I would say terrible experience, I booked 3 days, the first night was okay. Second night was annoyed by neighbors, as the room wall is thin we can hear voice clearly, at second night I was distracted by neighbors who knocked the door around 2am, 3am, and 4am many of them entered the room by knocking the door not bring own key, and they talked in the room make some noise after entering room. After all the dramatic night and can only tried to sleep around 5, then in the morning around 8.30am the room service knocked the door (i neglected it as i thought the sound from the room next-door), I was shocked when the door was open (lucky it was locked with safety knot), when I asked who's it, the guy answered room service. Wonder why so early doing cleaning, totally disturbing. The third night even worst, there was someone knocking the door from 10pm, as I thought the same dramatic night before the sound might come from neighbors, but it keep knocking for one hour, then I curious to see from the peeking hole and saw a guy wearing white hoody and cap, I asked 2 times "who are you?" He didn't answer. Then I called front desk help to check and they said this guy was looking for his girlfriend "widya" on third floor but came to wrong second floor, I said it's weird why for one who is not a hotel guest can going up as we need to tap card in lift to reach our room, why he didn't call his fried if he has knocked for 1 hour and no-one open the door, and impossible if he is a good guy he must came back to front desk asked the officer called the room to let them know. It was really dramatic stay. For solo traveler as me I feel insecure, irritating for having 2 dramatic nights. Lucky the hotel staffs had fast response and being so helpful. I would say the room is good worth for money, amnesitie is good, the only thing to improve if safety and privacy (annoying noise due to thin wall and people talking midnight on aisle). The location is great and the staff are helpful. However, the room is not as good anymore. Many parts are dirty and the bedsheets are not clean-white anymore.

Everything's great. But, I have to put 3 stars on service because they ran out a hairdryer when I asked. So I maybe next time I came back, I'll bring my own hairdryer.

A decent hotel with okay price. The service is great, everything goes smoothly without hassle. The bed is comfortable, all basic facilities are there, including water and coffee/tea. The breakfast is good enough to get our day going, even though they only offer 3-4 menus. The cleanliness could be improved and I hope the parking area is much better. The price is a little bit high for what we got, but overall we had a great stay.

I just love it. The location is near the center of the city, you can grab a f&b anywhere near it. Parking lots are available. The food is great. The room is cozy. And the service is great as well. Last but not least, it's so affordable

Warm ambiance hotel, The hotel that have wood every where. Well thought design, (except the LG floor) The room design is good, typical modern hotel room. (Note, there's no lock in the toilet). The food option is plenty, consider it's a low cost hotel. I might give a 5 star, but when i stay there, the room temperature is fair (not hot nor cold), i tried to set the temperature colder, but it's not changing anything. And during my stay there (2 night and 3 days), the coldest area in the Hotel is te LG floor.

My room drainage didn't work well, I took a shower and the room ended up flooded. We asked to switch the room, but instead we got a room downgrade with noisy air conditioning that doesn't work properly and a dirty, not well-maintained room. Never in my life I have to ask to switch room like this, I will break down the things that disappoint me from this hotel and why you should avoid staying here at all costs. - Bad drainage, flooded my room! - Flies inside the room - Rust on the room furnitures - Cleanliness of the sheet is questionable - Bathroom smells bad and mouldy - Light was not working properly - Soundproofing doesn't work at all! I can hear children screaming and shouting mindlessly from the next room and also the music from the event downstairs. (my request for a higher floor room was disregarded) The reason why I booked this hotel was that the location is great, and the parking space is quite wide. The thing that salvaged my experience was on how nice the staffs were and how responsive they are to my requests. Hence the additional star. However, I will never stay here again. As I wrote this, I have another hotel booked despite having my stay available for a few days.

I stayed here for 2 nights and 3 days. It is a minimalist design of hotel. The staff is helpful, we ask to use the lobby and 8th floor for our activities and they allowed us. The room is really cold, no bottled water provided but you can refill thru the dispenser placed on the corridor. My only issue is the lift. If the hotel is full of guests, its better to use the emergency stairs. Food is fine, I am happy with the breakfast and dinner buffet. So far, happy on my stay in the hotel.

