the front office training was very polite and kind. In the bathroom there were very few tissues. facial and toilet tissue. the water heater area is also dirty and not cleaned

Not as expected. I went here to check in the double bed, but got the twin bed. Plus there is no window view. I mean i paid as equal as the normal price. Bad service, not all customers treated the same way. 👎🏻👎🏻👎🏻👎🏻

Satisfied with 3 days stay in this hotel. Room is very comfortable and spacious, staffs are super kind and friendly. Foods are quite variable and delicious. Definitely will come for more when I get back to Semarang.

Yesterday i did my breakfasting ( ifter) My experience was not so good, Under all you can eat service; but after finished the food they not refill the bowl, e,g beef black peeper bowl empty but they not refill, fruits only pineapple have, but when empty then no refill, only staff behavior was good, For my little kid i wanted a baby chair, unfortunately they were unable to provide me.

Spacious and comfortable room with affordable prices and great view. I ordered from a booking app and got a discount for the room price. The location is quite good, not that far from Simpang Lima and Pemuda Street. The toiletries and amenities are rather minimal, but sufficient.

Quite good, yet the receptionist was unhamble when i was arrived. Hopefully, it could increase its hospitality.

This hotel provide big and spacious room, with balcony (but balcony cannot be accessed, maybe I need to ask request from the hotel).

I had a great times to stayed on these hotel. The room is spacious and neat. The facilities was completed. Breakfast was good, they had jamu’s stall. The services was good, everyone was so helpfull. The minus in here was the elevator from the lobby to the entrace door was a little bit shaky and maybe should had be routine maintained. But overall was good.

The room is big enough, the main lobby is at the 8th floor. I think they cut the budget for toiletries, it's quite minimal. An also for the complimentary drink such as coffee and tea, it's quite minimal.

I stayed in the Junior Suite room.. the room was spacious and the bath room is excellent.. the price about 650k rupiahs was worth the facilities.

had a 2 night stay here in April 2021. even though the hotel is big and the layout is bizzare (not to mention each floor function) but the room is very comfortable. breakfast was average, nothing special. good value for money.

Haven't stayed yet, but it's up to standards, I'd say. Relatively easy to access and has all the niche and goodies a good Hotel would have. Looking forward to spend a night here!

Impression : + Nice suite room + Strategic place + Friendly staff (I liked most is when a hotel guest didn't wear his masker properly & a security guard warned him yet in polite way. It's a shame the guest obey it but still trying explaining so many excuse.) + Clean room. Challenges : - Food taste need to improve (not bad, but it could be better) - Food availability at breakfast need to maintain (many times it was empty & not refilled before closing time) - Additional charge for additional towel and bath room mat (I mean : really? 4-stars hotel charging for additional towel & mat? I get it if they asked for deposit & will be returned when guest checked out just like an additional key. But well, it's their management policy I guess. Hope they'll reconsider it later. Think those as guest complimentary) - Outdoor parking lot, it'll be hard to get the vehicle when rainy season. The buliding has basement parking lot. Not big, but I think it should be available for hotel guest to use it.
