6:15-6:30
am.
Every
time
I
order
I
get
the
same
breakfast
(2
sausage
and
cheese
mcmuffins
and
drink).
3
of
my
last
5
visits
here
has
prompted
this
review.
1st
order
was
rock
hard
and
cold.
2nd
order
was
completely
the
wrong
breakfast.
I
called
and
spoke
to
a
manager
here,
she
didnt
hesitate
to
help
me
so
I
thanked
her
for
making
it
right
and
stopped
by
3
more
times,
last
2
visits
the
food
was
"free"
to
make
it
right
for
the
previous
orders,
this
food
was
hot
and
freshly
made.
Today
I
get
rock
hard
food
again,
unable
to
eat
the
mcmuffin
so
I
had
sausage
and
cheese
only.
I
was
already
out
on
the
417
freeway
when
I
tried
to
get
my
food
out
of
the
bag
to
eat
it
so
obviously
I
couldnt
turn
around.
So
I
called
in
and
asked
the
manager
on
duty
that
answered
(refused
to
give
her
name)
how
difficult
it
was
to
just
get
the
correct
order
or
food
that
you
could
eat
that
you
pay
for.
After
5
minutes
of
back
and
forth
of
her
refusing
to
acknowledge
that
there
was
a
real
problem
she
finally
said
you
are
speaking
to
the
wrong
manager
and
you
need
to
just
call
in
and
ask
for
the
GM.
WRONG
THING
TO
SAY!!!!!!
I
asked
several
more
times
for
her
name
and
she
just
kept
saying
that
she
wasnt
going
to
tell
me,
finally
she
says
her
name
is
Angel.
I
will
be
contacting
corporate
next
after
calling
and
speaking
with
the
GM
here.
They
need
to
train
the
food
handlers
that
if
they
personally
wouldnt
eat
the
food
due
to
quality
(Example
rock
hard
mcmuffins)
then
the
customer
probably
wouldnt
eat
it
either.
Horrible
customer
service
and
horrible
experiences
to
start
your
morning
off
with
wasting
$$$
and
not
being
able
to
enjoy
the
food
you
order.
