I’ve been twice and plan on going back next month to see Elliot. He has done wonders for me. I’m a distance runner and an avid cyclist an all around workout nut. So I have lots of tightness in my back and hips. Was so lucky to find him on my first visit. I can move freely & without any stiffness when I leave! I highly recommend Elliot if you’re an athlete.

Safely & Byran took care of our couples massage today and they were both outstanding; professional, skilled, kind and in tune with personal needs. I’ve been to several of their locations for massages and facials and they’re always amazing! Great availability and always professional! The front desk employee for my visit today was Mikayla and my therapist was Colleen. They were wonderful!

The place is clean and staff is friendly. Prices for massage seems low, but 90min massage is roughly 60 hands on minutes. Too much time is wasted from your massage as “preparation time.” I would recommend charging a higher cost, but provide the actual minutes as advertised.

Please listen to me when I tell you KENNA & JENNY are absolutely fantastic! This was my first time getting a massage in years and my therapist listened to my needs and really focused on my problem areas! She really have sure I was comfortable & if I could give them 50 stars I would! Thank you girls so much I am so grateful :)

Jesse gave me one of the best massages I have ever had. Not only did he make me feel very comfortable he also did stretching along with massage. I would highly recommend him

My husband and I are in the area on our anniversary trip. This place had great reviews and great prices. I booked a 2 hour massage with Yolanda. It was AMAZING. She was so sweet, educated in her work, and made me feel so comfortable. The massage was the most relaxing thing I have ever experienced. Emily at the front desk was super helpful and kind. I will definitely be booking again when we come back next year. Highly recommend. Good prices, safe environment, and amazing massage. Very clean.

Celeste is absolutely incredible. She is always so mindful about her client’s comfort. She has given me multiple recommendations on how to take care of my body in between appointments. She truly loves what she does and wants the best outcome for her clients. Jenny at the front desk was also awesome and very professional. I have thoroughly enjoyed every experience at J. Sterling’s!

First time and Incredible experience here! My husband booked us a couples massage online at this location and it was nothing short of perfect. Emily sits at the front desk and she is just the sweetest. She greeted us with a smile and asked us if we wanted to add anything to our service before it began, which we appreciated because as first-timers at this location, the offer prompted any questions we had. Sadiel and Elliot were our therapists and they are masters of their work. Their adeptness in addressing our concerns was executed with thoughtfulness, resulting in a personalized and relaxing experience. They we’re exceptionally kind and their great personalities shone through, adding to the overall positive encounter. I work an office job and my shoulders and upper and lower back are always stiff from sitting all day. Sadiel was my therapist and I really appreciated the communication on the pressure (which was always perfect and custom applied in the right areas). My husband, who is a truck driver, said Elliot also applied perfect pressure in areas he specified he needed, but then in areas he didn’t even know he needed it most. For them to hear our concerns and then listen to our bodies is really what set them apart from many others we have seen. We can’t say enough good things - we will absolutely be back to see Emily, Sadiel and Elliot. Thank you for being so attentive and kind!

Yesterday I visited J Sterling for my very first laser hair removal appointment and was very pleased with the staff. Check in was quick and easy thanks to Mikayla and my therapist Casandra did a great job at making me feel comfortable and she was also very helpful, she gave me lots of information about after care and what to expect in the coming days after my appointment. 10/10 I love J Sterling, next appointment will be a couples massage!

I have been to J Sterling numerous times and every time it is a great experience. Author is the best, always leaves me feeling relaxed and ready for another week. I would definitely recommend trying them out.

I books appointments my mom and wife there to do massage and facial treatment as a gift. The massage went well. However, they got charged extra for the upgrades services on facial that they didn’t ask for. None of the facial staffs told them about the upgrades, how much will it be and if they agreed to do it. Also, my wife’s face still got red an hour after the treatment. This is my wife first time doing facial, but both my mom and wife refused to do it there again. As a gift, the massages were good, but the facial experience ruined their day. Be careful when you talk to them, make sure they do whatever got booked or agreed if any extra services would be charged! Not assuming they know what they’re doing then turning out they charged what you didn’t ask for!!!

Our anniversary couple’s massage experience was AMAZING! Great customer service from the time I booked our appointment with Emily, to the friendly and efficient check out with Mikayla. My masseuse Liz was phenomenal! Perfect pressure, temperature and focus points were all cared for. We will definitely be back!
