Order here at this location most mornings around 6:15-6:30 am. Every time I order I get the same breakfast (2 sausage and cheese mcmuffins and drink). 3 of my last 5 visits here has prompted this review. 1st order was rock hard and cold. 2nd order was completely the wrong breakfast. I called and spoke to a manager here, she didnt hesitate to help me so I thanked her for making it right and stopped by 3 more times, last 2 visits the food was "free" to make it right for the previous orders, this food was hot and freshly made. Today I get rock hard food again, unable to eat the mcmuffin so I had sausage and cheese only. I was already out on the 417 freeway when I tried to get my food out of the bag to eat it so obviously I couldnt turn around. So I called in and asked the manager on duty that answered (refused to give her name) how difficult it was to just get the correct order or food that you could eat that you pay for. After 5 minutes of back and forth of her refusing to acknowledge that there was a real problem she finally said you are speaking to the wrong manager and you need to just call in and ask for the GM. WRONG THING TO SAY!!!!!! I asked several more times for her name and she just kept saying that she wasnt going to tell me, finally she says her name is Angel. I will be contacting corporate next after calling and speaking with the GM here. They need to train the food handlers that if they personally wouldnt eat the food due to quality (Example rock hard mcmuffins) then the customer probably wouldnt eat it either. Horrible customer service and horrible experiences to start your morning off with wasting $$$ and not being able to enjoy the food you order.

25 minutes sitting in one of the waiting spots for two happy meals and a mcdouble. This happens about 75% of the time, yet in five years I've never once been asked to park at the one by UCF. This place just seems chronically mismanaged.

Bought a meal and a kids meal .when I left there was no kids meal in there . The dining area was closed .so when I drove back around to tell them they said I need to show them a receipt. They didn't give me one and the manager wouldn't give me the kids meal . So I left him my whole order and that the last time I go to McDonald's.

You can tell the management at this McDonald's doesn't care at all. The hours constantly change. The drive thru closes randomly and then they make you feel like you shouldn't be there (once you get their attention) when you go inside to pick up your food. The order accuracy is hit or miss. Food quality is most of the time not there. They park almost every customer (push then last the window for their times). I run into problems with the app with only this store switching to breakfast menu when they aren't serving so you can't order thru the app, and therefore can't use coupons or points. I work and am up weird hours so I wish I could have a reliable 24 fast food place near by...

First I usually go to this McDonald's before work. There normally no issues. But about two days ago. What I witness and after calling the store the same night I went because the phone lines was busy. I called bright in early talk to manger explained how I purchased a spicy chicken deluxe and when I got to work thr chicken was burnt and dry out and it had no sauce no veggies the crazy thing I asked for.xtra mayo. While waiting for my food. The employee that appeared to be a minor asked for a break the manager whom I never say before at Night first while her back was turned told him he wasn't getting a break he ask her why because the law says if he worked 4 hours he should get a break. . Imma say the lady was so mad he new his rights that she got mad at thr boy. Imma just say this she shouldn't be talking to no one like that. Was very rude and unprofessional. I called to talk to the owners and they never called me back so I wouldn't recommend or go back there. If it's okay for them.managers to treat people like that they don't deserve my business this is the sandwich as proof. I tried to put ketchup up on it but when I try to bite it almost broke my tooth

My wife ordered a Deluxe Mc Crispy. We had to wait too much for our order and when we get in-home we realized that her hamburger was without lettuce and a small slice of tomato.

My family was there to cool down from the heat and to have a little snack... The atmosphere was nice, the bathroom was clean but only one stall was operating in the womens bathroom.... I was really impressed with how well the staff worked together that day. They seem to enjoy their job. And they were nice to the customers. A couple of them even took time to help a lady look for a phone that she lost.

My 8-year-old decided that he wanted to dine in at a different McDonald's than his usual location. So using my handy McDonald's app, I ordered the food ahead of time. The parking layout of this location is really smart and I got a spot under some shade on this very hot day. When we walked in and went to the counter They asked our name and within 30 seconds our food was out and ready. This location was like a well-oiled machine and I could hear the supervisor encouraging productivity which was nice. The dining room was spotless and the drink/condiment area (usually one of concern) was immaculate. The dining configuration was decent, The team members seemed engaged and polite. I would definitely return to this location if my kiddo decides he wants to dine in again.
