It's not exactly a mall so the selection of stores are quite limited. Most popular stores are A & W and MacDonalds but expect there to be a crowd at restaurants for now since the freshness and novelty of a new outlet. Maybe a potential study spot In future? Starbucks and fast food populate the first floor Not much things to shop here other getting a meal of daily necessities. Unless you are a resident of the north, it is highly unlikely to visit this place

First time came here. Comparing to HBD mall at Northshore Plaza, this Canberra Plaza is better. It is fully air conditioned place. Some of the shops are the same for both. The toilet is a bit dirty and smelly. The parking is linked directly to B1 of the place. The arrow is a bit confusing. I went to parking at level 2 instead of going out because of the arrow pointed to go out however it was the lane after.

A nice mall with NTUC supermarket and Daiso is the basement. Many restaurants and health care facilities in the 3 levels mall. There are two bread shop too. One thing to note is the rare to see A&W restaurant at LV 1. The McDonald restaurant nextdoor is quite big size there. It's Connected to the Canberra North South line MRT station for ease of travel.

To the TPG management. The following two Staff service quality is extremely bad and very very rude to customers. To the rest of the Canberra community go else where for better customer service experience. Please refer to the attached pic for reference to the lady *Good* staff mentioned especially. Negative if possible

The Canberra Plaza is conveniently located just opposite the Canberra mrt station. This is a rather small mall. Major tenants are FairPrice supermarket, Daiso, Mcdonald's, A&W and Starbucks. There's also a small Cantine food court at L1. I like the McDonald's outlet here which is cosy and spacious.

Nice place with quite a lot of shops and food outlets. Toilets are clean. Carpark a lot. But a bit difficult to locate as the plaza is not visible from the road. It is within a HDB estate. Entrance into the basement carpark of the HDB to find the sign to the plaza. I couldn't see any signs outside the carpark. Better perhaps to take the MRT as the station is very close to the plaza. Anyway, I went there for lunch at the famous Teochew Chin Lee Restaurant.

Newly opened mall!!! Not all tenants have moved in yet, so for now there’s limited shops. B1 & L1 houses the supermarket, food court and F&B shops. L2 are your usual non F&B shops and salons. L3 has an outdoor water play park and all the tuition centres.

Architecturally a beautiful building from the outside as it shares similar aesthetic with the surrounding residential and transport infrastructure. It however feels very narrow on the inside when you first enter from the linkway connecting the mall with Canberra MRT station. You get the usual mix of retails and restaurants like you should expect in many neighborhood malls, providing easy access to products and services, especially for the residents in the area. There are several hallways leading to more shops that spread out from within the building. So, take time to explore and window shop.

This small neighborhood mall packs a punch with a good mix of dining options including fast food chains, a commendable Chinese cuisine restaurant, and a halal foodcourt. Additional conveniences like Starbucks and a supermarket make it a convenient stop. With a gym on the 3rd floor and a seven-day clinic, it provides amenities beyond expectations for its size. A good local asset indeed!

Nice boutique mall with great eateries and bakeries conveniently located next to Canberra MRT. However, pls look into the following mall UX issues: 1) No “carpark to mall” signages for drivers visiting the mall. Turns out you need to park at the hdb carpark that’s linked to the mall. 2) Toilet icon is missing on the overhead signage in attached photo. If you’re coming from Cantine side, you won’t know the toilets are on the left just before Ya Kun.

This mall is strategically located due to the direct link to the Mrt station, and it makes it very convenient to alight form the mrt station and just head for Canberra plaza. There are seating areas scattered around the place if you want somewhere to sit down and rest

Feels a bit smaller from the inside than its wide exterior suggests. However, many popular shops are here. Hard to get a signal for TraceTogether app to do SafeEntry at the basement 1 entrance (from the car park).

