Closed track but still possible to climb - views are stunning. We climbed it early morning as of April 24, 2019 and the track was closed (probably due to bad condition after last year's earthquake). Two entrances were blocked (see last photo). It's still possible to make it past and climb up. You can climb just 5 minutes and already get amazing views of the rice fields & Mt. Rinjani. We were the only tourists for the last 2 days in this town.. stayed in lovely homestay and really enjoyed the area

Trekking to Pergasingan hill will give me Unforgettable experience. Hiking on Pergasingan with my Best friend on Desember made me always remember the hill. I will be back on mei before ramadhan to see Sunrise, bcause when I was there the weather to cloudy, so i did not get good Sunrise.

As altrnative hiking activity in Lombok and medium Trekking Package Pergasingan hill has very good view. We can samping on the sumit or take Sunrise trip, start in the morning around 4:00 Am from homestay where you stay.

Pergasingan hill is very beatuful hiking area. Its good for alternative trekking because Pergasingan hill is medium trekking. We can camping at te sumit or take Sunrise trip start in the morning and arive before sunrise coming.

Entrance fee 25k/day We parked our motorcycle at the ticket office we started the hike around 1 pm: around 3 pm we were at the top. The climb alternate in steep at the beginning for 45 Mon, than soft for around 30 min and steep again. Amazing view all along the trek. We are not super fit but we like to climb on and off. If you are not fit at all I think it's still doable but maybe in 3 h or more We camped at the top (we rented all the equipment in the morning of the same door at gala outdoor) and it was amazing. Beautiful sunset and sunrise. Bring clothes, in the night gets cold

Hiked this hill a few weeks ago, round trip. I initially thought it was just your average low-lying hill like the ones in Java, but turns out it's at 1600masl(without me researching it before haha). The ascent was quite tiring and the trail kept going uphill. It took me approximately 2 hours to reach the summit. My advice is to come here in the morning because in the afternoon, the fog rolls in and impairs visibility. The view from the top was stunning; I could see rice fields and the beauty of Sembalun from up there. And no, don’t bring your pets here.

A nice few hour hike, the heat does not help at all :) went for the sunset but it was too cloudy, yet the hike itself and the panoramas of the hill was a nice experience.

A visit to the tranquil Sembalun village would be incomplete without trekking up and camping on the breathtaking Pergasingan Hill. Seeing stars in the bright city skies of Singapore would be impossible but I had the unforgettable experience of enjoying the starry skies spotting the Milky Way, Orion's Belt and North Star. Simply magical. Sunrise was equally magical too! However, more could be done to clear the unsightly amount of plastic rubbish left behind by inconsiderate visitors. A perfect nature spot should be free of litter. All in all, a highly recommended campsite.

More and more mesmerizing views from Sembalun. Offering the very best view of the checkerboard pattern of farming field from the valley below, view of the magnificent Mount Rinjani, view of many, many superb green hilly, all from one hill- Bukit Pergasingan. For those who are not fit enough to climb the big mountain or just want to recover or ease their muscle from strenuous exercise, or catching the sunrise after sleeping with the stars the night before, Bukit Pergasingan will be the perfect place to be.
