I usually stop by a Chili's, on average, every 2-3 weeks because the kids like it and we don't mind the food. We decided to try this location since we were in the area and we have never been to this particular location. This is the first time we entered a Chili's (or if I remember, any restaurant), and the host/hostess is no where to be found. We saw another family also just waiting around, with plenty of tables around. After more than 5 minutes has passed, I started to walk around to find an employee, and near the bar/kitchen, I found a pair of employees talking to each other when I asked them where is the hostess. They looked confused and told me they would go find him. I returned to the front and saw yet another family come in also confused as to where the host is. A few minutes later, some guy asks me what did I need. Confused with this question, I replied, "A table??" "Oh, sorry sir, these other people are waiting, and I think...uh, I think these other are waiting too?" After an awkward silence, I was promised a table within 10 minutes so we wait until he clears us out a table. We weren't given menus, utensils, nor were the kids given their usual crayons and activity/menu sheets. Thankfully, the waitress was phenomenal. She waited on our family and put in the appropriate orders quickly and correctly. Over the past few weeks, I ordered the same thing since I have been in the mood for chicken sandwiches lately. This instance, all of our food was absolutely perfect. The fries were perfectly fried, and the chicken sandwich had the perfect amount of juiciness and wasn't overly done. The black beans were hot and wasn't full of liquid. The strawberry lemonades were great, and my wife's tenders were also done great. The chips, tend to be a hit and miss with too much salt or too much oil, were absolutely on point. I wish the first impression wasn't so poor, that we almost left to go somewhere else. I'm glad the wait staff and kitchen staff made up for the slack. One strange thing is we were seated at a table that had the only non-working curtain in the entire restaurant. Not sure if it fell off or it was never installed but I really wish it was there.

Great meal! I haven't been to a Chili's in a while but after this dinner, I'll be back. I ordered the Alex's Santa Fe Burger. Not the usual kind of burger for me but I felt like trying something new and I'm glad I did. It comes with avocado, pepper jack cheese, red onions, roasted jalapenos, tomato, pickle, and a Santa Fe sauce. The fries were excellent! The only minus was service was a bit slow at the bar. It wasn't the bartender's fault at all. She was rocking it, but just didn't have any help. She had the entire bar and tables around the bar to serve. I was going to take a star off the rating, but she was so nice and doing her best, I still had a great dinner. I'll be back!

Just ordered through door dash and when I got my food (mango chilly chicken) thr avocado they put on top was rotten. I called and they said the manager had made my food so the manager doesn't have good quality standards. They said they would remake it but I asked for something different since I don't trust them with the avocados. My order came with broccoli and DOES we're rotten. I'm so grossed out I hope I don't get sick from the food I did eat.

We had a great experience. It was weekday lunch so it wasn’t the busiest but we had a large party and the service was quick, food seemed fresh and came out hot, and you can’t beat some of the prices/deals they have!!

I love this Chili's. I had my first date with my husband 12 years ago. We went here last week and we were a party of 16 people. They setup a few tables and had us sitting in less than 30 minutes. We had 1 waitress and I was a little worried we were not going to get the service I wanted but I was shocked she was one of the best I have had in years. She was awesome. Food came out fast and cooked to our orders. I was so happy. We had to Birthday boyes. I will be going back!

I've been to Chili's a million times. This time food was BOMB!!! My daughter & I got the loaded fries, chic crispers, ranch chic quesadillas, cookie dessert (2 for $25) & the Mango-Strawberry & Berry-Something Presidente Margaritas. They were excellent! We were stuffed.

Food and service was excellent. To which I was super surprised since we went on a Sunday night near closing time.

This a nice place, very clean. The menu is large and good. If you sign up for their rewards program you get a free chips and salsa or a free non-alcoholic drink. The food was good. I sat at the bar and the drinks were poured good. The bartender was awesome and attentive. My my came out quickly and was cooked perfect. All the employees were friendly and the regulars were nice for conversation.

Chips were drenched in oil an couldn’t even be eaten. Chicken sandwich was soggy. Quesadillas were soggy. The blue cheese was bubbling from heat and wasn’t cold whatsoever. The only things that was good was the tap water and iced tea. Made me sick and ruined my appetite. YUCK

Great start quick service with drinks lack in Spanish and Portuguese translation. The restaurant was almost empty but according to the server the only seats available was in the lounge queso thick and had bubbles in it The queso tasted good but had a weird after taste chip dish that looked full but was very shallow and made for more chips to look fuller Dr Pepper taste watered down refilled our chips after we had ate some high tables cramped. Great atmosphere. the server was attentive. Kept bringing refills without us having to ask for it. The food was nice and hot. We didn't have to wait long for the food.