Nothing fancy. The mall was overhyped when it was announced as open. Its just a small neighbourhood mall (not unlike Loyang Point or Northshore Plaza) to serve the residents of east canberra. F&B options include McDonald's, A&W, KFC, Ya Kun, Starbucks. Having Daiso and Starbucks as tenants are nice though. Other tenants include salons, bakeries, and clinics. If you're looking to shop for apparels, accessories, or IT products, you're better off heading to Sun Plaza or Northpoint because there's practically none here. Carpark is located in the basement, and the entrance is via Canberra View. Also, the mall is directly connected to Canberra MRT station via a linkbridge.

The plaza has 3 levels and a basement. Level 3 are mostly private schools. A&W, McDonalds, Yakun, and other restaurants are mostly on ground floor. Fairprice supermarket, Daiso and some shops are at the basement. Walking corridors are quite narrow compared to malls.

New mall in northern SG. Bus stop & MRT are right outside. There are actually 2 buildings 'separated' by the mid entrance. Tiny "shortish" buildings. The left side of the building is named - Canberra Plaza. U can enter frm the train station directly frm the link bridge. To get to Canberra Mall u hv to walk a bit of way to the right side, where A&W or MacD is located. Can be confusing for first timers. Kopitiam runned - Cantine - is the only place selling local fares. Supposedly 'halal'. (It'll take a while for the certification to be approved. So dine at ur own discretion.) Fast/local food mostly located on 1st (ground) floor. The safe entry queue to 2 of the fast food joints are located outside the mall. So in bad weather, pls be ready wth either a jacket or umbrella. The passanger lift is tucked away in the corner, facing KFC frm the plaza side of the building. Frm the mall side, there are 2 cargo lifts serving patrons frm carpark area. But only 1 lift goes to the basement frm the mall. Absolutely love the new Daiso branch there (in basement) cuz they hv nicer knick-knacks. But be warned, things to the back of the store cost more thn the usual $2! All in all, pretty cozy place to be with family compared to Sembawang Shopping Centre.

Nothing much or exciting there at all. Shopping Centre is even smaller than Sun Plaza and Sun Plaza is already regarded to be quite boring. This make Canberra Plaza a much boring and small shopping mall with nothing much to offer except for starbucks and A&W. Also, crucial services like bank or AXS machine not to be found at all.

Love the vibes of Canberra plaza. Very empty and strong ac. Daiso has the best chocolate ice cream ever. NTUC is huge and has a wide variety of drinks and food. Self checkout counters are well spaced out and Canberra citizens move fast when checking out.

Conveniently linked to Canberra MRT Station 🚉 at platform level. Made it so easy to go there after alighting at the station. Has many nice eateries and Daiso. Though the mall is small but it serves the needs of the residents staying near it as it has a well-balanced combination of stores.

Nothing much to do here. Food court food is quite limited and not really nice. The teochew restaurant at level is not bad though. Daiso, ntuc and Starbucks are good for the residents.

For a small neighbourhood mall, it has 3 fast food restaurants and a halal foodcourt. Pretty decent selection of dining options and a Starbucks with a supermarket in the basement. Really good for what it is. As of Feb 2021 it still isn't fully setup and a few stalls on the 2nd floor have yet to renovate and open for business

Went Jan 2021.... Well overall not bad. Why i remove my 1 star is because the Foodcourt was pathetic small. Not much food selection. Others like NTUC supermarket, Daiso Mc Donald and A&W was all Good.... This Canberra Plaza is very convenient located right next to the Canberra Mrt station ! No need to travel to Yishun nor Sembawang..

Came here for the A&W. Queue during off peak period took around 1/2 hour. Went for a stroll around the building, able to complete within 45 mins max. Alot of shops still unoccupied. Will come back if craving for the A&W, otherwise nothing much over here.

There is practically nothing to shop and very limited choice of food. The only little surprise is A&W has a restaurant here and is the crowd puller. Disappointing.

At this point of writing, there are only three A&W restaurants in Singapore; Jewel, AMK, and Canberra Plaza. What a good time to be staying at Sembawang!
