Great room comfy beds. Unfortunately check out is 12 but the cleaning crews know on doors at 830-9 and open doors to check if rooms are occupied. Called the front desk and it’s how they do it. Unacceptable end to a great room.

Check in was good. Got to our room and there were waters in the room for no charge. Next day we did not request to have our room cleaned but we wanted some more water to drink. Went to the front counter and asked for 2 bottles of water. “I’m sorry, they are not complimentary, should I charge the $4 to your room” i showed them I was a Marriott reward member. “I’m sorry, you are not an ELITE Marriott reward member” Two things: I understand policy, but why charge any guest $2 for a bottle of water that maybe has a cost of a quarter to them. Why profit on water they give for free when you get the room. If I requested to have the room cleaned, as the sign in the front shows, I would have given there staff MORE WORK to do and woukd have gotten the water for free anyway. So I have to pay to have their staff work less? How much is a 1 star review worth? From a 5 star review to a 1 star review because they cant give .50 cents of waters to a “regular” Marriott reward member. Just real poor business mindset.

We stayed here for our wedding in Sanford. First, the hotel looks beautiful and is quite nice inside. The rooms were clean and modern. However, it mostly felt like a facade. The bed wasn't very comfortable. In our room our TV didn't work, the safe didn't work, and we had no body wash in our shower. And it wasn't just us with issues. We had another member of our wedding block that had a TV that didn't work. And another member who also didn't have body wash in their shower. The front desk was friendly but not super helpfu. Even after informing them of the non-functional tvs, nothing was fixed. They told us they would send someone up yet no one ever showed up. They also didn't seem to know anything about our room blocks or event. We also had multiple members of our room blocks overcharged. Two different groups were double charged (although the hotel reversed the second charge without having to contact them). And another person was triple charged. When my MIL tried to contact them by phone she was told there was no manager on duty. Which may ver well explain the issues. Hotel has a lot of potential but there seems to be a real lack of leadership and quality assurance. I can't recommend it at this time. Update: It took a little bit but the hotel did help make it right. Everyone that was overcharged was fixed and they even refunded my MIL some extra money for the troubles. Wanted to make sure I noted that we were taken care of at the end of the day. I wish I could recommend this hotel, I still can't. However, they did do their best to resolve the issues afterwards. And that is very much appreciated.

Heart of Lake Mary, hotel was clean and modern. Parking lot could have been a little better lit. I felt safe but I'm not sure that everyone might if you're returning after dark. Bathrooms were roomy and clean and well appointed. Sidewalks running throughout the main drive in Lake Mary to AAA and the other large office complexes could be a nice evening stroll. Exercise center open all night off lobby near elevators.

Stayed there this week for a conference and the service was subpar. They charged $2 for coffee. I have gone downstairs plenty of times to ask for different basic things not provided by the housekeeping and they would take notes and never get the stuff asked even though they said they would. The elevator broke down and there were dozens of people using 1 elevator and thus we had to wait for over 20 minutes to go to our rooms. The food was overpriced flavorless. The main bathrooms for all were dirty and needed attention. I would not recommend this hotel.

What an amazing stay! The staff was spectacular and extremely helpful. Of course I forgot all of my toiletries, no worries, they had EVERYTHING I needed. Very beautiful location and grounds. So many different stores and restaurants within walking distance to the hotel. The rooms were good sizes. Thanks for a great stay.

Arrived the afternoon of Thursday 2/1 after traveling multiple locations since 1/20. Took 3 pieces of my husband’s clothing in the provided laundry bag with a completed laundry ticket to the front desk to be sent out Friday morning and returned Friday evening. We needed the clothes for a wedding on Sunday. Friday night I checked and the clothes were not back because they had NEVER been picked up/sent out. We deliberately added a day to our stay to use the valet service. Mgmt. said they might offer points to compensate us but points don’t solve the problem of my husband’s appearance on Sunday. We are very disappointed in the lack of service.

The king bed was like a cloud, clean bathroom, cozy robe for after shower. The room was very quiet all night. I would recommend this to any traveler.

Overall, it was a nice stay. The rooms are newer and pretty quiet. The staff was friendly. I think the wood color makes it look old in the pictures, but it is a nice newer place. There are restaurants and a grocery store across the street.

This property has been underrated. It is top notch, great amenities, friendly staff, and the restaurant food was outstanding. A shout out to Noah for being extremely helpful with extending a reservation, giving us a wonderful room and checking to make sure everything was to our liking. He is the epitome of the term “customer service.” Can’t go wrong with this hotel. It was clean, great location, and in keeping with the Westin brand name for quality.

