Angelfit's location is on the side of the main road, next to the Army Gym. When I first entered, I was greeted warmly by the older sister who was guarding the CS table. The room is not stuffy, there is AC + fan. The 1st floor is for the gym & the 2nd floor is for exercise classes. There are bathrooms, prayer areas, lockers and selling drinks too. The PT brother is very friendly, quick to help if we are confused about how to use the gym equipment, shows us the correct way/form of the body when using the equipment. Asking about several things such as the price of a one day visit, membership, recommendations for gymnastics classes for beginners, they were explained in a friendly manner by both the CS and PT staff. The first time I went there, I tried the gym. There is a 3-sided gym equipment that can be used for several variations of lower body and upper body exercises. Treadmill that already has an incline mode. Stationary bikes, eliptical bikes, barbells and dumbbells. Overall, I like it especially since Angelfit is a gym specifically for women.
