dog and lil princess that she is she fanagled treats from the cashier - but they didnt have what I was looking for (a nationwide line for supplements) so that was disappointing.

First timer to use Pet Smart. So all I can say is I spent $100.00 on my fur baby who has Anxiety issues. I wanted to have her nails clipped, but well, yeah, that didn't happen. But happy with what I bought. Staff was friendly. The store was clean and well stocked.

I am always able to find the products I wish. We also do dog training with two great dane puppies with Aubrie D. She is the most wonderful trainer! She is patient , and if the per or their partner is not able to get it, then she finds a different way to teach the dog.

I don’t frequent this location, but have been here many times over the years. Stopping in this time, we were mainly looking around and they had cats up for adoption. When leaving I decided to look at the chew treats for my dog. I have an Anatolian Shepard/German Shepherd mix so he loves chewing but destroys everything in 2 minutes. I saw these ostrich bone chews and was super intrigued. I will say- the price tag above it said $18 which surprised me but then upon checking out the price was almost $40, which makes sense but took me aback a big. I did buy them and my dog loves them!! They have actual bones and the bone casing as well so I cut it up for his food and he chews on the bones. Highly recommend!

It's not too bad. If you're not familiar with this part of town, you can get a little turned around. I see that this location can get busy, so the time of day you go would be a factor. I was able to get in and get out.

Terrible customer service from this location originally from blonde cashier with purple streaks, then had to ask for a manager and she also had a major attitude problem as well. These people do not know how to talk to customers and need to be retrained for a customer service role. Manager should be demoted for talking to customers in that way.

The time frame to complete the grooming was not met. I called and told them I had to pick him up because I couldn’t let him stay after a certain hour. During the call I was told I would have to pay for a service I did not get. It got ugly. In the phone , I did go get my dog. I did not pay for the services that I left him there to receive and then I was told never to return. they simply are not that good with my Malchi ,. The price was different each visit, but was usually different depending on the groomer. When I was band d, it was quite loud in front of six groomers and two other clients in the salon. Regional mgmt involved now

I got such a cute cat from an organization in their store and it came with coupons for free food and discounted cat items! They even threw in some free catnip toys for my new furry friend!

My husband and I went into petsmart to check out all they had to offer as for pet adoptions. They had plenty of cats & kittens available that needed a forever home as well as some other mammals & reptiles. The people working were personable and offered assistance if needed and the store appeared to be well maintained & clean. Even though we were just browsing, we probably definitely return to browse or shop for our pet's needs.

Apparently, they are understaffed in the grooming area and the lady there told me that she could not handle my Pug all by herself and that it would be a "risk" for her to try and my dog's nails by herself. My Pug has been there a couple of times before for her nail grinding with no issues or complaints about her!

We’ve been coming to this location since 2016 only to be told this year that I can no longer take my huskies on the weekends due to “dog aggression”. What’s ridiculous is there were no specifics on record about what my huskies have done that showed signs of aggression and the manager had “no knowledge” of it. For future reference take notes and do not apologize next time for not archiving your defense.

Excellent training program with Stephanie and Hayley! Our boy is learning so much! Thanks for such great classes and trainers. We used to use them for grooming, but a groomer in the salon has issues. We'll go back when the issues are taken care of.

This location always has the slowest and longest lines. Their selection of items is just ok, but nothing you can’t really find at any other other pet store. It’s hard to find someone to help and the store usually smells and looks dingy. I have been to some pet stores that are kept a lot more cleaner. We have always had a good experience with the grooming salon for all of our dogs over the years. That’s the best thing the store has going for itself. They need more employees for the salon and manning the floor.

Summer W. did an AMAZING job grooming my husky! My baby is a rescue and gets extremely nervous around new people and new environments, and Summer took great care of her! We will definitely be back! Thank you Summer!

Great experience they had so many birds which is kinda hard to find and the old man who takes care of the cats was very friendly and really seemed to care for and understand the cats.

Should be a zero!! Terrible & unprofessional service from Erika. Took my 3 Bichons to be groomed & I knew from the start she wasn't going to groom my 12 yr old senior, Bella, because of the following hints: 1.) Told me they recommend we take seniors elsewhere because they are soooo busy & it may create too much anxiety for a senior. (It was 7 AM & not ONE dog on any of the grooming tables.) 2.) I should keep my phone close because if Bella exhibits any anxiety she will immediately stop the service & call me to pick her up. 3.) The biggest hint was she didn't even have me sign Bella's consent form. Found a message when I got home that Erika thought Bella could be having a "seizure", would not stand for her, etc. She doesn't suffer from seizures & if she thought it was a seizure her Vet is just yards outside her door at Banfield. If they can't handle a senior, that's poor training as usually they are calmer than younger dogs.

This location always has cute cats for adoption. Although I find it suspicious that the signs always list them as "owner died unexpectedly" I'm not sure if they are just listing them that way to make us feel sorry for the kitties, or if it's actually true. Personally I think the cats are secretly plotting to overthrow humanity in a quest to become the dominant species and they are sending all their owners one by one by two by one off to sleep with the fishes. Be warned. Don't trust the kitties.

Our young dog was being very anxious about grooming and not cooperating and Petsmart was our 3rd attempt. The groomer suggested an early time - 7:30 am - when the place would be much quieter. And it worked! No problems in getting it done. Thank you for working with our pets to get their grooming done :-)