The entire experience was terrible. From the time you checked-in to the time you left. The front desk guy was super rude and not helpful at all. No smile, no welcome , super cold attitude. It felt like a graveyard. The burger i've ordered was supposed to be medium cooked but was try and partially cold. just overall i would not return

Went here post surgical operations prior to driving back home which was 4 states away. I couldn't walk without crouches because of the maintenance work done on both knees, so II requested the "Accessibility Room". They got a great walk in shower with no lip, there is also a tub and support handles on the walls to enable access to all furnishings in the bathroom which was a Must: The room was stop less with no carpet too which was awesome. I also had to order room service for breakfast and it was exceptional and fast: great service and atmosphere. I highly recommend this hotel.

Hotel was fairly nice. Rooms felt a little cold without any carpets. And despite having made a reservation for a king size bed, they put me in a room with two queens. Additionally, one of the elevators was out of service and the stairwells only take you outside so it was a bit of a pain waiting for the one remaining elevator.

I didn't enjoy my stay. Holding out to morning. Everyone in the hotel is complaining that the door locks don't work, so you're not the only one. I think we went through 14 keys in a 4 day stay. 1 key will work about 2 times. Just assume your key won't work and call the desk from the courtesy phone in the lobby when you get off the elevator to have them send someone up. They're very nice about it, at least. The rooms have tile floors, so weird in a hotel. The room is either too cold or too hot and damp. The restaurant's coffee is terrible. There's a Starbucks in the grocery store across the street (you're welcome). I noticed this morning while housekeeping were cleaning rooms that some trash (paper pieces, the non sticky part off a bandaid, the corner of a candy wrapper, etc) had fallen on the floor in the hallway and all of it is still there at 9pm. The internet says this is a 4-star hotel, but it is not. The staff are all very nice.

Dirty!!!!!! We are a Marriott long life customers, unfortunately this hotel was one of our worse night’s staying. The room was super dirty. Boogers at the wall, dust at the walls which made me so congested, and the soap was open and left used in the bathroom wrapped in the original packaging as if no one touched it which was used. We told the manager and apologised and asked us for the photos to be emailed. Terrible experience will not stay at this hotel again

Nice spacious room and bathroom. My favorite white tea products! Comfortable beds and nice desk staff. Really nice location, close to I4 but no highway noise!

Good hotel location on International Parkway in Lake Mary. Comfortable Westin beds, great shower pressure. Lounge is being renovated so they offered vouchers for free buffet breakfast at the hotel restaurant. Gym was decent but no Peloton (which I would have expected given the announcement by Westin of having pelotons in all Westin hotels in the US) A little disappointed that they didn’t recognize my Titanium status. The room was ready for me when I arrived around noon, which was good. Lots of athletes staying here (baseball tournament?) and they were rather loud in the hallways…which you could hear in the rooms. Nice hotel, good location. Would stay here again.

This is not a coffee service I stay at Marriott for the morning coffee. The Westins Service starts at 7am the day is half gone. This only serves the employee not having to come in early it sure does not serve your clients. The hotel was full of traveling little leaguers the staff did well putting us away from the noise.

I recently had the pleasure of staying at the Westin hotel and I must say, I was thoroughly impressed. The customer service was outstanding - the staff went above and beyond to attend to all of my needs and ensure that my stay was comfortable and enjoyable. The rooms were also top-notch, with a clean and modern design that made me feel right at home. I appreciated the attention to detail, from the plush bedding to the luxurious bathroom amenities. But perhaps what I loved most about the Westin was its location. Situated across the street from an outdoor mall, it was the perfect spot for me to do some shopping and explore the local area. The convenience of having so many great shops and restaurants just steps away from the hotel was unbeatable. Overall, I would highly recommend the Westin to anyone looking for a comfortable and convenient stay. With excellent customer service, modern rooms, and a prime location, it truly exceeded my expectations.

We had a wonderful stay at this hotel! The staff are accommodating and polite. The room is spacious, comfy beds, huge shampoo/con/body wash pumps in the shower, mini fridge, coffeemaker, and a microwave and cappuccino machine are by the front desk. Beautiful views, nice pool and jacuzzi, huge gym, outdoor couches, and a shaded walking trail just steps away! Plenty of restaurants and a Publix across the street. Shula’s was okay. Slow service but food was good. Nice patio. We will definitely come here again!

