It's important to know all the facts going in. This is a rescue sanctuary and we absolutely love animals of all kinds. Having zero expectations of what we may or may not see allowed this to be a fun, relaxing, surprise adventure. This family and employees love what they do and it shows. There's not a lot of shade so plan accordingly if going on a warmer day. And our guide kindly got us all water half way through. I do wish we could've spent a bit more time lingering - the tour felt a bit rushed. And that's really my let down. We'll be returning excited for what we might see next!

We went here for Father's day 2023. We had a great experience! I will say when I 1st pulled up I was like what in the Sam hill kinda place, but it turned out more than okay! It has been one of the neatest and most learning experiences places I've been to. They are so knowledgeable and kind. We held and petted so many animals, they took time with each person and animal.

This was an amazing experience! Highly recommend. We had so much fun petting, holding, and feeding animals! Our favorite parts were holding skunks, feeding monkeys, being sniffed by a coatimundi and petting a bobcat!

Such a wonderful experience!!! Knowledgeable staff and very well taken care of animals! I have kept exotics and am knowledgeable myself - and they did not disappoint! Great family run business that makes you feel like part of their family!

(Real Review) This place is awesome! Everybody was super friendly and Matt took the time and effort to make it just perfect. Perfect place for kids , couples and family’s. 5.5 out of 5! Cost is very reasonable for the experience. Great time all around.

This was, without a doubt, one of my favorite experiences I've had. I learned so much, it was like being a kid again. Educational, amazing staff and so friendly (Reva is a sweetheart!) I will definitely be sending friends along, and coming back myself!

Our family loved our trip to nomads. I expressed that I don’t tolerate heat well, and they had a gift shop with air conditioning that you can take breaks in and were very mindful. We purposefully planned a day that wasn’t supposed to be too hot. Matt was our guide and my husband and daughter’s really enjoyed all of his animal knowledge and the experience of getting to hold these animals. You can tell the animals are well taken care of and are very use to be handled by people. Would definitely recommend.

Amazing place, guide was excellent. We came from Canada 🇨🇦 for a wedding and wanted something to do and found this hidden gem. Me and my husband loved it and we also had our baby in the stroller. If we lived in the area we would definitely be repeat visitors.

We had a great time at nomads! It was a fun experience to learn about some of the animals they have rescued as well as feed and interact with them! Wear clothes toed shoes, and being water! Staff was wonderful and you could tell how much they love their job and their animals! If you are looking for a fun, unique experience in Oklahoma this is it!

This is a very interactive, hands on experience with an assigned guide (you'll be part of a small group). Many of the animals are rescues: the staff makes it very clear that the animals' safety and comfort is of utmost importance (as well as the humans). This may not be the best choice for very young children (they need to be able to understand how to touch, hold, & interact with the animsls): so ages under 4 or 5 might be iffy. There's a good bit of walking on uneven ground (not sidewalks) so be prepared for that. Our guide Cheryl was knowledgeable, patient, and made sure everyone in our group was able to participate as fully as possible. AND she always checked each animal first and explained why it wasn't a good day to handle certain animals directly. You must purchase your tickets in advance & reserve a spot. The ONLY reason I'm not giving a 5 star raring is that currently you'll need to use the Port A Potty if nature calls.

A very cool experience to get up close and personal with a large variety of animals! It's an educational experience and they do great work. Be warned, there is very little shade so be ready for a very hot tour during the summer! They sell water bottles for your convenience. Would definitely recommend!

1000% Recommend!!! Worth every penny! My children hated leaving. We had a blast and the owners are so friendly and they have tons of exotics and most all are a hands on experience. Wonderful place. We will definitely be back.

I have been twice now and both times was amazing. During the visits we took different routes as there are many groups at once. Charlie the chocolate skunk is amazing and has grown a lot since my first visit. All of the animals are great! I look forward to coming again at some point.

Matt was an awesome host. Great place to see and learn about alot of animals you typically don't get to see and hold at traditional zoos. Definitely will be back!!! :-)