We stayed here only for a night and overall it was decent experience. The location is pretty much strategic at center of city, nearby "Simpang Lima" and a few other government buildings as well some favorite culinary locations. What I would notice not that convenient is their parking area and their lobby, as first-timer it could be confusing at first if no one give you direction, since the signage is not that prominent either. For room, when we first came im during the day we can feel the heat from outaide and it took a while for the room to cool down, even during the day we still can feel the heat somehow and but the next morning towards noon it was not that bad since the aircon was on the whole night tho. Understood they want to minimize the workload of housekeeping staff, but the idea to get your complimentary water using water dispenser made the hotel experience becomes "budget" experience in my opinion. There are definitely some improvements can be made regarding the room facilities.

Great stay, comfortable room, breakfast was delicious, they have quite famous small coffee shop chain in the basement too. There’s a meeting room and kinda looks like a lounge on the rooftop. Unfortunately, I didn’t check the rooftop in the night but when I checked it in the afternoon it was kinda nice, so I expect you could get a nice view in the night too.

Close to DR Kariadi Central Hospital Semarang and Simpang Lima. Smoking room available. Good for family or short business trip. Nice 👍🏼

A cozy and aesthetic 3 star hotels in Semarang. The price is surprisingly very very affordable. Have good and responsive service, including refreshing welcome drink. Huge parking space in the land besides the hotel. The hotel however is a bit secluded from the city center. But should be no problem in Semarang.

All is good, we really enjoy the rooms and the bathrooms, they're clean. The staff and buffet is also nice, except one thing and it's really too bad. The top floor (8th floor) is a meeting room/ball room maybe, and it's rented for any events, at any hour and the sound gets into the rooms where we sleep, so loudly that we can hear the MC clearly. Imagine that hearing loud music up to 10 past last night. And today, woke up from afternoon sleep to a loud music upstairs. So, if you want to stay here and get high level rooms, make sure with the staff whether they'll be events or not during your stay. Suggestion to the owner, make the meeting room sound proof for maximum lovely stays for the guests. Thank you.

Just like another budget hotel but one thing really made us opt for this hotel is spacious parking area

Staying here is very comfortable, the room is clean, and the service is friendly, but unfortunately the bathroom water is small and needs to be fixed.

I stayed here for two days, it's really a nice play.... It's so near to Simpang Lima, and Lawang Sewu .... It's really not a big hotel but is so cozy, I really recommend to stay here... The breakfast set here are yummy too... Although it's kinda far from Train station and Airport... But is near from Travel Car Agent... So it's still really worthed...

Well actually my last time here was for "buka bersama", if you are bring 20 people minimum you can request a private room at the 8th floor, you get the food and the rooms only for you and your friends/family. You'll also get the best scenery since it's on the rooftop. For the rooms, my last time there was maybe 2 years ago, but for me the rooms is a bit small compare to another hotel in the same price range, but the service is good.

Recommended by a friend to stay at this hotel. Looks still new. The beds, towels and amenities are new. Very good. The bathroom is nice. Located less than 1 km from Simpang Lima. But a bit far to get food.

Reserved one room on my impromptu visit to Semarang. Got under 200k/night for standard room. The room was a bit small, but nicely designed and ergonomic. The bathroom had no lock and the sealant were not nicely closed. The staffs were friendly. They were longer serve bottled mineral water, but they provided water dispenser in the hallway. Good move!

A nice hotel complete with basic amenities, clean and tidy rooms. Professional yet friendly staff. It located in a strategic spot quite near tourist attractions. Parking lot quite spacy.

The room 712 is hot, the AC couldnt achieved the correct temperature (I booked two rooms, room 715 has no issue) and no solution/improvement from the front office for this complaint. The tv was broken, it displays three big white dots while all side darkened, the hotel must buy a new one.

The hotel is located within the city, but quiet enough to rest. The rooms are quite spacious and clean. Spacious Parking Area. The location is close to the center of the crowd and quite a lot of restaurants around the hotel.

We took two rooms with conmecting door. The room has modern, minimalis design, clean, bed is comfy, Suitable for family.

Located at the end of Simpang Lima. the hotel is small but nice. Opposite is Polda Jateng. Stayed at Family Suite, consist of 2 connected bedrooms, one twinbed and one doublebed. The bathroom is quite small, the aircon is good, the tv is superb. In the main room there’s a mini refrigerator and a sofa.

Good hotel in semarang with great service. The hotel teams are nice and helpful. The room is nice and clean. Health Protocols were executed well in this hotel. Will be coming back to stay again in this hotel.

Room is a bit small, no locks for room toilet. Other than that, room is very comfortable. Excellent services.