Restaurant service slow late Thursday night. Food was good but SLOOOOW. Our cocktail took so long we ordered the 2nd one as soon as the first arrived. Breakfast buffet service sullen and uncooperative Sunday morning. The food was cold. We reported it and attendant shrugged, yet we overheard them offering a different patron a fresh hot omelet! Dinner service Saturday night was excellent 👌 👍 food was awesome. The handicap stall of the ladies restroom in the lobby had no soap in either dispenser and the hands-free water at the sink did not work. As for the room, the Handicapped shower had no bench in it. Hand held shower was mounted CRAZY HIGH. Shower curtain woefully inadequate to keep the bathroom from being flooded, producing a dangerous slip and fall risk. Other than that our room was ok but our little dog found a pair of socks under the bed! Also, one cockroach 🪳 was observed. Just the one, and it's FLORIDA so.... that can happen I guess. I would stay there again but I would definitely skip that breakfast buffet it's certainly was not worth $16

Great place if you need to be in the witness protection program! Almost clean, I got there around midnight after a long flight delay., My room keys went up to my room and they didn't work. Try to get food in the morning, before my meetings, and the restaurant wasn't opened. Talk to use the printers because I was on a different airline that I use to actually print genuine just don't work and nobody there to help.

Always a lovely stay. Clean rooms, polite staff, And they are pet friendly! The pool is great, I love the workout room, beds are super comfortable, and the conference rooms are well equipped for any sized meeting. We come here yearly for a work convention and it’s always a great experience. They are also right accross the street from a publix, and there’s a fantastic restaurant attached to the lobby. My favorite part is you’re completely separated from the insanity of the theme park crowd

The good - The rooms were beautiful, quiet, and comfortable. The service was excellent, with the staff being friendly and eager to please. The grounds were immaculate and the pool was large, clean and relaxing. GREAT GYM. The bad - The room keys failed about 8 out of 10 times, entering the room, pool, gym, and building. Also, the $2 to $3 for lobby coffee? C'mon guys.... so seriously uncool. It's coffee, make it free like everyone else. This is a really unwelcoming and insulting "overpay".

Lovely staff, great location. Right across from a Publix w/Starbucks. The rooms are newly refurbished & beds are very comfortable. Wood floors are great because they don't get that hotel "ick factor". The bathrooms are clean & large but water pressure was very low & it took about 5 minutes to get warm water. Rooms lack an outlet near the bed to plug in phone charger at night. Self-parking is free - park close to the building as the back of often full parking lot is dark.

What a gem. So glad we stayed here. And they don't nickel and dime you to park your car at the hotel like other places in the Orlando area. There's a Publix across the street, McDonald's next door, and a Shula's steakhouse hooked into the hotel. Will definitely go back there again if I need to stay overnight in the Lake Mary area. Best part of the whole stay was that it's a dog friendly hotel. Heated pool and hot tub sure did come in handy and were nice and warm. It happened to be cold in Lake Mary when I was there. In case you're wondering.

It was fine and convenient for what we were there for. However, there still isn't any housekeeping. You have to leave towels outside your door (so the hallway looks less than clean. The bathroom doesn't get refreshed during your stay. In our room, the dust ruffle on the bed was dirty. The sink faucet leaked. There was only one bar of soap to share between the sink and shower, and no shampoo, conditioner and lotion. Breakfast was $12 for an egg sandwich -- pretty much the only hot item you could order. No other food until 4pm when the bar / restaurant opened for dinner. I've stayed here before and it was way better. Hopefully, this was just a bad few days for them.

I had to travel with my dog. So grateful for a pet friendly hotel. Dog-friendly rooms have laminate flooring which is super helpful. Staff has been really helpful and kind. The restaurant on site (Shula's) is expensive but good. The 3 issues I had is, due to covid there is limited room cleaning, the convenience store is very limited, and parking (although is plentiful) it's a bit of trek. Rooms are clean, quiet, and well organized. Not the hotels fault but I4 was under construction and there was a long detour.

Nice hotel. Clean rooms. I am sensitive to light at night so I had to put a towel down to block the massive amounts from the hallway. No cover on the peephole, so that was bright as well. Room darkening curtains did a good job. There was one robe for my husband and I in the large bathroom. They provided a small bottle of shampoo and conditioner, but one bar of soap for both hands and body. Towels were fluffy and absorbent. Did not make use of ironing board, iron or safe, but they had them. Coffee maker uses round filter discs exclusive to the hotel. The refrigerator kept food cool and did not freeze anything. Adequate for a night. Across a busy 4 lane divided road to many restaurants and a movie theater. Front desk staff was friendly and accommodating. Did not try the Shula's restaurant located in the hotel.