I came here and the employees were very helpful and sweet. They provide a quick turnaround on the food orders so when we receive our food it’s nice & Hot!!! Everything was great. I definitely recommend this location.

Grabbed a nice Sunday afternoon lunch, and it was great. Our for and service were both good. Our server took great care of us, and we had no problems.

Upon arrival we were not greeted. Stood there for at least 5 minutes. Decided to sit down on a bench close to the stand. Assumed we were being ignored due to some kind of issue. Another group walked in an was greeted and seated . I was stunned. Confronted hostesses. And claimed they did see us. The place was extremely loud. However we had an outstanding server. The food was good. I wish i had gotten his name. He is the only reason I will return.

STAY AWAY FROM THIS PLACE‼️ CHOOSE a different location. You can definitely tell that the management has changed at this Lake Mary location. Some of the waitresses have NO PATIENCE and the manager (who looks like a young little girl) is just as worst. They served me some food that was burned, it even smelled and tasted burned. I spoke with the manager who seen that the food was burned, she took my entire plate and still tried to charge me half price. I told her that I was not going to pay for something that I did not eat due to the smell and tasting of the food being burned and nasty. The manager got upset, smacked her teeth and rudely walked away. As I went over my receipt I seen that I was charged .80 for every extra sour cream that I asked for not knowing that the extra sour cream was a charge. I did explain to the manager that I was not going to pay the .80 because I was unaware that there was a charge for it, If my waitress would have told me that I would be charged extra so that I’m aware of the .80 then I could have made the decision if I still wanted to get the extra sour cream or not. The manager then got upset AGAIN about that issue and wanted to cause a big confrontation. She called another employee and we explained to the lady the issue and the other employee stated that I was correct and should have been informed by my waitress of any charges that was not listed on the menu. The manager then walked away. Instead of apologizing and admitting that I was correct she rather argue and go back and forth. That location needs someone there who can run it right and be more understanding to there customers. The food is very nasty and the staff is rude. And the sad part about it is that this location was never like this. Everyone was always so friendly and the food use to be so good but it definitely has dropped down to a ZERO rating. Try another location you may have a better outcome and enjoy the food better.

Good food, great service, awesome price. They never let me down. Come see Joel his service is on point, very attentive even when is so busy.

Horrible service!!! I ordered a curbside order. Every time I called, the to-go cashier placed me on hold and never came back to the phone. My order was due to come out at 9:54pm. No one ever came outside. When I went in, no one was at the counter. I looked around and there, behind the counter was my food sitting there and God knows for how long. A lunch break missed, waiting for them. Smh, then I get back to work ready to eat. Only to open my plate... ALL the sauce was was open at the bottom of the plate because they were too careless to check if they were closed properly. Big mouth bits were DRY AND BURNT. NO Buffalo sauce on my dry boneless wings. And the Southwest Egg-rolls were cold. I literally work 5minutes down the street. There is no excuse for the service I received and if I had the time to go back... I would have gladly done so.

The food was good. However the service was very slow. The restaurant was very dirty. The skinny guy with long hair would grabbed napkins already on top of the table. I believe from previous guest and use then to wipe the table. Never a drop of cleaner or sanitizer. I have ro asked him to.please clean my table again ad it was having remaining of rice and lettuce all over. Pretty much great food but horrible people working there. You need change. This people is your first impression.

They were experiencing system issues, which is fine, we had cash but the place was empty and they wouldn’t seat a party of 9. There’s many many many options all around, I would try one of those other places. We went to Keller’s and they were great

Wonderful, absolutely our best experience at any Chili's location. We were a pick up but had a problem with the app. Even though they were busy, they were polite and courteous. We appreciated that so much. Then the food came, it was a nice portion size and so good. They truly care because the way everything was packaged shows how much we were missing out on. Thank you so much!!

We wanted some chilis because they had $6 presidente margaritas for National Margarita day. I also ordered for my entree Cajun shrimp pasta, per usual it was delicious. We had two rounds each of margaritas, and the second round was very watered down. Kehlani, one of the supervisors remade the drinks, and they were amazing!! She informed me when the margarita aren’t shaken it’s better, due to her service we tipped her more then our actual server who was very mediocre. We will be back and only asking for her. :)
