Comfortable room, they even provided small refrigerator in the room, all with a very reasonable price. Additional value, as it located next to indogrosir, we have more options to get any beverages, fruits or snacks easily. Their crews are really helpful and polite.

Please Notice if this hotel around 3km from Simpang Lima Square, don't know why they named it Neo Candi Simpang Lima. Room was disappointed, some inroom facility not well maintain, such as broken water heater, stained bath room & AC is not so cool. Parking lot is very small, it shared with Superindo parking lot next to this hotel, and even the security & staff verryyyyyy slowwwwwww respond! Pict from Room 303

surprisingly.., wow don't really have much expectations when i looked at the price when i book the room, but daymn, the room was so nice 👍🏻 not sure if the aircon is working properly, stays for 2 days, had to left it on for a day before i can actually feel the chill from it 😅 would be better if u add 1 more layer curtain for the window, direct view to the street, can even seen from outside, ain't really my thung 🤣 nice food arrangements, makes it looks like it has more varies, tho it actually isn't that much variety 😂 the food was so so, nothing special. but one time i had to try this little snack hasbrown ball thingy they give me on an occasion, surprisingly that taste really good 👍🏻 service was really good 👍🏻

Can't say more as we are super happy when we stayed at this hotel.We stayed 5 nights and booked 2 rooms. Securities and staffs are friendly,polite and helpful. Easy check in and check out. Breakfast is remarkable..there are many variants for breakfast and taste..delicious. Rooms are big... clean.AC ,small refrigerator work perfectly, toilet clean..Bed is convenient. There are kettle, coffee and tea sachets. We could refill our bottles. We have stayed this hotel many times and always got happy satisfied results..and room price is affordable. We recommend this hotel for you...👍👍👍

Overall good services hotel in Semarang with quite big room, there is Superindo Supermarket nearby the Hotel and spacious parking lot.

Check in procces was great n quick. I like the concept of hotel using water dispenser than plastic bottle, two thumbs up! The room was nice n large, but the breakfast i think its need more variety. 👍

Excellent in all aspects! Fast check-in process, and the front desk staff paid attention well to my request. The room is wide, and it's got a nice view. There's a fridge also in the room. Free toiletries. The room is clean. And the location is superb! My concern is only the lobby. It was too hot when I checked out. It seemed like the AC is not cold enough. Could be better next time. Stayed here for 2 nights n days with my daughter. Strategic location, just next to Superindo and two restos, and not too far from my campus, UNNES Kelud. I paid quite low rate for 3-star hotel; as it caused low facilities in my room, such as dull towel, dull bathroom mat, dull bed sheet, and the worst was the view of my room that blocked by the market roof. However, I loved the water heater a lot, sufficient menu and quite good taste of the breakfast, and at the utmost was the staffs' hospitality. Overall, for 3-star hotel, it deserved 3 stars of my experience.

Nice hotel near candi semarang. For bussiness trip. The room was great, clean and smells good. Breakfast had many varian food. So we could choose what you want. Indonesian foods their as serve.

Go green! They provide jugs and water dispenser for the guesses so we dont have to buy mineral water and produce plastic waste anymore! So good for the world, and so close to anywhere you want.

Locating in a shared entity with a supermarket, the entrance is not visible from the street. It's a modern concept hotel that needs more tender love and care.

Chef heri is profesional and talented chef for all cuisine. He have wonderful experienced onboard , such as South east Asian chinese chef during Formula One Grandprix Yas Island Abu Dhabi for three years event and more more experienced. He has fabulous personality and always smile .bravo for chef Heri..keep continue your performance...

I love to stay in this hotel. They have a water dispenser that you can use everyday. You don't need to spend money on water. The room was also good as it is big. I hope, I can stay here again in the future.

Good location and near shopping place. Clean room but bathroom quality needs to be improved. The shower was not working as expected but still ok, the bathroom sink was not working as expected and cause flood for several hours after I took a bath. Overall still okay and value for money.

Nice place to stay but the location was a little too far from Semarang's attraction. Friendly and helpful front desk. I got a room with 6 sets of parabola dish as view from my window. Lots of woman hair scattered on the floor. Clear glass between shower and bed is a BIG NO NO for us. The hot water and air conditioning system runs perfectly though

Room was ok. Soap had a weird smell like it should have been changed. Cleanliness outside the room should be improved like the elevator, corridor, etc. Toilet in the room looks old.
